Application Guide

1. PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

Liquid soap dispensers are designed for portion supply of liquid hand soap, are easy to use and maintain, have sufficient capacity (from 0.4 to 1.5 l) and can be used to equip any sanitary and hygienic rooms.

Liquid soap dispensers consist of a reservoir with a lid, a dispenser key, an inspection window, a pump and a locking device with a key.

The dispensers are easy to use and maintain, have sufficient capacity (from 0.4 to 1.5 l), and are equipped with a reliable pumping device that eliminates the occurrence of blockages and leaks.

For ease of monitoring the liquid level, the dispensers have a transparent front part of the body or a small viewing window.

Liquid soap dispensers are strong, durable, reliable and resistant to external influences, as they are made of special non-flammable impact-resistant ABS plastic (AITANA, AZUR, PLASTILUX series), polypropylene (POPULAR), transparent SF plastic (VISION) or of stainless steel(ACEROLUX, INOX series). Vandal-proof dispensers are made of stainless steel.

CONSUMABLES

The versatility of liquid soap dispensers lies in the fact that it is possible to use any type of liquid soap, which, on the one hand, allows you to save on consumables, and, on the other hand, satisfy the requirements of the most demanding consumers.

It is possible to use any type of liquid hand soap, including those with an antibacterial effect.

Attention!

Arbitrary dilution of soap with water is not recommended. The use of liquid soap arbitrarily diluted with water is accompanied by an increase in the flow rate of the liquid and, accordingly, an increased consumption, as well as a decrease in the washing and disinfecting effect.

During the cold season, dispensers installed in unheated toilet rooms are recommended to be filled with liquid soap such as STERIZOL, which has a sufficient disinfectant effect and low viscosity.

A soap dispenser for the bathroom is a modern trendy accessory that can be seen in almost any bathroom. And if relatively recently it could only be found in places common use, for example, hotels or restaurants, today a dispenser for liquid soap is a common inhabitant of our apartments. The range of dispensers offered by manufacturers is simply huge, so we decided to make your task easier by making a short virtual review.

What types of dispensers are there?

Touch dispensers

The automatic dispenser, as the dispenser is also called, is very convenient. There is no need to press any buttons or levers to get the required single dose of soap. The touch soap dispenser works automatically, you just need to bring your hand to the hole through which liquid soap is supplied. This is made possible thanks to design features device.

Completely contactless, it is equipped with a special infrared sensor, which responds to gestures and gives the command to dispense a dose of detergent. Then the next one is automatically dialed. The only thing you need to do is adjust the dosage after installation. Subsequently, the required portion will be served without your participation.

Such models are equipped with fairly quiet pumps, so sensor dispensers do not create much noise. The devices operate from an electric current network.

Wall dispensers

The wall-mounted option not only looks great, but also does not require any space on the shelf, since the device is mounted directly to the wall. The device is very easy to use. In order to get a portion of detergent, you just need to press the top valve. The button, which also acts as a piston, will push the soap into your palms.

You can install this type of dispenser yourself. To do this you will need:

  • electric drill;
  • screwdriver or screwdriver;
  • a special drill if the bathroom walls are covered with ceramic tiles;
  • pencil;
  • self-tapping screws

And here is the installation process itself:

  1. Select the location where the device will be attached. Choose optimal location from the floor, so that if there is a child in the house, it is convenient for him to use it.
  2. Mark the places where you need to drill holes.
  3. Insert dowels into the prepared holes.
  4. Place the dispenser against the wall and secure it with self-tapping screws.

Tabletop dispensers

Visually they are beautiful bottles. Most often they are sold as a single set with a soap dish and a cup for toothbrushes, creating a single stylish ensemble. The tabletop dispenser is completely no different from the previous version in terms of the method of dispensing soap.

But such devices have several valuable advantages:

  1. Relatively low cost. For example, elegant accessories from BXG look very stylish and are very affordable in price.
  2. Mobility. Compared to any wall options, which are no longer possible to move, the tabletop device can be moved to any place. And if it looks bright and unusual, then it may well become a stylish detail that enlivens the interior.
  3. Unlike a classic soap dish, these dispensers always look neat.

Built-in dispensers

The built-in dispenser is convenient because it allows you to remove the tube with liquid soap from a visible place. After all, some people prefer minimalism in style, and such accessories simply do not fit into the overall interior design. And then the ability to place the dispenser itself under the sink, with only the valve at the top, will be an excellent solution. Only a stylish chrome button and the same tap of the soap dispenser will be visible.

The installation process of the device is quite simple, so you can do it yourself just fine. It looks like this:

  1. The dispenser attaches directly to the sink itself, so you will need a set of tools for cutting earthenware.
  2. Cut a hole required size(focus on the spout of the flask where the detergent will be stored).
  3. Insert the flask from the bottom of the sink and screw the feeder on top.

Elbow dispensers

The elbow dispenser differs from its push-button counterparts only in that you can also activate the feeder button using your elbow. Positive point in this case is that you do not touch the body of the object with dirty hands. And the transmission of pathogenic bacteria is completely excluded.

Dispenser functions

The only purpose of such devices is to dispense a certain portion of detergent necessary for proper hand washing. It would seem that this is a completely correct, but at the same time erroneous opinion.

Modern models of dispensing devices have such an elegant appearance that they can serve as an unusual detail in the bathroom interior.

Stylish gold dispenser will match or

Manufacturers really tried to improve the appearance of this banal accessory: windows through which the filler is visible, mirrors installed on the front panel, lighting, various decorations, engraving and drawings - all this is done by a regular dispenser stylish decoration interior

Materials

The most common material used in the production of dispensers is metal. To be more specific, stainless steel or aluminum. Manufacturers, trying to attract consumers, use strained glass or plastic. Quite often there are combined models that harmoniously combine several materials.

For more expensive exclusive models, they are used decorative rock, natural veneer, rhinestones, mother of pearl, crystals. The imagination of designers is like an inexhaustible source!

Options for refilling and supplying detergents

In addition to the material used to manufacture the device, as well as the method of dispensing liquid soap, the choice of dispenser is also influenced by the method of refilling the product. The most common liquid models are equipped with special flasks, which act as storage for gel or soap. When the product is completely used up, it is enough to simply replace it with any other. It is not at all necessary to purchase a similar composition.

These dispensers are suitable for bathroom interiors

In cartridge dispensers, the containers themselves are simply replaced. This is a slightly simpler option than refueling filling devices. But for some models it is necessary to purchase “original” cartridges, that is, from the original manufacturer. The cost of cartridge dispensers is slightly higher than filling devices.

Soap can also be supplied in several ways. AND mechanical option, and the electronic soap dispenser can dispense both liquid and gel fillers.

Some devices, which have a slightly different design, convert funds into foam at the time of dispensing, in particular dispensers from the Tork company.

As you can see, modern dispensers are not only easy to use, but also truly beautiful. We hope that our article will help you make a rather difficult choice.

If previously a soap dish made in the form of a small bowl was used to store soap, today with the advent of a liquid analogue of this very useful thing, the need for such a device as a dispenser has arisen. Simply put, this is a dispenser whose task is to dispense a soapy substance in portions. Agree, it’s convenient and economical, which is why you should buy a dispenser for liquid soap. There are many varieties of them, and before making a purchase, you need to understand them in detail. What we will do in this article, in which, together with the website, we will study the varieties of dispensers that exist today and thereby answer the question, which soap dispenser to choose?

Bathroom dispenser photo

Soap dispenser: types and their features

The first thing you should understand when approaching the question of which bathroom dispenser to choose is its varieties. Despite the simple and similar purpose of this device, there are quite a lot of them, and they can be classified according to several criteria.

  1. The very first sign that you need to pay attention to when choosing a liquid soap dispenser is the way it is installed. In this regard, they can be divided into three subtypes: wall-mounted dispensers, desktop (or free-standing) and built-in. In principle, deciding between them is not so difficult. The advantage of wall-mounted dispensers is that they do not take up space near plumbing fixture- These are stationary devices that take root well near areas where soap is used several times a day. Free-standing dispensers are more suitable for bathtubs, in which it is at least inconvenient to use a stationary device of this type– here you need mobility, which is what free-standing (tabletop) liquid soap dispensers provide. As for built-in dispensers for liquid soap, they can also be quite different - some of them are installed in the wall, thereby not spoiling the overall picture of minimalism, others are built into or on board, and others can generally be universal. In the sense that the built-in soap dispenser can work both stationary and, if necessary, be removed from its landing socket, that is, used anywhere in the bathroom.

    Wall mounted soap dispenser photo

  2. Another important feature according to which a device such as a soap dispenser can be classified into types is the material from which it is made. There are no fewer options here than in the case of the previous classification - there are soap dispensers made of plastic, glass, and steel. Plastic dispenser – a budget option. This product is notable for its low cost and does not always look clumsy - it is great option For portable types dispensers, which are often dropped on the floor. Even if it breaks, then, as they say, the loss is small. If you are choosing a wall-mounted soap dispenser, then, naturally, it is better to give preference glass options or metal products of this type. Well, steel is steel - it can be said to be universal and perfect for installation anywhere. Basically, there is one Golden Rule choosing such devices - they simply must be in harmony with the rest of the accessories in the bathroom. It is for this reason that it is better to give preference to sets.

    Soap dispenser touch photo

  3. The third feature is functionality, if, of course, you can say so. It would probably be more correct to put it – a method of management. In this regard, again, there are three types of liquid soap dispensers. This is a manual dispenser that will force you to press a button every time to get a portion of soap (a kind of charging). A touch soap dispenser that dispenses a portion of soap when you lightly touch a certain point, as well as automatic soap dispensers. Last option the device reacts to the presence of human hands in the “feeder” area - this is perhaps the most convenient option for stationary use.

You can see one of the types of liquid soap dispensers in this video.

In principle, this classification can be continued further, taking into account smaller features. For example, there are single and double dispensers - it is advisable to use them near the bathtub or in the shower. Liquid soap is charged into one section, and shampoo into the other - alternatively, soap can be replaced with a foam solution or anything else that needs to be dosed. Among other things, there are even dispensers that do not have their own soap container - these are so-called dispensers that can be screwed onto any bottle of liquid soap purchased in a store. This is generally a super economical option.

Liquid soap dispensers: what to look for when choosing

In principle, in addition to the points described above that determine the scope of application of a liquid soap dispenser, there are not so many different points you need to pay attention to when choosing.

Naturally, you should pay attention to the manufacturer of the dispenser, who fully guarantees its quality. Everything is simple here - famous companies care about their reputation and do not allow themselves to produce defective goods. If you like something from an unknown manufacturer, then you definitely need to take a good look at the product - quality products visible, as they say, with the naked eye. The presence of one visually noticeable defect indicates that there may be other hidden defects. If such a thing is expensive, then it is better to refuse to buy it.

And to conclude the topic about the soap dispenser, I’ll say a few words about stylistic design dispenser - this is the point our lovely ladies pay attention to first of all, although this is far from correct. The design of a thing, of course, plays an important role, but this is not the main thing - it is important that the thing works and does so for as long as possible. Well, as for the design of the dispenser, today you can purchase a dispenser for almost any type of bathroom - even if you cannot find the device you need on the open market, you can always customize the existing one universal model to suit your interior, decoupage and the like - I think you understand everything perfectly well.

Liquid soap is very popular these days. It is used in offices, in many establishments and even at home. This soap has whole line advantages, including hygiene and ease of use. However, liquid soap needs a special tank from which it must be dispensed. Such a reservoir is called a dispenser and is sold in almost any supermarket. However, we would not have completed our task if we had not offered you a method for making a liquid soap dispenser at home.

First of all, as always, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the manufacturing process homemade dispenser in the author's video.

So, what do we need:
- stationery knife;
- an empty bottle of detergent;
- stationery clip;
- scissors.

The author of the video uses a bottle of window cleaner. Let's start making a homemade dispenser.

First we need to remove the gun from the bottle.

There is a tube on the gun through which the detergent is supplied. It is this tube that we need to cut off next.

Next we need to make a slot at the bottom of the bottle to insert the mount there. In our case, a regular office clip is used as fastening, or more precisely, one of two metal springs, which we also remove.

We will attach the clamp so that we can hang our dispenser, so the slot should not be very wide, otherwise the spring ears will not have anything to cling to.

After we made the cut stationery knife, insert our clamp into it. As for the process of cutting the bottom itself, it is recommended to do this with a hot knife, since the bottom of detergent bottles is usually thick.

Nowadays experienced housewives More and more people are choosing liquid soap dispensers instead of regular soap dishes. And this is not surprising. About convenience and hygiene of this device will be discussed in this article.

Peculiarities

You may have noticed that a regular soap dish constantly retains water after using soap, and stagnant moisture is an excellent environment for the appearance and proliferation of fungal bacteria. Therefore, it is extremely important to keep the soap dish clean and dry, but there is not always time to focus on this. Therefore, convenient dispensers replaced ordinary soap dishes. They are extremely easy to use and keep clean, and they also have a very beautiful and stylish appearance. There is a huge variety on the market various models dispensers, so choosing a device according to your criteria will not be difficult.

Unlike regular bar soap, liquid soap in dispensers is hygienic. It has a rich aroma and is more economical to use. Therefore, you can increasingly find them in in public places and places with large crowds of people. And this is correct, it is unlikely that anyone will want to wash their hands with an incomprehensible piece of soap that hundreds of people have previously washed their hands with, and maybe it still has time to lie somewhere. But fragrant, beautifully colored liquid soap in a dispenser is another matter.

Despite the fact that the purpose of such a device as a dispenser is simple and clear, manufacturers are trying to surprise their customers with new types and models of equipment. So be sure to check before purchasing possible options dispensers. The choice of them on the market is quite large, and they all have a broad classification in several areas.

Kinds

As mentioned above, there are many types of dispensers. The choice depends on your budget, as well as the functionality you need. To do this, you need to understand the advantages and differences between some models and others.

Briefly, the entire range of dispensers can be divided into:

  • mechanical;
  • elbows;
  • sensory.

Mechanical liquid soap dispensers are the most popular dispensers in household. They operate on the principle of pressing a button. In this case, dosing occurs required quantity soap If it was not enough, you can repeat the process. This is a necessary accessory for the bathroom or kitchen, which has a reasonable price and a huge variety of different designs and options. You can easily find something that suits you.

Elbow dispensers are activated by elbow pressure. These are highly hygienic devices because they allow you to avoid manual contact with its elements. Dispensers are also distinguished by the type of dosing mechanism and the form of liquid dispensing. There are three forms of liquid supply:

Jet

When pressed, the liquid is released in a stream. As a rule, this shape is suitable primarily for liquid soap dispensers. Soap has a thick consistency, so the outlet hole should be quite large. Also like this the view is suitable when using a gel antiseptic, because their consistencies are similar.

Foam

The dosing mechanism is equipped with a special foaming agent. Thanks to it, foam immediately forms from the soap

Spray

This type of dosing mechanism is used in antiseptic dispensers. When pressed, the liquid sprays. The outlet of the mechanism is very small, thanks to which the antiseptic is sprayed onto the hands evenly.

The volume of liquid dose per operation varies depending on the shape of the mechanism. There is no generally accepted standard, so each manufacturer sets its own.

Approximate average data are presented below.

  • foam soap - approximately 0.6 ml at a time;
  • skin antiseptic – 1.5 ml per 1 actuation.
