  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1.1. The methodologist is appointed by order of the director of the State Autonomous Educational Institution of SPO “BSTT them. L.Ya.Kucheev” on the proposal of the Pedagogical Council from among the most qualified, enterprising and experienced pedagogical workers with higher pedagogical education and at least 2 years of teaching experience.

1.2. The methodologist reports directly to the director of the technical school, as well as to the deputy director for educational and production work. The methodologist also coordinates his activities with the senior master.

1.3. The competence of the methodologist includes: organization, methodological guidance and analysis of all types and forms of methodological work in the technical school; improving the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff of the technical school, promoting their professional creativity; participation in the development of program-planned educational documentation, educational and methodological materials and manuals; identification, study, analysis, information and dissemination in the technical school of the achievements of science, technology, technology in the interests of education; interaction with scientific and methodological, research, as well as with other educational institutions.

The methodologist is a member of the pedagogical council.

In his activities, the methodologist is obliged to be guided by this Instruction, the Charter of the State Autonomous Educational Institution of SPO “BSTT them. L.Ya.Kucheev” and the corresponding local acts of the technical school; educational programs implemented in the technical school, work programs of academic disciplines, courses, industrial training, curricula and annual calendar training schedules, educational standards; relevant legal acts and regulations of local governments, state authorities and government, the Ministry of Education and the Government of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. The main goal of the methodologist's activity is to create the best conditions for the fullest realization of the professional and personal potential of pedagogical workers, their good creative interaction and cooperation during the educational process in order to achieve maximum efficiency and quality of professional education in the UPO.

II. RIGHTS

Methodist GAOU SPO "BSTT named after L.Ya.Kucheev" Kosenkova O.A. has the right:

2.1. Be present at any training sessions - for theoretical and industrial training, at intermediate and final certification, at any extracurricular activities in the technical school, participate in meetings of methodological commissions. Bring to the attention of the leaders of these classes and events, as well as the management of the technical school, your analysis, comments, assessments, suggestions and recommendations on the organization, content and methodology of these classes and events.

2.2 Track and analyze the results of student assessments, the progress and results of the educational process and methodological work in the college; compliance of the material base and skill level of the PR with the requirements of educational standards and the terms of contracts concluded at the technical school for vocational training, retraining and advanced training.

The results of this analysis, arising from it, should submit their comments, suggestions and recommendations for improving the educational process, increasing its efficiency and quality, improving its methodological support and educational and material base for consideration by the Pedagogical Council, administration, director and Council of the technical school.

2.3. Conduct, on their own initiative, classes and meetings with the IPR, - with everyone, with their individual groups, as well as individually - on the issues of improving educational and methodological work, improving pedagogical qualifications, methodological mastery of the PR, harmonizing and coordinating pedagogical activities in the technical school.

2.4. Conduct testing, diagnostic and psychological and pedagogical research, experimental development aimed at improving the educational activities of the technical school. Participate in such work carried out by scientific and methodological or research institutions, including state ones.

2.5. To freely request and receive from any source the necessary information on issues within its competence.

2.6. Submit proposals for the encouragement of staff for achievements in pedagogical and methodological work for consideration by the director and the Council of the technical school.

2.7. Participate in the certification of the PR, make proposals for the conclusion of the commission on the compliance of teachers with the degree of qualification (category, category).

2.8. Participate in the determination of material incentives (bonuses) for the PR based on the results of educational work.

2.9. Participate in the distribution of the teaching load for teachers and masters of industrial training.

2.10. Conduct pedagogical (teaching) work in accordance with the established procedure.

2.11. Perform work under contracts with scientific and compulsory institutions, enterprises, organizations, including state ones.

III. JOB DUTIES

Methodist GAOU SPO "BSTT them. L.Ya. Kucheev» Kosenkova O.A. must:

3.1. Plan, organize, coordinate and personally carry out methodological work in the technical school - in all its types, forms and directions.

Participate in the preparation and organization of the work of the pedagogical council of the technical school and in the organization of the implementation of its decisions.

Participate in the organization and coordination of the work of methodological commissions, their relationships and interaction. To organize the participation of the PR of his technical school in the work of territorial and regional methodical associations.

3.2. Participate in the organization of development at the technical school and directly in the development and discussion of educational programs, work programs of academic disciplines, courses, industrial training, curricula and annual calendar training schedules, as well as educational and methodological materials, manuals, recommendations, training and control tools . Track and analyze the progress and results of their implementation and application.

3.3. Analyze the organization, status, course, results and effectiveness of educational, educational and methodological work in the technical school and each PR, organize the diagnosis of their difficulties, compare the effectiveness in specific conditions, various forms and technologies of pedagogical and methodological work. Based on this, develop, propose recommendations to teachers and masters of industrial training, submit proposals to the Pedagogical Council, the administration and the Council of the technical school for improving educational activities in order to achieve maximum efficiency in training and education.

3.4. To advise and provide methodological assistance to managers and teachers in the preparation, organization and conduct of educational and educational work, paying special attention to employees with little experience. Participate in the organization, conduct and management of various pedagogical and methodological events, including open lessons, pedagogical conferences, readings, various kinds of competitions, olympiads, etc.

3.5. Develop the necessary methodological and educational materials, manuals, recommendations, monitoring and training tools, etc.

3.6. Organize and conduct work to improve the skills of the PR, conduct the necessary classes with them; participate in the planning and organization of advanced training and qualifications in the relevant educational institutions; carry out the necessary activities with the PR, as well as individual work to improve their pedagogical skills and increase the effectiveness of the educational activities of the technical school; analyze the results of this work. On this basis, adjust their activities and make appropriate proposals for improving and changing the forms and methods of advanced training of personnel to the management of the technical school and institutions for advanced training.

3.7. Organize work on the comprehensive methodological support of subjects and professions. Identify and analyze the needs of the PR in scientific and technical information, regulatory, educational, methodological materials and manuals, teaching and control tools; develop and submit proposals to meet them

3.8. Organize and conduct the work of the methodical office of the technical school.

3.9. Participate in the activities of the sociological and psychological services of the college. Participate in career guidance.

3.10. Conduct work to identify, obtain, study, promote and use scientific and technical information, the achievements of science, technology, technology, rational effective pedagogical experience, modern effective teaching and education technologies, new ideas in the field of pedagogy in the technical school. To carry out work on their practical verification and replacement by them of traditional, but exhausted, methods of teaching, education and methodological work.

To disseminate, promote, in compliance with patent and commercial secrets, through methodological bodies, the mass media and scientific and technical information, the pedagogical and production achievements of the staff of their technical school.

3.11. In every possible way to support, popularize, promote the organization of professional creativity of each teacher and temporary, informal creative teams.

3.12. Maintain the established planning, accounting and reporting and other required documentation.

3.13. Establish and maintain links with scientific and methodological, research, as well as with other educational institutions. Participate in the organization and conduct of joint, as well as their own research and experiments; analyze, summarize and evaluate their results; to promote the inclusion in pedagogical practice of the obtained positive results.

Organize the analysis, evaluation, review and selection of the proposed textbooks, manuals, didactic and methodological materials, teaching and control tools, etc.

3.14. Analyze the observance of the legal rights and freedoms of students and staff in the technical school; regularly report the results of the analysis to the pedagogical council, the director and the Council of the technical school.

3.15. Participate in the marketing activities of the college, in marketing research of the educational services market, in identifying and attracting potential consumers of the educational services of the college, in determining the possibilities of the college to meet their requests, in actively promoting the educational services of the college on the market: quarterly submit to the deputy director for educational and production work and the director of the technical school a report on their marketing activities.

3.16. At least once every 5 years to improve their qualifications in the relevant educational institution.

3.17. Pass certification at least once every 5 years.

3.18. When a methodologist conducts pedagogical (teaching) work in a technical school, he is subject to the duties and responsibilities determined by the job description to the teacher (master of industrial training) of the technical school.

IV. RESPONSIBILITY

Methodist GAOU SPO "BSTT named after L.Ya.Kucheev" Kosenkova O.A. is responsible:

4.1. For failure to perform or improper performance of functions within its competence.

4.2. For the life and health of people in the process and as a result of their activities and activities.

4.3. For violation of their legal rights and freedoms, students and staff.

4.4. For material damage caused to the UPR due to its fault or negligence.

4.5. For anything else provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
