- Next, a wind siding board is fixed, nailed to the roof curtain, hanging over the crate. If there is slate, the board is adjusted under the wave until it rests, and only then they are nailed. They are nailed in a checkerboard pattern to the eaves and battens. As a result, two rows of fasteners should be obtained, this design is more reliable and even more interesting, thanks to the decorated carving at the bottom of the board.
This is far from the only installation that you will face, it is very important not to forget about the need for high-quality heat preservation - wind protection under the siding. Some buildings need increased heat efficiency; for this, insulation is installed under the siding trim.
The windproof material retains the characteristics of the thermal insulation material used, therefore:

The film for the installation of wind protection is produced by different manufacturers, which allows you to choose a more economical option. If you want to purchase quality products, then the vapor permeability of the windproof material should be at least 200 g per square meter, the higher the better.

Advice! You should not save on the wind bar, its installation is very important for the building. If for some reason there is no wind bar, then the siding cladding will not last long, the wear of the siding panel is accelerated, and the durability of the cladding structure is reduced.

As mentioned earlier, the wind bar preserves and protects the roofing material in its original form, for a period of many years. It is used to prevent moisture (snow or rain) from getting under the roof covering. It will protect against drafts, even in those places where they are observed most often.
The plank gives the roof strength, it does not wake up more than one wind, which means it wakes up warm and cozy on the roof. Despite the protective functions, it will also be erased appropriately, as if completing the roof - it gives an aesthetic appearance.
