The enthusiasm with which medieval alchemists and healers sought a universal cure for all diseases did the very idea of such a remedy a disservice. Just like the philosopher's stone, today the panacea personifies an impossible and unrealistic dream and is used to show how ephemeral the hopes of a particular healer are. Given such public mistrust, it is surprising how some medical centers and organizations concerned with population health assign this name to themselves.

At the same time, we must not forget that historically a panacea is a beautiful dream, a super task of previous generations of researchers and natural scientists. Human aspirations, especially mass ones, are often not groundless and always give some kind of material result. This was essentially the case with philosopher's stone, whose persistent search led to the creation of one of the most powerful scientific and natural disciplines - chemistry. So the search for a panacea became the reason for the opening of the series medicines. But this is not the main meaning of this great Idea. The most difficult conditions in which life on earth was formed, including man, biological species, are so unacceptable for the survival of individual individuals or the entire species as a whole that some universal remedy from all troubles and diseases is not so much a beautiful dream, as an urgent evolutionary need. In the absence of such a means, the very existence of man, and indeed of many animals, seems incredible. The difficulties that stood in the way of developing life seem simply insurmountable.

It can be assumed that the remedy that medieval scientists have been looking for for so long actually exists.

The persistent search for a panacea by medieval doctors was a kind of suicide. After all, if their search were crowned with success, the profession of a doctor would lose all meaning, because... a universal cure for all diseases, including those unknown to doctors, would provide massive and effective self-medication. Why go to doctors if you don't need a diagnosis? Take the “magic” pill (potion) and “everything will go away.”

Failure to find a panacea outside the body is obviously doomed to failure, because any medicine changes the state of the body, disrupts the established balance various factors and causes positive changes, but only when the diagnosis is correct. If the diagnosis is made incorrectly, it can sharply worsen the situation, so drug medicine cannot do without a medical diagnosis, which is why attempts at self-medication or treatment with “traditional” methods are so dangerous.

But nature was, is and will be wiser, therefore it created and is actively using in practice the dream of medieval alchemists. Yes, yes, a panacea exists, just not in the form of tablets, decoctions or drops. The panacea is in our body and therefore is always with us.

The man is without a doubt one of the most successful projects Mother Nature fully meets these requirements.

If the cause of all diseases is one, then to eliminate this cause there may be, or rather exists, one universal remedy - the legendary panacea. What kind of remedy is this? This is a complex of systems that ensure the preservation and restoration of the normal (design state) of the body, a complex that identifies, registers and eliminates any deviations from the norm. The most obvious representative of this complex is the immune system.

It is known, for example, the existence of a nonspecific reserve - the ability human body resist any illness, including previously unprecedented ones. Isn't this a panacea? A healthy body will cure and neutralize any “invader” according to an ingeniously simple scheme that is known in military aviation. The scheme is called “friend or foe,” where everything alien is automatically declared an enemy and mercilessly destroyed. Indeed, it is much simpler: “This type of bacteria should not be in the body - we destroy it.”

However, too many foreign and unknown objects penetrate our body, and the immune system, pampered by civilization, cannot cope with the flow of these true and imaginary threats, is distracted by the unimportant and misses the dangerous. She, concentrating on external threats, does not notice internal disorders, for example, the formation of tumors, changes in hormonal balance, etc.

Minor but constant deviations from the norm are especially dangerous. Due to their insignificance, they do not attract attention, especially compared to other threats. A gradual increase lulls the immune system, accustoming it to the constant presence negative factors. This continues until the amount of foreign influence leads to a qualitative change in the state of the body.

What should be done to prevent the “creeping counter-revolution”? Activate and stimulate the work of the entire control complex. Stimulate by simulating the presence of an unknown and incomprehensible threat, which is also located in an unknown part of the body. That. there is a threat and it must be looked for, and if the search begins, then at the same time all identified violations will be corrected.

These arguments are not fiction, but an algorithm for the therapeutic effect of the most exotic and unexpected procedure of general cryotherapy. The essence of the method is simple: a person is immersed in a layer of cold (-130 o C - -150 o C) gas for 2-3 minutes. During this time, only a very thin (5-10 mm) layer of the body has time to cool, however, on the surface where cold receptors are located, the skin temperature will drop to a minimum limit (-2 o C). The receptors will be sent to the central nervous system alarm signal that the entire surface of the body is at risk of frostbite, i.e. close to terminal state.

The system of signal transmission from threshold cold receptors is quite ancient; it transmits signals slowly, and most importantly, does not indicate the exact location of signal formation. As a result, information about the presence of a mortal threat somewhere on the periphery of the body comes to the brain with a delay. By this point, the procedure will already be completed, and the search for a threat on the periphery will be fruitless. There is a powerful signal about a destructive action, but where this action is and what it consists of is unknown. This means we need to look for and eliminate the cause.

From this moment on, the visitor to the cryosauna becomes the owner of an internal panacea. All departments and systems will be subjected to a thorough audit (auto-diagnosis), all identified deviations from the physiological norm will be subject to correction (auto-treatment). And so on for 5-6 hours after each procedure (up to 3 procedures are done per day), i.e. 15-18 hours of self-diagnosis and self-medication per day. Treatment of exactly what has deviated from the norm, stimulation of the weakened and depressed, search and activation backup systems replacing damaged or worn ones, mobilization of immune agents to suppress foreign penetrations, antioxidant effect, anti-radiation effect, etc.

Does it seem like a fairy tale? Not at all, this is the bright future of medicine, supported by today's practice and experience.

The most valuable thing in an internal panacea is self-diagnosis. The body itself will determine where the violations are, will choose and carry out a normalizing effect, and will shift the process in the right direction. For example, recognized indications for cryotherapy include both immunodeficiency and allergies. Staying in a cryosauna either activates the “sluggish” immune system(immunodeficiency), or, conversely, will bring the same system out of unnecessary “hysteria” (allergies). This will happen under the same external conditions(gas temperature and duration of the procedure), which means that the cold itself acts only as a stimulus that activates the work of the internal healer.

The more violations are identified in the patient, the more corrective actions our inner, infallible healer will perform, and the more relief the visitor to the cryosauna will experience. A well-known phenomenon from practice is connected with this: the sickest patients are the most grateful. Elderly people, who, as a rule, have a whole bunch of disorders, are especially grateful. And vice versa, healthy young people willingly visit the cryosauna, but do not notice any positive effects other than cheerfulness associated with the release of endorphins into the blood. IN in this case the body, having gone through all the systems, will establish: “Everything is normal, there is nothing to correct, it’s a false alarm,” and, just in case, it will strengthen nonspecific immunity. This boost lasts for 3-4 months and allows you to avoid seasonal epidemics.

The impact is always perfectly adjusted in direction and dose. A healthy person after a cryosauna will receive a certain amount of endorphins, but not much (so as not to be scattered). But for a drug addict in a state of withdrawal, the body, which seems to have forgotten how to produce endorphins, will “roll in” such a dose that the withdrawal will stop right in the cryosauna, the effect will last 5-6 hours.

Not a single deviation will be left unattended. Violated hormonal background, and if you can’t cope with infertility, we correct it, and the woman, after 10 years of unsuccessful treatment, discovers that she got rid of cellulite and became a mother. Over the years of married life, the libido has weakened - we correct it, and in the evening the tired businessman surprises his wife with his youthful enthusiasm, etc. and so on.

The panacea will cope with any problem, especially if the “magic” auto-correction mechanism is launched several times in a row. Each new shock will stimulate the correction of identified anomalies, and if everything cannot be returned to its original state, the body will find and break surrogate systems. It is only important that the signal for auto-correction is powerful and long-lasting, and this is ensured by following cryotherapy technology. This requires powerful and reliable equipment.

St. Petersburg, thanks to 20 years of cooperation between medical (St. Petersburg MAPO) and technical specialists(SPb NPT), became a world fashion trendsetter in the field of cryotherapy. The cryosaunas developed in our city have spread throughout the world and brought cryotherapy to high quality new level. It was thanks to the perfection of Russian cryosaunas that doctors and patients discovered the possibility of treating psoriasis, bronchial asthma, burns, fractures, wounds, and it became possible to prevent oncology, radiation sickness, etc. The list of cryosauna indications is getting wider and wider, with especially many positive results in our city, the city with the largest supply of cryosaunas (about 8 cryosaunas per 1 million people). For comparison, in Poland and Moscow there is 1 cryosauna per 1 million people. So take advantage of your advantages.
