Student summer internships have begun at the Siberian Federal University. Students from specialized institutes of the university have traditionally replenished the number of employees of large industrial enterprises Krasnoyarsk region.

Thus, Krasnoyarsk CHPP-2 of the Siberian Generating Company accepted students for internship Polytechnic Institute SFU. Future environmental and thermal power engineers get acquainted with the production and technological aspects of the operation of a thermal power plant and the work of the boiler shop. In addition, students studying international program CDIO, were given the opportunity to experiment and test the effectiveness and viability of their own developments in real conditions. For example, CDIO third-year student Nikita Voloshko suggested to the company other methods for heating fuel oil at CHPP-2, his classmate Ilya Trifonov is working on new ways to use ash, a product of fuel combustion.

“Our station has been cooperating with Siberian Federal University for many years. This is part of the formation program personnel reserve stations. We employ many students who undergo internships with us in the future. Graduates from quality training, developed engineering thinking are valuable to us, because the reliability of providing citizens with heat and light directly depends on the competence of personnel,” emphasized the director of Krasnoyarsk CHPP-2 Oleg Bubnovsky .

2nd and 3rd year students of the Institute of Oil and Gas directions " chemical Technology" and "chemistry" undergo practical training at the Achinsk Oil Refinery, where they study technological processes and hardware design of the main operating and under construction installations.

“The Institute of Oil and Gas of Siberian Federal University is our specialized educational institution. Organizing student practices is just one form of interaction. In addition, our plant’s specialists teach in master’s programs and engineering schools, and are chairmen of state certification commissions. Internship - good opportunity get to know students and assess their potential. And they need to look at working conditions, at a potential place of work. As a rule, those who have had a good internship with us are employed at the Atyrau Refinery,” said the head of the personnel assessment and development department at the Atyrau Refinery. Oksana Levitskaya .

Siberian Federal University is also one of 25 Russian universities, with which the largest mining and metallurgical company Norilsk Nickel is implementing the corporate program “Professional Start”, the goal of which is to attract graduates of higher educational institutions to the company’s enterprises. 112 SFU students went from SFU to Norilsk, 60 of them as representatives of the construction team.

For the period of practice, students are given a fixed-term contract employment contract. Under the guidance of a mentor, they undergo adaptation to work collective and, according to an individual plan, carry out an internship program, at the end of which all students undergo certification. This year, trainees will acquire skills at all mines, metallurgical plants, processing plants, railway, cement plant, in the control and analytical department, as well as at subsidiaries: in Zapolyarnaya construction company, Norilsk Supply Complex, “Norilsknickelremonte” and so on. Students are compensated for the cost of travel to Norilsk and back, accommodation, and are also paid wages.

Work plan for the internship period:

    Clarification of the dissertation topic.

Formation of a preliminary dissertation plan.

    Development of research methodology.

Conducting pilot measurements on the research topic.

Analysis and interpretation of the results obtained.

To study the mass consciousness of students of the Siberian Federal University on the issue of environmental problems, we examined the opinion of respondents studying at the IPPS, GI, and ISI SFU.

The number of respondents was 144.

The purpose of our study was to analyze the value and motivational attitudes of students of the Siberian Federal University on environmental issues.

We have set ourselves the following tasks:

    Assess the current level of orientation of students of the Siberian Federal University on environmental issues;

To propose ways and means of working with students of the Siberian Federal University in the interests of a more complete orientation of sympathetic persons in the social significance of the proposed environmental projects.

The method of collecting information is the survey method (questionnaire) (Appendix A).

When analyzing the research data, we used specialized software IBM SPSS Statistics 17.

We wanted to identify the respondents’ attitude towards this issue in general, find out how they assess the environmental situation and how ready they are to interact and work on environmental problems.

The first question, introductory, was as follows: “What, in your opinion, is the environmental situation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory today?” The respondents' answers were distributed as shown in Figure 1:

Figure 1 – Distribution of respondents’ answers to the question “What, in your opinion, is the environmental situation in the world today?”

As can be seen from the diagram, the majority of respondents’ answers indicated an unsatisfactory (42%), satisfactory (39%) and catastrophic (9%) situation; we can regard this as the fact that the majority of respondents do not consider the environmental situation in the region to be favorable. Up to 10% of respondents in total for both positions consider the situation to be good or excellent.

With questions 2, 3 and 5, we wanted to identify students’ involvement in environmental activities. The figures below show how the answers to the above questions were distributed.

For question 2, which sounded like “Do you take part in environmental activities?”, the answers were distributed as follows (Fig. 2):

Figure 2 – Distribution of respondents’ answers to the question “Do you take part in environmental activities?”

Answers by this issue turned out to be ambiguous. The majority of respondents (41%) chose the answer option “Rather no than yes.” What we can interpret is that respondents probably think about environmental problems, but do not take action, or do so only in exceptional cases. The next most common answer was “No”, chosen by 24% of respondents. “Rather yes than no” was chosen by 20% of respondents. This means that these respondents take real actions to help nature, but devote a small amount of time to this, or do it occasionally. 14% of respondents found it difficult to answer. A firm “Yes” was expressed by only 1% of respondents. Based on this, we can conclude that the majority do not make attempts to influence the environmental situation.

Regarding question 3 “Do you consider yourself a supporter of fighters for the protection wildlife? we received the following results (Fig. 3):

Figure 3 - Distribution of respondents’ answers to the question “Do you consider yourself a supporter of fighters for wildlife protection?”

The answers to this question were approximately equally distributed. Respondents were much more willing to answer “Yes” to a question that did not imply personal involvement or activity. Still, the majority of respondents do not consider themselves supporters (42%), with 36% agreeing. 22% found it difficult to answer this question.

Siberian Federal University is the most large university eastern part of Russia, located in Krasnoyarsk. Interestingly, the chairman of the SFU board of trustees is Dmitry Medvedev. One of the main goals of the university is the creation of such personnel who could contribute to the development of both Siberia in particular and Russian Federation generally. More than 30,000 students study at Siberian Federal University; of course, most of them are already working full time by the time they enter practice. According to statistics, more than 70% of graduates are employed in their specialty. In addition, in terms of the latter’s demand among employers, Siberian University ranks 10th among best universities countries.

One of the important components educational process is practice, educational, production, pre-graduation. It is practice that helps students gain practical skills, as well as consolidate theoretical knowledge. Many enterprises provide a good base for students, load them with work, really helping them practice in a particular area. But along with this, some consider internship to be useless. Not everywhere students are given enough attention, so many either go to the enterprise for show, or even agree and skip this stage training. Be that as it may, the trainee is required to submit.

A report is collected and compiled materials about the work carried out by the student during the internship. This is a mandatory document confirming not only the completion of the internship itself, but also the mastery of practical skills. Every SFU student, regardless of what specialty he receives, must pass scientific supervisor a report including a description of the enterprise, its main processes, activity analysis, development proposals, etc.

If you need to write to SFU practice report, order You can find it on the “I passed everything!” website. You can contact the service at any time, since we work around the clock and without intermediaries. This increases the speed of work while reducing the cost of services. In just a minute, you fill out an application and receive a list of performers who will prepare a report for you. Experts themselves set the price for their work, and you independently choose with whom and at what cost you will cooperate.

So, indicate the discipline, the due date, the need to check for plagiarism, and directly discuss the details of the report with the contractor. Our specialist will draw up the document in accordance with the requirements, so there will be no problems with its delivery.
