Plastic windows Thyssen (Deceunink)

Thyssen windows, manufactured by the Belgian company Dekoeninck, which bought this brand in 2005, are distinguished by their excellent design, excellent heat and sound insulation characteristics, due to which they deservedly belong to premium class products. We strongly recommend installing them in cases where strict requirements for sound insulation and energy saving. This is especially true in cases where heating costs are a burden on the owner of the premises.
Installing reliable windows will be much cheaper than spending extra fuel heating the environment. The Dekoeninck company is engaged in the production of Thyssen window profiles under its own brand, and has opened a profile production plant in the city of Protvino, Moscow region. Thyssen (Decoeninck) products found wide application and respect from clients. At the moment, two types of profiles from Deceunink products are widely known in Russia, they are both of the seventieth series: Favorit, a five-chamber profile with a gray seal, and Bautek, a three-chamber analogue of Favorit, with a black seal. The most popular windows are:

from the Thyssen Favorite profile

When choosing windows for your home, you should pay attention to THISSEN FAVORITE windows. This product has been developed for areas with very low temperatures or in buildings where there is increased requirements to energy saving.

The THYSSEN FAVORIT profile has improved thermal insulation characteristics, the profile width is 71 mm, the profile has an impeccable white look, 5-chamber structure. The THYSSEN FAVORITE profile can accommodate double glazed windows up to forty-seven millimeters wide. Optimal thermal insulation will be achieved when using a double-glazed window with a width of 40 mm.

The composition of the raw materials from which the profile is made is tested at low temperatures. The plastic must withstand severe frosts without deformation, therefore its composition contains Special attention impact strength. The THYSSEN FAVORITE profile is a Premium class profile.

In terms of price, design and quality ratio, it has no equal.

In the THYSSEN profile FAVORITE is used special seal light gray from a special material. This sealant is Deceuninck know-how. According to test results, the durability of the seals of this system is 30 years. In addition to the sealant, Thyssen also has other know-how: anti-break glazing bead, special system linings in the double-glazed windows so that the sashes do not sag, plastic mount imposts.

Thyssen "Favorite"

Plastic windows THYSSEN Favorite- This new concept PVC systems from Deceuninck. THYSSEN Favorite gives answers to any questions without requiring any evidence. This is the result of painstaking work, where attention is paid to the smallest details. Today THYSSEN Favorite is an excellent combination of technology and quality, which certainly leaves other profile systems far behind.

It is a worthy successor to the Mondial series from Deceuninck. But at the same time, Zendow is not just a new profile system, it is based on a well-thought-out strategy and concept that has acquired the label “Total Innovation” in the traditional window systems sector. The Zendow concept is much more than just a window system. Namely, proof of the leading role of the organization in Deceuninck. THYSSEN Favorite is more than a huge technical breakthrough. This system reflects Deceuninck's vision and strategy as a complete systems supplier offering a complete product highest quality.

Using basic components to create different sections of the THYSSEN Favorite profile

In addition to radical optimization and rationalization of parts, other additional functions have been added to the system. The most noticeable is undoubtedly the lip located in the middle of the drainage space. At first glance, this is an inconspicuous detail, but it is precisely a typical confirmation of how a small detail can become one of the main parts of the entire concept. It not only divides the drainage space into dry and wet zones, but is also double-sided for regular windows, opening outwards. At the same time, it serves as the basis for other functions. For example, it provides the opportunity to stretch the central seal. In light of the increasing demand for thermal insulation characteristics, this is an excellent argument in the growing struggle among well-known suppliers of PVC systems to create a system with the largest number of chambers.

THYSSEN Design Choice Favorite

Typically, a simple approach turns out to be the best solution. The THYSSEN design is a clear confirmation of this. The unique shape of the profiles claims individuality, complementing existing architectural styles. In essence, THYSSEN Favorite is an example modern architecture, while at the same time maintaining warm, natural lines that caress the eye. Moreover, research has shown that a radius of 8 + 5° is the most preferable. People who evaluated the profile from different points of view: manufacturers (from the point of view of the production process), designers (from the point of view of moderate design), marketers (from the point of view of competition) and, finally, consumers (for whom the main thing is modern look and ease of care) were most fascinated by the subtlety of the lines.

System advantages

Benefits for the manufacturer

  • Rationalization in production. The use of modular profiles leads to a reduction in their total number. By focusing on modules, THYSSEN Favorite not only reduces the level of complexity in the production process, but also simplifies it in the face of change. In other words, THYSSEN Favorite will allow the manufacturer to discard parts of production that have become unnecessary without significant changes to his process.
  • Use of 70 mm profiles. In THYSSEN Favorite profile systems, all improvements are made with better attitude price quality. THYSSEN Favorite was created with the ability to use both 3 and 5 cameras in the same profile system.
  • Ease of production. Unique design profile combines several innovations to increase production speed and efficiency, such as the use of 8 mm holes for drainage; simple and precise fixation of profiles thanks to the use of latches; the installed multifunctional seal also acts as both an external and internal barrier to moisture. No more manual installation required.

Plastic windows Thyssen Bautek can be used in the most severe climatic conditions.

Thyssen Bautek plastic windows have a frame and sash thickness of 71 mm, which increases many of the characteristics of these systems!

A glass unit with a thickness of 36 mm is installed. plastic profile equipped with three air chambers and weldable gray thermoplastic elastomer seals.

Gray seals well emphasize the beauty and elegance of the BAUTEK window itself, both white and laminated.

“Thyssenite” has been added to the composition of the BAUTEC window profile - a special chemical component based on an impact strength modifier, which ensures the strength of the profile at any temperature.

Thyssen BAUTEC plastic windows are equipped with the best German AUBI fittings, which have unique additional options.

Premium German brand on the Russian market since 1995. With VEKA you get the real thing German quality from a company with 48 years of history around the world.

  • ALL profile systems of the highest class “A”
  • ALL are made frost-resistant and marked with the letter “M”
  • ALL have a maximum 4-way steel reinforcement
  • Uniform quality standard regardless of country of production

The more air chambers, the less air exchange and, accordingly, the higher the thermal insulation.

The wider the profile and the greater the installation depth, the higher the thermal insulation.

Profiles ONLY of the highest class “A”

According to thickness internal walls ALL our profiles are upper class“A” - the thickness of their front wall is at least 3 mm.

  • class “A”: front wall not less than 3.0 mm
  • class “B”: front wall not less than 2.5 mm
  • class “C”: wall thickness is not standardized

Please note that 80-90% Russian market these are classes “B” and “C” and only 10-20% of class “A” profiles. At the same time in assortment VEKA profiles Class "A" ONLY.

We fundamentally DO NOT use profile systems of classes “B” and “C” (with a front wall width of less than 3.0 mm).

ONLY frost-resistant profiles

According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door units” for resistance to climatic influences, ALL of our profiles are “frost-resistant” - for areas with an AVERAGE monthly air temperature in January BELOW minus 20°C.

GOST standards for different classes:

  • normal version "N": average temperature in January - minus 20°С and above
  • frost-resistant version “M”: the average temperature in January is lower than minus 20°C

Our assortment includes ONLY frost-resistant profile systems marked with the letter “M”.

Heat transfer resistance (thermal thermal resistance) is the main thermal insulation coefficient. Determined by the ratio of the temperature difference between outside and inside the room to heat flow passing through the window. The higher this number, the better efficiency thermal insulation.

Evolutionary double-glazed windows SmartGlass 2.0

Our multifunctional double-glazed windows work for you both in winter and summer. In winter, spraying silver particles retains up to 90% of thermal energy heating devices, and in summer the double-glazed window reflects 25% more solar heat than usual plastic windows.

  • 42% more HEAT in winter (energy saving properties)
  • 25% less HEAT in summer (sun protection properties)

All our double-glazed windows contain special energy-efficient glass. We DO NOT use regular glass even in the most basic configurations.

AirDrive I, II and III climate control systems

Optimal ventilation mechanisms are built into the windows - the sashes open slightly by 1-5 mm, depending on the selected mode. Is not external devices(combs or valves), namely BUILT-IN ventilation fittings.

Three options:

  • AirDrive I: slot ventilation (1 mode)
  • AirDrive II: discrete multi-stage ventilation (3 modes)
  • AirDrive III: discrete multi-stage ventilation (5 modes)

We try not to put combs because of them appearance(only at your request). In principle, we do not use valves due to the fact that they violate the integrity of the window, reduce its tightness and strength (since the profile and its reinforcement are drilled through).

MAXIMUM steel profile reinforcement

Reinforcement is a steel frame inside a PVC profile. This is what gives the structure rigidity. The more steel and stiffening angles, the more reliable the window geometry.

Types of reinforcement:

  • Square – 100% reinforcement on 4 sides, 4 stiffeners (maximum)
  • U-shaped – 75% reinforcement on 3 sides, 2 stiffeners (regular)
  • L-shaped – 50% reinforcement on 2 sides, 1 stiffener (very, very bad!)

All our profiles are reinforced to the MAXIMUM - on 4 sides and always with 4 stiffeners.

VEKA technologists managed to achieve a compromise between the unpretentiousness of the matte texture and the spectacular gloss.

Pleasant shine and low sensitivity to external influences are the most noticeable feature of our window systems.

The VEKA profile complies not only with the Russian GOST, but also with the European RAL building standard.

German company Thyssen Polymer (Thyssen) is engaged in the manufacture of profile systems for metal-plastic structures about 20 years. The Thyssen profile is preferred where quality and reliability are important.

It is worth noting that as the window market expands in the countries of Central and of Eastern Europe specialists developing the system take into account climatic factors and the specifics of architectural and construction traditions in their decisions for these countries.

The wishes of the customer, his individual preferences, technical features, the style of the building as a whole - all those the necessary conditions, which determine the choice of type and material for the manufacture of windows and doors. Thanks to the variety of its systems, the Thyssen profile is ideal for any landscape.

FAVORIT windows - a new standard of comfort

Concept new system answers following requirements: plastic windows Thyssen Favorite significantly warmer than similar systems from three-chamber profiles, withstands all thermal loads (including very low temperatures, strong wind and solar radiation), protects against harmful effects ultraviolet and infrared light, differs in heat and moisture resistance. In addition, we consider important qualities elegant design, perfection of components and profile surfaces, as well as long service life of the system. and affordability pleasantly surprise buyers.

Although we are proponents of using selectively coated glass in double-glazed windows, the economic situation in many regions is still such that the use of glass is more justified double-glazed windows. When increasing the width air gap glass unit by 2 mm in the range from 10 to 15-16 mm gives an average increase in its heat transfer resistance by 0.02 m²C/W. Accepted as a standard double-glazed window for the FAVORIT system best option total thickness 36 mm.

The system includes elite ones and the possibility of using thresholds with thermal inserts.

Regarding the requirements for entrance doors, the new standards prescribe:

Reduced heat transfer resistance Ro, m2C/W, entrance doors and doors (without a vestibule) of apartments on the first floors and gates, as well as doors of apartments with unheated staircases must be at least the product of 0.6 Rreq (the product of 0.8 Rreq for entrance doors to single-family houses), where Rreq is the reduced heat transfer resistance of the walls, determined by formula (3); for doors to apartments above the first floor of buildings with heated staircases - at least 0.55 m2C/W.

Without further details, it is obvious that these are very high thermal requirements! The standard doors made of PVC profiles on the market are, in the vast majority of cases, two-chamber systems with powerful closed steel, which do not meet the requirements of the standards. The exception is the FAVORIT system. The system includes elite doors made of five-chamber profiles with a width of 71 mm, and the possibility of using . Thus, the heat transfer resistance will be at least no lower, and when using sandwich panels large area, higher than that of the windows, which will fully comply with the requirements of the standards.

Thyssen Favorite window scheme:

  1. Five air chambers for high thermal protection (class 1 according to GOST 30673).
  2. Width 71 mm for optimal temperature distribution in the profiles.
  3. It is possible to install double-glazed windows up to 47 mm wide.
  4. Glazing beads with two support legs guarantee reliable glazing.
  5. Two planes of sealing gaskets protect against blowing.
  6. Reliable steel liners, identical in frame and sash, ensure the absorption of severe wind loads.
  7. The auxiliary profiles snap into the mounting clamps.
  8. The hinges are installed through plastic and steel.
  9. Water drainage and ventilation of double-glazed windows go through the outer chamber.
  10. The axial size of the fittings is 13 mm, increasing burglary protection.
  11. The 45° inclination ensures good water drainage and an elegant design.
  12. Increased thermal protection due to the width of 71 mm and 5 air chambers with a width of at least 5 mm. System heat transfer resistance:
  • 0.78 m2S/W (with reinforcement liner)
  • 0.82 m2C/W (without reinforcement liner).
Technical characteristics of Thyssen Favorite:

Currently, SNiP 23-02-03 has been adopted and put into effect

THERMAL PROTECTION OF BUILDINGS (ADOPTED AND PUT INTO EFFECT from October 1, 2003 by Decree of the State Construction Committee of Russia dated June 26, 2003 No. 113 INSTEAD SNiP II-3-79*). With element-by-element rationing, the fundamental and long-proven principle has been preserved, where degree-days are taken as the basis heating season. But, despite the fact that the order of the numbers remained the same, and the revolution, as was the case with the introduction of amendments to the old SNiP in 1998, did not occur, the required reduced resistance of the windows still changed a little. What does it have to do with different things: if for Southern regions And Central Russia the value increased by approximately 0.03 m2C/W, then for cold regions (with degree days above 6000) the figures remained the same. This is due to the fact that improving the design of windows in Siberia and in northern regions difficult for economic reasons.

Chosen direction of development regulatory framework in Russia is quite consistent with general European and world trends. For example, a serious impetus for the development construction technologies In Europe, EnEV has been adopted, the use of which should reduce energy consumption by about 30%. The adoption of EnEV in February 2002 marked the beginning of the transition in Germany from three-chamber sash designs with a width of around 60 mm to multi-chamber systems with a width of 70 mm or more. The system also includes a box with a width of 128 mm.

Being aware of the upcoming new standards, simultaneously with their introduction into force, the concept of FAVORITE windows came to Russia Thyssen Polymer Company, part of the group Deceuninck companies. The main principle of the system is that it must be warm and withstand all the harsh climatic loads in Russia. To do this, the system must have five air chambers and a total profile width of 71 mm.

Practice and calculations show that profiles with a width of about 60 mm in terms of increasing thermal protection have exhausted their development potential. The latest attempts were ideas to turn 60 mm profiles into four-chamber ones, and use reinforcing steel with thermal breaks, similar to the principle of aluminum. But research and testing in all European laboratories showed no difference in thermal protection between three- and four-chamber profiles 60mm wide. Only air chambers in which the thickness of the air layer is at least 5 mm work and provide a thermal protection effect, and in profiles with a width of 60 mm, you can only follow the path of crushing the air chambers into sections 2-4 mm wide. As a result, dies for four-chamber 60 mm profiles manufactured by all companies gather dust on wooden shelves in storerooms... As for steel with thermal inserts, here you can get an increase in heat transfer resistance, but this solution turned out to be too expensive. Therefore, the FAVORIT system has four heat-insulating chambers with a width of at least 5 mm, and, based on the requirements of statics, the size of the fifth, inner chamber for steel was determined. Based on these two considerations, the total required width of the profiles for the system turned out to be 71 mm.

The high heat transfer resistance of the profile system increases the reduced heat transfer resistance of windows as a whole. According to calculated data, for the FAVORIT system with identical double-glazed windows and with a ratio of glazing area to product area of 0.7, this important indicator increases by 0.03 m2C/W.

This is exactly the amount by which the requirements of the standards increase. For window manufacturers, this means that without changing the design of double-glazed windows, but using a new window system, they will automatically fit into the new standards without increasing production costs.

In practice, the heat transfer resistance is higher than the calculated values. According to tests carried out in the Ural region (SpetsRemStroy LLC company) (Testing Center Building materials, products and structures of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Research Center Design Bureau named after. Academician V.P. Makeev), the following test results were obtained:

  • with glass unit 4M1-12-4M1-12-4M1: 0.66 m2C/W;
  • with double-glazed window 4M1-12-4M1-12-I4: 0.80 m2C/W;
  • with double-glazed window 4M1-16-4M1: 0.48 m2C/W;
  • with double-glazed window 4M1-16-I4: 0.74 m2C/W.

1. Reduced edge effect in double-glazed windows due to the width of the profiles being 71 mm and the pinching height of the double-glazed window being 20 mm. The analysis of the distribution of isotherms in the system profiles showed a significant reduction in the edge effect of the double-glazed window, that is, the formation of condensation along its perimeter.

2. It is possible to install double-glazed windows up to 47 mm wide in the windows. Although we are proponents of using selectively coated glass in double-glazed windows, the economic situation in many regions is still such that the use of double-chamber double-glazed windows is more justified. When the width of the air gap of a glass unit increases by 2 mm in the range from 10 to 15-16 mm, its heat transfer resistance increases on average by 0.02 m2C/W. The optimal option with a total thickness of 36 mm was adopted as a standard double-glazed window for the FAVORIT system.

3. The compound (raw material mixture) is prepared for the use of profiles in the harsh Russian climate.

  • Plastic windows must withstand the most severe frosts, so special attention is paid to the impact strength modifier in its composition. The profile on perceptions of climate impacts refers to frost-resistant design ;
  • Vicat softening point is +89 C;
  • Charpy impact strength 44 kJ/m2;
  • strength corner connections exceeds standard requirements by two to three times!;
  • confirmed durability 50 conditional years of operation (for temperate climates) and 20 for northern regions.

4. High static reliability and dimensional stability of the system due to the increased moments of inertia of steel reinforcements and the strength of the PVC profile itself. The moment of inertia of the impost is twice as high as that of other profile systems.

5. Height of the rebates: outside 8mm, inside 9mm. This height of the rebates guarantees a reliable fit of the sashes to the frame and ample opportunities adjustment of fittings. Together with a specially shaped elastic seal, this provides high sound insulation and window density. At the same time, if necessary, a Regel-Air climate valve can be installed in the windows

6. The FAVORIT system window designs use welded seals made of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) of gray color. The gray color of the seals gives the windows a new, elegant design. The stretched seals are welded together with the profiles, which speeds up and simplifies the manufacture of windows.
As for the physical and mechanical properties of seals, they depend entirely on their chemical composition. The formulation used by Thyssen Polymer GmbH allows the use of TPE seals in the harsh climatic conditions of Russia.

7. The axial installation size of the fittings is 13 mm, which increases the anti-burglary qualities of FAVORIT windows.

8. The profiles have an elegant design with a 45° slope and flawless surfaces. Along with all the above technical features, the company made sure that the price of the FAVORIT profile system was competitive in comparison with the dominant three-chamber systems with a width of 60 m today.

Technical characteristics optimized for Russia, together with accessibility to the mass consumer, make the FAVORIT system a unique offer on the Russian market.
The presence of an excellent technical concept and a balanced pricing policy are prerequisites for the widespread use of windows made of PVC FAVORIT profiles in municipal and private construction in Russia.
