There is a method for submission by the taxpayer (payer of the fee, tax agent) tax return(calculation) to the tax authority in the form postal item with a description of the attachment. Moreover, when sending a tax return (calculation) by mail on the day of her presentation The date of dispatch of the postal item with a description of the attachment is considered.

The investment inventory form according to Form 107 is used in the following cases:

  1. a description of the attachments in the valuable letter;

    Note: For example, when sending a tax return by mail.

  2. a description of the contents in the parcel;
  3. an inventory of the contents of the parcel;

Postal item with declared value is sent to open form with a description of the attachment. In this case, the sender of a valuable letter, parcel or parcel is required to fill out two forms inventory of attachments f.107, which indicates:

  • name and postal address of the addressee;
  • name, number of items and the amount of their assessment.

The sender of a valuable letter with a tax return must put his signature on each copy of the inventory form. If among the items sent there are items without valuation, then in the column “declared value” a dash is placed next to their name on each inventory form. At the request of the sender, the valuation of the items may not be indicated on the copy of the attachment inventory included in the mail item.

When the inventory forms according to Form 107 are completed, the postal worker is obliged to:

  • compare entries in both copies of the inventory;
  • compare the correspondence of the address and the name of the addressee indicated in the inventory and on the address side of the shell (address label) of the registered postal item (RPO);
  • compare the items being sent with the entries in the inventory;
  • check the compliance of the total value of investments indicated in the inventory with the amount of the declared value of the RPO. The amount of the declared value of the RPO must be equal to the total value of all investments indicated in the inventory;
  • put a calendar stamp on both copies of the inventory and sign them;
  • insert the first copy of the inventory on top of the attachment in the RPO and pack it, give the second copy to the sender along with the receipt.

If you send a parcel with a description of the contents of parcels, as well as according to RPO with declared value, handed over by legal entities, a fee will be charged.

The sender determines the value of each item independently. The cost of the inventory items affects the amount of compensation in case of loss of the shipment, but the higher the cost of the items, the higher the cost of the shipping insurance fee will be. The sum of items can be made zero by placing a dash.

Contractual relations imply the fulfillment by the parties of their obligations in full. If one of the parties, let’s call it the offender, violated the terms of the contract, then the victim begins to take measures to eliminate the contradictions. In most cases, the dispute can be resolved before trial, especially since in most civil law disputes it is important to follow the claim (pre-trial) procedure for their settlement, without which arbitration court will return the statement of claim.

Typically, a “debriefing” begins with the presentation of a claim (complaint) to the offender, which is often impossible or very difficult to convey personally. The reasons may be different: the parties are geographically far from each other; the victim’s health condition does not allow him to visit the offender in person; the latter refuses to accept the claim, and so on. The post office comes to the rescue; there is a branch in almost every locality. In this article we will look at how to properly send a claim by mail, what types of mail are used for these purposes, and which one will be most preferable?

Registered letter with acknowledgment of delivery

Any registered letter is a registered mail item (RPO). This means that all stages of its passage from the place of receipt to the place of delivery to the addressee are documented (each RPO is assigned a tracking number), and the fact of delivery itself can be proven by requesting the relevant information from the Russian Post (letters are handed to the addressee with a receipt). But if suddenly it comes to judicial trial, then such a request may take time and delay the consideration of the case. Therefore, it is recommended that any letter of claim be sent with acknowledgment of receipt.

The notification is a special postal form (for shipments within Russia - form 119), on which the recipient’s signature is placed at the time of delivery. It is sent along with the letter and then returned to the sender with a receipt, a postal stamp and the signature of the employee who made the delivery.

Notifications, like letters, can be simple or registered. A simple card will follow the path back to the sender in the same way as a simple letter - it will not be taken into account or registered anywhere, it will simply be dropped into Mailbox. A registered notification must be received by mail, but the risk of its loss will be eliminated by adding it to the documents at all stages of the process.

When registered mail arrives at the post office at the addressee's location, the letter is delivered to the address of the legal entity (the delivery procedure is determined by the agreement between it and the postal operator) or a notice is sent to the organization's post office box. The notice is a special form (Form 22), which is designed to inform the recipient that there is a registered postal item in his name (or company address). In this case, registered letters are delivered at post offices upon presentation of a notice, as well as a passport and power of attorney (if the recipient represents a legal entity).

By sending certified mail with notification, you will provide conclusive evidence that your application (or claim) was delivered to the recipient's address. However, here we cannot exclude the possibility that during the trial the recipient will declare that he received an envelope from the victim with blank slate or with completely different information, in general, he will say that he did not see the claim.

Indeed, the very fact of delivery registered letter with a notification of delivery does not mean that there really was a claim, and not a declaration of love or a wish for a long and happy life. And if a guarantee of delivery is an undoubted advantage of registered mail, then the lack of evidence regarding the attachment is an undeniable disadvantage. Therefore, in order to competently resolve controversial issues, it is better to send the application by letter with a declared value.

Valuable letter with a list of attachments and notification

A valuable letter (with a declared value) also applies to RPO and is protected from the risks of loss in transit due to the fault of postal workers. When sending such a letter, its “declared value” must be indicated - this is the amount that will be paid to the sender in the event of damage to the correspondence or its loss as a result of force majeure.

Valuable letters are delivered exclusively at post offices upon presentation of a notice. Delivery and handing over to the location of the organization or place of residence individual impossible.

Receipt of delivery, as in the case of registered mail, will indicate that the addressee has received the letter. But the problem of proving the contents of this letter will remain open. Therefore, it would be better to send a valuable letter with a description of the attachment and a receipt.

Inventory of attachments is a special postal form (Form 107), which is filled out before sending a letter (this “option” is only possible for valuable letters and does not apply to registered letters). The inventory indicates the names of the documents contained in the envelope and their quantity.

To send such a letter, you must prepare an envelope with a claim enclosed. The envelope DOES NOT need to be sealed. Fill in all the required fields on the envelope (your address and the recipient's). Fill out two copies of the inventory form f.107. This can be done on the post office website, after which they can be printed. Or take the blank printed forms directly from the branch, where you can fill them out.

In the “Name of Items” column, enter the name of your claim, for example, “Claim for refusal to return part of the insurance premium after early repayment.” In the column “Number of items” we write 1 (unit). And in the column “Declared value, rub.” enter a small amount in rubles (no more than 10 rubles).

What does a postal worker do:

  • checks the inventory with the contents of the letter;
  • puts a certification signature and seal on the inventory with the date and department index;
  • one copy of the inventory is returned to the sender;
  • the claim with the second copy of the inventory is sealed in an envelope and the receipt of the postal item is formalized.

This way, it will be confirmed that you sent exactly the claim, and not something else or a completely blank sheet. In this case, the postal worker who certified the inventory bears full responsibility for the correspondence of the inventory to the actual attachment. The payment receipt, inventory and receipt receipt will be conclusive evidence that you sent the claim to the offender. And it will be possible to compensate for your expenses at the expense of the recipient of the letter (if, of course, the sender wins in court).

Note! To ensure that in the future the other party cannot challenge the contents of the claim letter, it is advisable to indicate the most detailed name of the attached documents when drawing up the inventory. For example, “Claim with requirement”.

Even despite the presence of an inventory, the addressee may open a dispute regarding the content of the received requirement. How can you fight your opponent in this situation? It’s very simple - download the inventory form from the Russian Post website and fill it out on your computer. At the same time, the contents of the entire claim are entered in the text of the inventory in small print. Then the name of the attached document will look like this: “Claim with the following content: “.

The main disadvantage of valuable registered postal items with an inventory is the lack of a guarantee of their delivery. It is quite possible that the message will be returned to the sender with a note about expired storage The main thing here is not to print out the letter, but to keep it until the trial. During the hearing, you can present the envelope to the judge for review and open it in his presence. This will be guaranteed proof that you sent “the right thing” and your good intentions.

If the recipient claims that he did not receive anything, or received, but not what you sent him, then the burden of proving these circumstances lies entirely with him. The judge in this case will probably side with the sender.

You can send any claim letters using the methods described above:

  • application to court;
  • complaints to Rospotrebnadzor, the prosecutor's office, FAS;
  • claims to the bank;
  • requirements for borrowers, etc.

How to properly send a claim by mail? Additional measures

Let us assume that all measures aimed at delivering the claim by mail have been completed. But the addressee stubbornly refuses to receive the letter. Maybe because he suspects its contents, or maybe everything is much more banal. Employees of the organization are simply too lazy to go to the post office, or, as they say in the reviews knowledgeable people, legal persons draw up powers of attorney for their employees only to receive registered letters (according to the standard postal power of attorney form), but unfortunately, they forget about valuable ones or are too lazy to draw them up. How can we force the other party to receive the shipment?

The first thing they recommend doing on the forums is to send a telegram following the complaint. In the text of the message you need to indicate that you sent the letter by mail and ask to receive it (just indicate the letter number). The telegram is delivered directly to the addressee, without prior notification of its arrival. Therefore, there is practically no chance that they will not receive it. This will ensure that the defendant is properly notified of the claim. And if he refuses to receive a registered (or valuable) letter, this will be regarded as a deliberate evasion of obligations.

The second option is to use the same telegram as the main means of notification. In this case, the entire text of the claim is written in the forwarded telegraph message. But this method only works fully in cases where the text size is small, i.e. takes up no more than 1 sheet. True, this method will cost a pretty penny. Alternatively, you can send only the main idea of the claim, an excerpt from it in a few words, for example: “Please recalculate the insurance premium and return part of it due to the full early repayment loan."

So what is the correct way to send a claim by mail? Which method will be most preferable? Those discussing this topic on various forums agree that nothing better than a valuable letter with an inventory and notification has yet been invented. You can try everything available options With additional measures, but the most reliable way to transfer claims is still their personal delivery to the offender (just don’t forget to get a copy with a receipt stamp; alternatively, you can prepare a second copy of the claim for these purposes). Here, the very fact of delivery cannot be disputed, and the essence of the transmitted message is not in doubt.

A letter is a piece of mail containing a written message. Letters can be simple, registered or with declared value. In this article I will talk in detail about how to send a registered letter, and how to send a registered letter with notification and with inventory of the attachment.

So, simple letters most often used for the exchange of written messages between private individuals. That is, an ordinary letter in an ordinary envelope or greeting card- all this applies to simple letters. In order to send such a letter, it is enough to drop it into the blue mailbox of the Russian Post. The maximum weight of such a postal item must be no more than 20 g.* When sending a simple letter, the sender is not given any supporting documents for sending the letter (check, receipt). Accordingly, if a simple letter is lost, then Russian Post will not bear any responsibility.

Ordered letter intended for sending some documents, forms, receipts. This type postal item is registered. It is sent directly to the Russian Post office through an operator. The cost of the shipment is slightly more expensive than in the case of a simple letter, but the sender receives a guarantee that the shipment will definitely be delivered to the addressee. A registered letter is delivered personally to the addressee against signature. The maximum weight of a registered letter must be no more than 100 g. If a postal item weighs more than 100 g, then such a postal item is called a parcel post.

A registered letter can be sent simultaneously with a notification of delivery and a list of the contents. True, in the latter case the letter will no longer be called registered, but valuable!

What is “registered letter with return receipt requested”? This type of sending assumes that the letter will be sent to the addressee as a registered letter, that is, the addressee will receive the letter in person, and the sender, in turn, will receive a notification confirming the fact that the letter has been received by the addressee. That is, if you want to send a registered letter and make sure that the letter has been received by the addressee, you must send a registered letter with notification.

What is a “valuable letter with an inventory of attachments”? This type assumes that the contents of the shipment will be described by the sender on a special form. Moreover, when receiving a valuable letter with an inventory, the recipient at the post office with the operator has the right to open the letter and check its contents, which must fully comply with the attachment inventory form.

You can send a registered letter at any branch of the Russian Post. There is nothing complicated about this; you don’t need to fill out any additional forms.

To send a letter:

  • Go to the transaction window at the post office and buy the right size envelope. The maximum envelope size is 229x324 mm, that is, slightly larger than a sheet of A4 paper.
  • The envelope must indicate the index and address of the sender and recipient.
  • We tell the operator that we want to send this letter by registered mail and that’s it. After paying for the service, you will receive a check on which a tracking number will be indicated, with which you can track the movement of the letter until it is delivered.

How to send a registered letter with return receipt requested

The process of sending a registered letter with return receipt requested is exactly the same as in the previous case. The only difference is that in addition to filling out the address information on the envelope, you will also need to fill out the “Notice of Delivery” form (Form 119). This form can be obtained free of charge at the post office.

An example of filling out this form is shown in the picture below. For clarity, the data that the sender needs to fill out is highlighted in red:

On the front side of the Notification of Delivery form, it is necessary to indicate exactly your data (name, address, zip code), because The recipient of this notification will be you, and not the addressee of your letter.

How to send a registered valuable letter with a list of attachments

Sending a valuable letter with a list of attachments is carried out in the same way as sending a regular registered letter. The only difference is that you will additionally need to fill out the “Inventory of Investment” form (Form 107). This form is issued free of charge at the post office upon request from the sender.

That is, in order to send a valuable letter with an inventory of the attachment, you will need to indicate all the data on the envelope in which the letter will be sent, and also fill out two forms with an inventory of the attachment. You will need to fill out exactly two forms, because... one remains with the sender, and the second is received by the addressee. Accordingly, based on this form, the addressee will be able to check the contents of your shipment.

An example of filling out form form 107. The list of attachments is shown in the picture:

When sending a valuable letter with a description of the attachment, provide the envelope to the operator unsealed (opened). The operator must check the contents for compliance with the attachment inventory.

Registered mail: delivery times and costs

The delivery time for registered letters is exactly the same as the delivery time for other postal items, including parcels and parcels. Russian Post has target dates that you should rely on. I already wrote about this in more detail earlier in the article about sending parcels by cash on delivery. If you want your letter to arrive faster, then it must be sent 1st class.

As for the cost of sending a registered letter, the cost depends on many factors: the weight of the letter, with or without notice, with or without a description of the attachment. See the Russian Post website for more details.

* The weight of a simple letter can be higher than 20 g, but not exceed 100 g. For each subsequent full or incomplete 20 g of the weight of a simple letter, an additional fee will be charged.

Dear author, before writing such an article, read the postal rules. Registered letters with an inventory do not exist! The inventory is made only for valuable items. And the note that a shipment with an inventory is placed only in this case: the sender draws up an inventory in 2 copies, evaluates each item, the postal employee checks the inventory with what the sender put in the envelope/box and only after that signs and stamps it. one copy remains with the sender, the second is placed in an envelope/box. If you want to send a registered order with an inventory, then this is your right, but! No one will check your inventory, no one will sign for it, and the shipment will not be marked “with inventory.” Your shipment will be registered or ordered with notice. BUT NO DESCRIPTION!

Extremely outraged by the work of the postal service. I have to send a registered letter every month, with or without notification, from Budennovsk, Stavropol Territory, to Moscow, and every month I look for these letters that are “walking” in an unknown place. So today, two letters have been lost and a search application has already been written and no answer, no greeting. They have a disgraceful attitude towards their duties and there is no punishment for them. What are they paid for? And there is no one to ask... how much health and hassle is wasted due to the disregard of postal workers to their direct responsibilities.

How to send a letter via Russian Post: step-by-step instructions

With development postal services on the Internet and available services mobile operators, paper cards and letters in envelopes are not sent as often as 10-15 years ago. But in some cases it is impossible to do without sending it in a regular postal envelope. How to send a letter via Russian Post so that the correspondence is guaranteed to reach the addressee?

What can you send in a postal envelope?

To begin with, it is worth determining what exactly can be sent in an envelope for letters, and for what you will need to use, for example, a parcel. What can you send by letter by Russian Post?

In addition to postcards and letters, you can put almost any paper or cardboard correspondence in the envelope: personal documents (passport, diploma, work book, certificates, etc.), paper (cardboard) crafts and products, photographs, etc. The main thing is that the weight of one letter does not exceed the established norm - 100 g (for letters to another country - no more than two kilograms). The exception to this rule is money and bank cards- postal workers themselves do not recommend putting them in envelopes.

The question often arises: is it possible to enclose it in a paper letter? small items? For example, jewelry, keychains, flat magnets, badges? Postal employees answer this question in the negative. The reason is simple - when stamping an envelope or when sending/removing it through a mailbox, the envelope may tear due to the bulky item inside.

However, senders who manage to send quite successfully small items in the letters, they claim that such attachments can be transported if the items cannot be clearly felt in the envelope. This is achieved by simply wrapping the item in cardboard, several layers of tape or thick paper.

Depending on the type of sending, letters can be registered, simple, express, letters with declared value or with notification. Step by step procedure their dispatches are approximately the same, with the exception of some features. Using the example of a simple postal item, let's look at how to send a letter via Russian Post:

  • Any letter is sent from the nearest Russian Post office, the address of which can be found on the official website of this organization. A simple letter, in addition, can be dropped into a street mailbox.
  • To send, you need to purchase an envelope in accordance with the size of the attachment. The smallest is 114 x 162 mm or 110 x 220 mm (euro), the largest is 229 x 324 mm.

  • The envelope should be filled out in legible handwriting in any color of ink except red, yellow and green. Various crossing-outs, stains or corrections on the envelope are not allowed.
  • In the upper left corner, in a special field, fill in information about the sender:

In the “From” line, the full name or name of the sending organization is indicated;

In the lines “From 9raquo; The sender's address information is entered in the following order:

  • Street;
  • House number;
  • building number (if any);
  • apartment number (office or office number);
  • settlement (full geographical name);
  • district (if it is present in the address);
  • region name Russian Federation(region, region, etc.);
  • name of the country of departure (only for sending abroad);

    A simple letter, the weight of which does not exceed 20 g, is sent in a postal envelope without additional payment or additional stamps. However, if the weight of the item is greater or the letter is expected to be delivered outside the country, then before sending the letter via Russian Post, you should contact the operator, who will weigh the letter and affix stamps in accordance with the price of the item.

    How does such a message differ from a simple letter? How to send a registered letter via Russian Post? The service for sending registered letters is intended for sending important documentation, official correspondence (requests, claims, notifications, complaints, etc.). Registered letters have a number of advantages compared to sending a simple message:

    • When sent, a registered letter is assigned an individual track number (indicated at the top of the check issued to the sender). Using it, it is possible to track the delivery of the message through the Internet service “Tracking of items” on the PR website.
    • This type of shipment is delivered personally to the addressee against signature after presentation of the passport. This is indisputable evidence that the sender sent the letter in a timely manner, and the recipient is familiar with the contents of the message.

    Sending registered letters is a more reliable, but also more expensive way of delivering correspondence. How to send a letter via Russian Post if you need to use the “Registered Letter” service? After completing the steps described above, the sender must contact the postal operator, say that he needs to send a registered letter, and pay the cost of this service. The postal employee will weigh the envelope, register the letter with a tracking number, and attach a barcode and stamps in accordance with the cost of the item.

    Notice: what is it for and how to fill it out correctly

    Registered letters with notification - a service that allows the sender to find out the exact date delivering the letter to the recipient. This is an official document, which in some cases can also serve as proof of the fact that correspondence was sent on time. To use this service, you must fill out a form and inform the operator that a registered letter is sent with a notification.

    It is filled out on a special postal form F-119. All information is on both sides in a field indicating: “Those circled with a bold line are filled in by the sender.” The filling procedure is as follows:

    1. In the field indicating “Notification must be returned to the address”, the data of the sender of the letter is entered in the same sequence as on the envelope. Marks are placed in the “Letters” boxes; and “Custom 9raquo;.
    2. In the field on back side The recipient's details are entered on the form in the same order as on the envelope. Marks are placed in the “Letters” boxes; and “Custom 9raquo;.
    3. The notification is glued by the operator directly to the envelope, and after delivering the registered letter to the recipient, the form is removed by the postman and sent to the sender.

    It is recommended to order a letter of value (also known as a letter of declared value) to send particularly valuable attachments: originals of personal documents, valuable papers, real estate documentation and other things. This type of postal item is supplemented by a description of the attachment indicating the amount at which the sender estimates the contents of the envelope.

    This type of forwarding is considered one of the most reliable, since a valuable letter is necessarily assigned registration number, which means it is subject to tracking on the way to the addressee. In addition, if the letter is suddenly lost, the sender receives compensation from the post office in the amount of the declared value.

    How to send a registered letter via Russian Post if it needs to be supplemented with an inventory of the attachment with a declared value? In addition to purchasing and filling out the envelope (there is no need to seal the letter), the sender will need to contact the post office operator to make an inventory:

    • It is filled out by the sender in duplicate on special forms f-107. The inventory must contain a detailed list of all papers sent in the letter, indicating their estimated value.
    • The mail operator checks the contents of the attachment with the compiled list.
    • Each copy is signed by the operator who accepted it and the sender.
    • One copy is handed over to the sender, the second is placed in an envelope along with the papers being sent.

    How much does it cost to send a letter via Russian Post if it is a letter with declared value? In addition to the cost of sending a registered letter, the sender will need to pay insurance fees in the amount of 4% of the amount of its declared value. It is worth noting that in the event of its loss, the paid insurance fee will not be reimbursed to the sender.

    Sending by letter is the most cheap way postal item. Today, the client has the opportunity to find out in advance how much it costs to send a letter via Russian Post. This can be done through the official website of Russian Post, using the Postal Calculator service.

    For example, to find out how much it costs to send a registered letter by Russian Post, you need to enter information about populated areas sender and recipient, indicate the weight of the letter, delivery method, and also check the box next to “Registered9raquo; in the "Additional Services" section. After this, the service will automatically calculate the cost of sending.

Parceling is a procedure that has not lost its relevance over time. A valuable parcel post, just like a registered letter, has certain sending rules (a list of items that are allowed to be sent) and acceptable weight limits. You can use the services of Russian Post on the territory of the Russian Federation.

What is this

Declared value is a guarantee that the sent package will reach the recipient and its contents will be preserved. Most often, valuable parcels are declared to be those in which expensive equipment - Cell phones, cameras, laptops, tablets. IN in this case Declaring the value of the shipment is a mandatory condition. For valuable parcels and cargo transport company and the post office is responsible. In addition, letters and parcels are financially protected from damage and loss.

If delivery deadlines for valuable items are missed or they are lost or damaged, the sender has the right to demand compensation at the post office. Valuable items are sent only from the post office. They must be registered.

The value is assigned by the sender himself. Postal workers indicate the amount on the envelope, package or packaging, as well as other information. The cost is indicated in numbers and words. The post office charges a commission for sending, which is four percent of the value. The EMS express fee is less - only one percent. If valuable parcel Sent by cash on delivery, an inventory must be attached.

How to send

The parcel with declared value should be sent to the post office. Parcels, packages and letters, decorated accordingly, are accepted by operators. The parcel must correspond to the dimensions, weight, value and not contain items prohibited for shipment. Before sending the parcel, it must be packaged correctly. Most often, you can purchase packaging (boxes, bags, envelopes) at the post office. Standard packaging has empty fields where you should enter the recipient's address and other information about the shipment (the amount of value and cash on delivery). The sender and recipient details look like this:

  • Full Name.
  • Street name, house or apartment number.
  • Locality.
  • Area.
  • Region (region, territory, republic).
  • A country.
  • Postcode.

Other information is also indicated if the declared value of the parcel is high. Before sending, the postal worker checks whether the parcel is packed correctly and that the fields are filled in. If everything is correct, the operator accepts the shipment after final payment.

Parcel

What does "declared value" mean? It is imposed on all items sent that are of high value. It is determined by the sender himself. Parcels sent with a declared value are always sent cash on delivery. The parcel may contain magazines, books, equipment, items. Permissible weight ranges from 100 grams to two kilograms. The rules for sending large parcels depend on what type of parcel is selected. It should be noted that the cost of sending a parcel is lower than that of a parcel. If the contents of the package weigh more than two kilograms, and its price is more than ten thousand, postal employees have the right to refuse delivery by parcel post.

The sender has access to the service of sending a registered parcel. This is a registered package that requires signature confirmation from the sender and recipient upon delivery to the specified address. In order to send a registered parcel, you must fill out a special form at the post office. If you need to send a parcel abroad, the rules for such shipments are the same as in Russia. The only difference is that you should use a bag instead of a box; the weight of the contents can reach two kilograms. Tariffs for transporting parcels abroad are higher.

Letter

The declared value of a letter is a guarantee in case of its loss or damage. As with a parcel post, to send such a letter the sender must declare its value. If the envelope is lost, the sender will be partially compensated. The letter must be registered at the post office, and the delivery must be tracked using the identifier number assigned to it on the Russian Post website.

To send a valuable letter, buy an envelope of the appropriate size ( maximum size 229x324 mm, in the Russian Federation the weight of the contents should be no more than 100 grams, abroad - up to 2 kilograms). Then give the envelope to the operator at the post office and tell him how much compensation you would like to receive for possible loss.

In addition, the sender can make an inventory of the attachment and receive notification of delivery of the letter. The sender is also available Additional services: air shipment, SMS notification, list of attachments, cash on delivery, notification of receipt by the addressee.

Receipt

You can receive a letter with declared value by mail. When it arrives at the appropriate Russian Post office at the specified address, employees will send a notification to the recipient. The same applies to parcels. They receive parcels and letters at the post office or the postman delivers them to the door of the apartment. Often, due to a shortage of workers, the recipient has to come to the branch on their own to pick up a parcel or letter.

Price

Declared value is a guarantee provided by the post office. The fee for the parcel is collected from the citizen by the postal worker at the post office at the time of reception. The cost is set taking into account the amount of the parcel and is determined by the established tariffs at the post office. The fact of payment is confirmed by a check, stamps and stamps. International and domestic shipments have different rates.

The shipping cost is affected by the shipping address (distance), region, weight of the parcel or letter, and dimensions. A parcel can have a maximum value (Russian Post) of 10 thousand rubles. A letter with a declared value is 500 thousand, a first class parcel is 100 thousand rubles. The entire list of services and prices is provided at the post office. For example, if a parcel weighs five hundred grams and is delivered by ground transport, the shipping price varies from 70 to 100 rubles. It all depends on the distance.
