First air baths for healthy people aged 18 years and older should last 20-30 minutes at an air temperature of 15-20°C. Subsequently, the duration of the procedures increases daily by 5-10 minutes and is thus brought to 2 hours. The next stage is air baths at a temperature of 15-10 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
