For stable and sustainable work, we still recommend placing only the maps you need in the atlas. Creating an atlas with a large number of maps can lead to unstable operation of the program. In the future, this restriction will be lifted.

To install the map, unpack the contents of the archive into the program folder gisrx/data/maps/Russia. Next, run the program and select a map from the list on the "Atlases" page.

Attention - in the maps, when you zoom out by 7 km, the map disappears. The method of treatment at the moment is to put an overview map of Russia into the atlas with a map, but then the routing will disappear.
It is better to load the survey first, build a route, then fill in the necessary areas in the atlas. Upon reaching the boundaries of the final region (city), rebuild the route. So far just like that.

You need to copy the license file license.rxk from the MobileNavigator folder and put it in the root as a backup,
download the new version from the site and put it in the MobileNavigator license.rxk folder,
and in the DATA-MAPS-RUSSIA folder the necessary maps downloaded from the site
