Induction heating boilers appeared on sale recently and immediately competed with conventional electric boilers with heating elements. With similar sizes and power consumption, induction heaters are able to warm up the system much faster; in addition, they can work in systems with low quality coolant and require less maintenance. Using knowledge in electrical engineering and ingenuity, you can make an induction heating boiler with your own hands.

The operation of induction boilers and other heating devices of this type is based on the ability of conductive materials to heat up under the influence of eddy currents created as a result electromagnetic induction.

The source of induction is high-frequency alternating current, passing through the primary winding of the heating device, made in the form of a coil. The heating element placed inside the coil plays the role of a secondary short-circuited winding. It undergoes transformation electromagnetic energy to thermal.

Eddy currents also occur when industrial frequency 50 Hz, but the efficiency of the heater will be low, and the operation of the device will be accompanied by strong hum and vibration. When the frequency increases to 10 kHz and above, the noise disappears, the vibration becomes imperceptible, and the heating increases.

Device

An industrial induction boiler consists of a core, the role of which is played by a heat exchanger, around which a toroidal winding is wound, connected to a high-frequency converter. When current passes through the winding, an alternating electromagnetic field is created, which results in eddy currents passing through the core.

The winding is connected to a high-frequency converter, in which a current of the required frequency is created by a signal from the control unit. Modern boilers have high level automation, allowing not only to create optimal mode heating the coolant, but also turn off the device in case of an emergency.

Inside the heat exchanger core there is a coolant. Under the influence of eddy currents it heats up to high temperatures. Due to the difference between the coolant temperature at the inlet and outlet, the coolant circulates through the system continuously from the boiler, even without connecting a pump. That's why induction boilers can be used in systems with forced and natural circulation.

The coolant can be either water or antifreeze, antifreeze, or oil. The quality of the liquid does not matter: the constant vibration of the system, imperceptible to humans, makes it impossible for scale and other impurities to settle on the walls of the thermal circuit.

Outer shell - metal case, equipped with a thermal and electrical insulation system.

Boiler shape it can be any, as well as the method of its installation: due to the absence of a tank inside the boiler, its dimensions are usually small and its weight does not exceed 50 kg.

An induction boiler cannot be put into operation even for a short time without filling the system with coolant! The boiler may overheat and its elements may fail!

Advantages:

  • High efficiency. Most manufacturers quote figures of 95-98%;
  • Large selection of models of varying power for single-phase voltage ~220 V or three-phase ~380 V;
  • Quick heating of the heating system upon startup;
  • Can work with any coolant;
  • The circuit through which the coolant passes inside the boiler is absolutely sealed, which eliminates leaks and related malfunctions;
  • Long-term operation without the formation of scale and deposits. It is this phenomenon that over time reduces the efficiency of boilers with heating elements and serves common cause their breakdown due to overheating of the heating elements;
  • The service life declared by the manufacturers is from 25 to 30 years.

Heaters are not without their drawbacks, the most significant of which is the high price. This factor usually prompts a thrifty owner to assemble a homemade induction boiler from scrap materials and equipment. Despite the complexity of the processes occurring in boilers of this type, it is possible to create a design that does not lag behind the boiler in basic parameters industrial production, and make an induction boiler with your own hands.

Boiler powered by a welding inverter

The design of such homemade boiler quite simple. Most difficult for self-execution a block that requires knowledge of the basics of electronics and electrical engineering - a high-frequency converter. It performs its function perfectly welding inverter modern type, capable of producing an output signal with a frequency of 20-50 kHz.

In addition, for installation you will need:

  • copper wire in enamel insulation with a diameter of 1-1.5 mm;
  • insulated wire with terminals for connecting the winding to the inverter;
  • scraps of stainless steel wire with a diameter of 3-5 mm, a length of 5 cm;
  • fine stainless steel mesh;
  • line segment water pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene or polypropylene for DHW systems and heating with a diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 8.4 mm, length - 1 m;
  • adapters from a 50 mm pipe to pipes involved in an existing or planned heating system, a tee for connecting an emergency valve and two ball valves;
  • PCB strips for fastening the winding;
  • epoxy glue for winding insulation;
  • the body of a homemade boiler, it can be made from a distribution metal or plastic cabinet into which the inverter can be installed and secured a heating element.

Sequence of assembly and installation of elements:

  1. For a segment polypropylene pipe with a diameter of 50 mm, 4 strips of textolite 8-10 mm wide are attached using epoxy glue, spaced 70-100 mm from the ends of the pipe. The winding will be wound on them. To secure the outer turns of the winding, grooves can be made in the PCB.
  2. 50-100 turns of copper wire in enamel insulation are wound. The turns should be spaced approximately 0.3-0.6 mm at an equal distance. The exact number of turns depends on the diameter of the wire used and its resistivity, as well as the output parameters of the inverter.
  3. When installing a homemade boiler in a residential area, it is recommended to make a toroidal winding to reduce the external electromagnetic field. The toroidal winding consists of the same number of counter-directed turns, while electromagnetic fluxes mutually compensated and pass only along the internal contour.
  4. A stainless steel mesh is inserted into the pipe at one end and tightly packed on the other side with pieces of stainless wire - it will heat up under the influence of eddy currents. It is recommended to use stainless steel to prevent corrosive destruction of the wire over time, but theoretically any conductive metal, including rolled wire, will do. The second end of the pipe is also covered with a mesh.
  5. Polypropylene adapters of the diameter used in the heating system are soldered onto both ends of the pipes. Ball valves are installed on them, allowing you to shut off the circulation and remove the heat exchanger for inspection.
  6. An emergency valve is installed on the side of the upper outlet adapter to relieve pressure.
    Coat the winding epoxy glue to ensure high-quality electrical insulation of the winding. It is recommended to make the glue with a slight deviation from the instructions, adding 10-15% less hardener. This will make the insulation less brittle.
  7. Attach wires in insulation to the terminals of the winding using crimp terminals. The second end of the wire must be equipped with terminals for connection to the inverter. The diameter of the wires must be able to withstand the maximum output current of the inverter.
  8. Install the heat exchanger in the cabinet, securing it to brackets made of heat-resistant, non-conducting material. You can use textolite.
  9. Connect the heater to the system and fill it with water.
  10. IN bottom part An inverter is installed in the cabinet. Connect the terminals to it and plug it into the network. The boiler is started and the mode is set.
The metal cabinet body must be grounded!

From induction hob

An induction boiler can also be made using an induction cooker. To do this, disassemble the heating element of the tile and use copper wire for winding on a core made in the above manner.

The tile control unit is used to power the resulting winding, setting the required power on the touch control panel.

However, this method has significant disadvantages:

  • For successful work For such a homemade boiler, you need to calculate the inductance parameters of the newly assembled coil. They may not coincide with those for which the tile’s electronics are designed, as a result of which the control unit may fail. To make calculations, you need to have good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and be able to understand the connection diagram;
  • Most stove models are equipped with automatic shutdown 2-3 hours after the burner starts operating. This will lead to regular shutdown of the boiler;
  • Induction-type stoves usually have a power of no more than 2.5 kW, so they are only suitable for conversion to a low-power boiler.

Errors in the design of a tile induction boiler are shown in the video:

An easier option for using an induction hob, eliminating device disassembly and installation new scheme- install on it a sealed stainless steel tank of a suitable size with inlet and outlet fittings and connect it as a boiler to the heating system. Almost everyone can handle this connection scheme.

In the presence of necessary knowledge and the ability to understand circuits, you can follow the example of the author of the video and assemble a functional induction boiler from tiles, modifying its circuit.

Dry type heater

The operating principle of an induction boiler involves the use of water or other liquid not only as a coolant, but also to cool the core. But heating of the secondary winding, the role of which in this device is played by a pipe with water, will also occur if it consists only of metal.
The degree of heating in this case depends on the ratio of the strength of the electromagnetic field created by the winding and the mass of the core metal. After making calculations, you can create a dry induction heater with your own hands from metal pipes and copper winding, as shown in the video.

Using an induction boiler is cheaper than a conventional electric boiler with heating elements, and homemade design will significantly reduce the cost of its installation. You can assemble a water heater in the same way. flow type for installation at the dacha by selecting the device required power.

When choosing a boiler for heating a home, owners are guided, first of all, by what heating source is available for the room. Gas is the cheapest fuel, but it is far from being supplied at all settlements. Electricity is the most common, but not the cheapest. An induction heating boiler produces a fairly high efficiency, with less electricity consumption compared to other electric options.

The basis of the principle of operation of the boiler is the creation of electrical energy thermal The action of electromagnetic induction is as follows: we pass a current through a coil wound with wire, and an electromagnetic field appears around this winding. A metal core placed in a coil (which tends to be attracted by a magnet) will begin to heat up quickly.

Heat Generator Mechanism: It is an electrical inductor consisting of a primary winding, a secondary winding and a core. By converting electricity into eddy currents, the primary winding directs the electric field to the secondary winding, which in turn transfers energy to the carrier. Under the influence of the electromagnetic field, eddy currents are formed in the body and core. They heat up the metal. The water takes heat from the core and distributes it throughout the building.

The operation of an induction cooker is based on the same principle. Such tiles are much more economical compared to conventional electric stoves. This is achieved by the absence of heat loss when transferring heat from the heater to the cookware. Marketers today refer to induction heating boilers as advanced developments created on a new principle. But in reality, this is not entirely true. Inductive principles have been used since the last century for smelting furnaces. Also, no new materials are used to make the boilers.

M. Faraday discovered the phenomenon of induction in 1831.

Induction options are safer than others heating boilers, practically do not require maintenance. They do not contain dynamic parts and, as a result, have no mechanical wear. With sufficient cooling, the service life of the coil is unlimited. Such boilers do not require a separate room. Compared to, they practically do not require preventive work.

Advantages of an induction boiler:

  • Constant coolant circulation;
  • Lack of heating elements;
  • Silence.

An inductive electric boiler can heat not only the area of a small private house, but also industrial premises, but there is no need high costs for installation and maintenance. Induction heating boilers on the market are not cheap. The reason is in the system sensors. The inverter used in the control system increases the cost of the heating boiler.

How to make an induction heating boiler with your own hands

Opponents of the installation of induction boilers cite the law of conservation - 1 kW of electricity is capable of generating no more than 1 kW of thermal energy. Yes, any water heater, consuming 1 kW of electricity, also produces 1 kW of energy. But not all of it is thermal. Induction water heaters are more productive in the production of thermal energy, compared to heating elements. Making a homemade inductive water heater is not difficult. The materials used can be found without much difficulty and at low prices. The circuit of such an inductive device is quite simple.

To convert electricity into heat, you need:

  • Inductor;
  • AC 50 Hz;
  • The core is made of a material to which the magnet “sticks”;
  • Boiler drawings induction heating(not a problem to find).

For the body of the induction boiler you need to take a pipe with a diameter of 5 cm. The pipe is filled with pieces of wire, 5-7 cm, with a diameter of no more than 7 mm. To connect the boiler to the pipe system, you will need adapters. A diagram of the heating system will help determine the characteristics.

Better install automatic shutdown electricity in case of coolant leak. In this case, the electromagnetic field will not disappear unless the power supply is turned off, and the housing and fasteners will simply melt.

Making an induction coil - main element heating. To do this, take copper wire and wrap it around the body, approximately 85-99 turns. We keep the interval between turns equal. The simplest induction boiler is ready. Such an inductor can be installed anywhere in the pipeline. An induction steam generator operates on the same principle.

About the advantages and disadvantages double-circuit boiler find out in the following material:

Modernization of induction heating

Induction heating systems often have favorable reviews. Silence, efficiency and longevity are the indisputable advantages of the heating system. One type of system is the operation of an induction water heater for heating. An induction water heater can be purchased and installed in the pipeline system.

You can choose an induction heating circuit with your own hands. In this case, you can save your money well.

But, for more efficient work induction system, it is important to know some nuances. Installing induction cooker into the structure, it is connected to charger, batteries and inverter. An inverter is a device that converts direct current into alternating current. Its use reduces the amount of electricity consumed for the heating system to virtually zero.

For less energy consumption, you need:

  • 4 kW inverter;
  • 2 batteries 250 Ah;
  • Device for charging batteries.

We connect 2 batteries synchronously and charge them. Direct current is generated in them and supplied to the inverter. The inverter converts direct current into alternating current. The inverter then transfers current to the induction cooker and the charger continuously charges the batteries. Thus, the consumption of the 24 V charging device is the energy consumption of induction heating at home. We calculate the costs for the pump separately. Induction heaters used only in versions with forced circulation.

Description of the inverter heating boiler

Inverter boiler became available to household consumers, Unlike industrial enterprises, relatively recently. The boiler structure is based on 2 main cylinders placed in the outer one. This boiler option is safer. At correct installation, fire safety is orders of magnitude higher compared to gas, coal and wood boilers.

Operating principle of the inverter boiler:

  • The coolant flows in the inner cylinder;
  • A cylinder that passes current through itself ensures heating of the coolant;
  • The outer cylinder acts as a heat insulator;
  • The basis of the boiler operation is electromagnetic induction.

The inverter boiler mechanism virtually eliminates coolant leaks. An important quality is that any option can be used as a coolant (water, antifreeze, oil). The advantage of using antifreeze is that when the boiler is turned off winter period, the battery will not freeze or burst. Small power inverter boiler models often have the ability to operate on battery power, which significantly reduces energy costs.

When installing an inverter boiler into a heating system, it is important to properly connect the grounding.

The inverter system will allow you to quickly reach the desired temperature and ensure economical consumption of electricity. Such systems are successfully used in the production of split systems. An inverter air conditioner has a much longer service life than standard split systems.

DIY induction heating boiler (video)

Induction devices are practical and economical systems, which do not require difficult installation and service. As a rule, their small dimensions allow installation in any room and do not require restructuring of the heating system. The fire safety of induction heating boilers allows them to be used in country houses, even if the owners don’t appear there often.

Any home should be warm, cozy and comfortable to live in. This can be achieved using many factors, including correct organized system heating. When choosing from a variety of home heating options, you should choose the one that will provide maximum efficiency, safety and savings. Here we're talking about about, the implementation of which does not require a global restructuring of the existing heating system.

If you decide to build an induction boiler with your own hands, you first need to understand all the intricacies of this process.

How does an induction type boiler work?

The body of such equipment consists of several layers:

  • external;
  • thermal and electrical insulating layer;
  • 2-wall core.

In boilers intended for industrial use, a cylindrical winding is used, while in domestic and home-made boilers, a copper wire winding is used according to the toroidal principle. It is carried out between ferromagnetic pipes having different diameters. Prerequisite: the pipe wall thickness must be more than 1 cm. Inner pipe acts as a magnetic circuit and is called a core.

The circuit of any electrical inductor consists of a primary winding (helps convert electricity into eddy current and magnetic fields), as well as the secondary winding.

It includes the boiler body itself and the main heating element, designed to obtain heat for the liquid carrier circulating through the heating system.

In addition to the main components, this type of boiler includes circuit breakers and a heat sensor built into the housing.

The heating element is represented by an induction coil in which current (alternating or direct) is generated. The resulting vortex flows contribute to the heating of the steel core. After connecting the boiler to the network, the current accompanied high voltage, passes to the primary winding, resulting in an electromagnetic field. It is this that promotes the extrusion of currents into the steel core. Then all the heat goes directly to the heating devices.

The induction boiler design allows you to reduce the weight and size of the device, as well as obtain the highest possible efficiency. In this case, more than 95% of the heat goes into the coolant, which affects the performance of the device, as well as its efficiency. For example, heating the core to 75°C occurs in approximately 7 minutes.

Advantages of boilers

Induction boilers have a mass positive characteristics, which can ultimately influence the decision to purchase it or build a homemade structure:

  1. Minimal likelihood of leakage due to the absence of detachable connections.
  2. Protection against scale (explained by the influence of high-frequency vibrations from vortex flows).
  3. Durability (due to the absence of elements that may be subject to wear).
  4. Possibility of operating the boiler from a network with direct current or low voltage.
  5. Fastest heating possible.
  6. Electrical and fire safety of the device (explained by the small temperature difference between the coolant and the core).
  7. Possibility of energy saving due to low inertia.
  8. Quietness (no need to place the boiler in separate room Houses).

At the same time, the probability of failure is minimal, and the need for preventive maintenance is almost zero.

Unique is the fact that the coolant circulating through the heating system should be changed only once every 10 years!

Disadvantages of a device with an induction principle of operation

There are no ideal devices, so before choosing the type of boiler you should consider some of its negative aspects:

  • powerful induction boilers are capable of provoking the occurrence of UVK waves operating within a radius of several meters from the boiler (their effect on humans is almost absent, but some pets can pick up such waves, which affects their well-being);
  • induction heating devices industrial production have high cost, so not everyone can afford it.

Stages of creating an induction boiler with your own hands

According to experienced craftsmen, homemade production An induction heating device can be installed by anyone with at least a minimal understanding of heating circuits and systems. The event consists of the following stages:

Initially, for the base of the boiler you should purchase the necessary materials:

  • welding inverter with the ability to regulate current;
  • wire or rod rod about 7 mm thick, which must be crushed;
  • a plastic pipe with walls at least 1 cm thick and about 5 cm in diameter.

The bottom should be covered with a metal mesh with cells minimum size and cover it with fine wire all the way to the top. The upper part of the pipe is covered with a grid, and then the entire structure is fixed using a welding machine.

This is followed by the stage of preparing the primary winding circuit. Why is enameled copper wire wound, maintaining the distance between the turns, onto a plastic pipe.

Creation protective casing, which involves attaching by welding a steel or iron body, which has thermal and electrical insulation, directly to the structure. The winding wire, brought outside the casing, helps connect the coil to the electrical network.

Then 2 pipes (inlet and outlet) are connected to the plastic pipe, helping to circulate the coolant throughout the device.

Installation features

Important! Induction devices are used exclusively in heating systems closed type equipped with a pump.

Installation is carried out vertically.

Maximum safety when operating boilers of this type is ensured only by heating systems with plastic or polypropylene wiring.

It is advisable to maintain a distance between the boiler and nearby surfaces: from the wall - at least 30 cm, from the floor - more than 80 cm.

It is advisable to install blast valve, which will help relieve air in the system in an emergency.

During the heating process, no harmful exhausts are released and there is no need to operate the chimney. Heating a residential building using an induction boiler is a modern, environmentally friendly and economical approach that has become widespread throughout the world.

DIY induction heating boiler - profitable option, which will help to heat economically a private house, apartment or non-residential building.

Such devices have high performance and a simple design. The operating principle of this system based on induction electricity.

The advantages of the heating device are the elements included in the composition that can withstand heavy loads. The risks of early heating boiler breakdowns are minimal. And also in the project of the device in question there are no detachable connections, which guarantees no leaks. A home-made heating boiler operates silently, which makes it possible to install it in a convenient place.

Installation of an induction boiler for heating a private house

The equipment is intended to convert electricity into heat energy using the device.

Induction units can quickly increase temperature coolant, unlike heating elements. An important part of the device is the transformer (inductor), which consists of two types of winding.

A current is generated inside, which is of the vortex type, then the energy is supplied to a short-circuited coil, which also serves as a housing. When the secondary winding receives enough energy that instantly converted into heat, heating the coolant.

Inductor

This item is an important component of the device in which an alternating magnetic field appears, The device consists of two types of winding- primary and secondary. Made from stainless wire on a plastic body. This method increases the efficiency and productivity of the unit. To make the body of the device you will need a thick plastic pipe diameter 5 centimeters. It will serve as the basis of the induction coil and will be part of the heat pipe.

Inverter

This component accepts household type electricity and converts it into high frequency current. After which the energy is supplied to the primary winding of the inductor.

A heating element

For the preparation you will need two metal pipes , which have a diameter 2.5 cm. The products should be welded together, making the part shape round. The mechanism will serve not only as a heating element, but also as the boiler core.

Pipes

One pipe serves as For the flow of coolant into the boiler, second for supplying heated water to the heating system.

Reference. The principle of calculating the inductor depends on the required boiler power to heat the room. Calculation formula: 1 kW per 10 square meters room area, with a ceiling height not exceeding three meters. For example, a room with a total area 160 m2 will heat an induction boiler with power 16 kW.

The mechanism of heating from an induction cooker

Design boiler is based on electric inductors, which include 2 short-circuited windings. The internal winding converts the incoming electrical energy into eddy currents. Inside the unit there is electric field, arriving after the second round.

The secondary element functions as a heating element heating unit and boiler body.

Transfers the generated energy on the coolant of the heating system. Special oil, purified water or non-freezing liquid are used as coolants intended for such boilers.

The internal winding of the heater is exposed to electrical energy, which contributes to the appearance of voltage and the formation of eddy currents. The resulting energy is transferred to the secondary winding, after which the core heats up. When the entire surface of the coolant has been heated, it will transfer the heat flow to the radiators.

To ensure the warm and cozy comfort of your country house, a person, first of all, thinks about how to heat his home. First of all, it comes down to choice. heating equipment.

The main criteria for choosing heating units are the efficiency of their use, as well as the minimum cost of paying for energy resources.

Based on these criteria, many people believe that the most optimal equipment for a private home is electrical. But one can safely argue about the effectiveness of their use due to the fact that gas and electricity are constantly becoming more expensive, and this, in turn, does not reduce the cost of heating a home.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with this alternative option heating a country house, how to use it. Therefore, in this article we will talk in detail about the induction boiler and its technical specifications, and also describe the process of creating this unit with your own hands.

Device

This type of modern heating equipment, such as an induction boiler, consists of the following structural components:

  1. Inductor. This element is the most important component of the induction unit. This is a kind of transformer, the circuit of which has two windings:
    • the primary winding, as a rule, is wound on the core, and it is in it that an electromagnetic field is created, which forms vortex flows;
    • the secondary winding, which is also the boiler body, receives eddy currents and transfers energy directly to the coolant.
  2. Inverter. This component of the boiler unit can also be called a converter. In other words, the main function of the inverter is that it takes ordinary household electricity and converts it into high-frequency current, which is supplied directly to the primary winding of the inductor.
  3. A heating element. This is the same core, which can be represented in the form of a metal pipe.
  4. Pipes. One of them is designed to supply coolant to the boiler, and the other supplies heated water directly to the heating system.

Specialist's note: The inductor is calculated depending on how much boiler power is needed to heat the home.

As a rule, the boiler power is calculated using the following formula: 1 kW per 10 m2 of room, provided that the ceiling height does not exceed 3 meters. For example, if total area house is 130 m2, then, accordingly, you will need an induction boiler with a power of 13 kW.

Principle of operation

To understand how an induction unit functions, you need to familiarize yourself with the following important points:

  • water enters the boiler unit through the inlet pipe;
  • the inverter turns on and high-frequency current is supplied;
  • vortex flows begin to first heat the core, and then the entire heating element as a whole;
  • the resulting heat is transferred directly to the coolant;
  • The heated coolant is transferred to the heating system through the outlet pipe using hydrostatic pressure.

Expert advice: The coolant in an induction boiler can be water, antifreeze, oil and other petroleum-based liquids.

Analyzing the design and operating principle of a boiler of this type, one can involuntarily come to the conclusion that an induction boiler unit can be completely constructed with one’s own hands, without having too much deep knowledge about physical phenomena.

Materials and tools

Before you start assembling an induction boiler, first of all, you need to make sure you have all the necessary materials for its manufacture, as well as to ensure that the tools required for the work are at hand.

For construction you will need:

  • a piece of plastic pipe that will serve as the body of the unit;
  • steel or stainless wire, which will serve as a kind of heating element;
  • copper wire is necessary to create an inductor;
  • ball valves and adapters will be needed to connect the induction boiler to heating system;
  • inverter, preferably from a welding machine;
  • wire cutters;
  • pliers.

When everything is ready from the above list, you can proceed directly to assembling the boiler unit.

Operating procedure

The design of an induction unit comes down to the following main and sequential manufacturing steps:

  1. Steel or stainless steel wire is cut with wire cutters into lengths from 3 to 7 cm.
  2. The plastic pipe is tightly filled with cut pieces of wire. It is important to know that the wire must be laid in such a way that no voids are formed inside.
  3. A metal mesh is attached to the ends of the pipe to prevent pieces of wire from spilling out.
  4. Nozzles are cut into the top and bottom of the pipe. The lower pipe is needed to supply coolant to the boiler, and the upper pipe is needed to supply it to the heating system.
  5. Copper wire is wound over the pipe, and the condition must be met that the number of turns is at least 90.
  6. The ends of the wire are connected to the inverter connectors.
  7. Using adapters and ball valves, the boiler is connected to the heating system, and also installed circulation pump, if it was not in the heating circuit.

Important point: The supply of high-frequency current to the induction boiler should be done only after the circulation pump is turned on and the unit is completely filled with coolant!

Advantages

A boiler unit assembled by yourself will have a number of advantages, among which the following important points can be highlighted:

  • rapid heating of the coolant in the boiler in 3–5 minutes;
  • the minimum heating temperature of the coolant is 35 0C;
  • the magnetic field, in addition to creating thermal energy, creates vibrations that perfectly prevent the appearance of scale;
  • coefficient useful action approaches 100%, in other words, all electricity is converted into heat with virtually no losses;
  • during operation of the unit, no combustion products are emitted, as a result of which there is no need to construct a chimney, as well as frequent maintenance;
  • The period of uninterrupted operation of an induction boiler can reach up to 30 years due to the fact that the design of the unit does not provide mechanical movement parts, and as a result, there is no wear or damage to components.

Thus, we have revealed all the characteristics of an induction boiler unit, and also pointed out all the nuances of making a boiler with your own hands. We sincerely hope that all our tips and recommendations outlined in this article will become a desktop guide for you when assembling an induction unit with your own hands.
