Comment: The bottom line is this: a gas water heater in an apartment is, in principle, complete crap, the costs are much higher than with hot water central heating, especially if there is a gas meter. I don’t know how it is for anyone, but it would be better not to bet... but that’s another story. From what is on the market (and my little experience and feedback from neighbors), I hope Maura lives longer and better.
