On April 18, the state of the unfinished building was examined by a potential investor - the capital's PIK group. Representatives of the State Construction Supervision Authority of the Leningrad Region and the bankruptcy trustee of the debtor, Daniil Fedichev, showed the construction site and talked about the economics of the project. But the “white knight” has not yet given an official answer. “Dom.RF” is also silent, to which Mr. Fedichev sent a repeated request with a request to include “Galaktika” in the register of objects that will be completed by the state corporation.

A statement was also sent to the court about the presence of signs of deliberate bankruptcy with a request to conduct a pre-investigation check of the actions of the company’s general director Nikolai Pasyada.

The bankruptcy trustee reported that on April 17, the tax inspectorate’s claims in the amount of about 9 million rubles were included in the register of creditors’ claims. “For this amount, shareholders should thank the general director of the company, Nikolai Ivanovich Pasyada, who did not pay taxes or salaries to his employees,” said Daniil Fedichev. In total, the total amount of debts of the first and second stages is 19.7 million rubles (taxes, salary arrears and legal expenses). However, it can be reduced in court to 14 million rubles, Mr. Fedichev assures. And if shareholders decide to create a cooperative, then first, in order to close just this gap, they will have to chip in 50,000 rubles.

The shareholders did not want to go to the cooperative and took six months to think about it. They hope that during this time either Dom.RF or a donor attracted by regional officials will undertake the completion of their house.

By the way, another problematic unfinished construction of the GSK - the Raduzhny residential complex (in the Southern microdistrict of Vsevolozhsk) - was agreed to be completed by Dmitry Alkhov's Garant company. About 80% of the 1,740 apartments here have been sold. Shareholders invested 3.4 billion rubles in the facility.

According to the regional government, out of 526 apartments in the Galaktika residential complex, 383 were sold; buyers transferred 800 million rubles to the developer. The total area of ​​residential premises is about 18,000 sq.m., the degree of completion of the house is 30%. The estimated cost of the unfinished building and the site is over 140 million rubles.

Both counterparties and banks are trying to collect multimillion-dollar debts from Nikolai Pasyada’s GSK and GSK LO companies. The arbitration included in the fourth stage of the register of claims the claims of the panel supplier "BETONEX-St. Petersburg" for a total amount of 198,959,784 rubles. Last fall, Uralsib Bank sued (but did not receive) 1.058 billion rubles from GSK LO: more than 800 million was a loan, the rest was interest and fines.
