  4. Place the roll on a greased baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. It will be ready after 10-15 minutes - when the bacon is golden.
  5. Place the roll on the board and cut it lengthwise to make 1 cm circles.

When serving, place the circles on a flat plate to prevent them from sticking together. The dish tastes better hot, until the melted cheese has cooled.

  • flour;
  • 2 eggs;

  • salt;
  • pepper.

The cooking process takes 15 minutes. First you need to grease the frying pan and leave it on the stove turned on at 170 degrees, and then:

  2. Get 3 small deep bowls. Beat eggs in one of them, pour flour and breading into the others. You can add salt and pepper to the egg.

Fried squid

Seafood, such as squid, goes well with light beer. The easiest way is to fry them. To do this you need the following:

  • squid;
  • onions;
  • clove of garlic;
  • olive oil;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper.

A tender and low-fat snack is prepared for 20-30 minutes. First, the squid should be thawed and gutted.

ATTENTION! If you keep the squid in boiling water, it will be easier to remove the films.
All films are removed from the carcasses. Next you need to proceed as follows:

  1. Wash the squids and cut them into strips.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Crush the garlic.
  3. Grease a frying pan with olive oil and place on a hot stove.
  4. Place the onion in a hot frying pan and stir for 2 minutes. Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.

Spicy Roasted Almonds

You can add some spice to the classic combination of beer and nuts. It is enough to re-roast almonds, pistachios or any other nuts with spices and herbs. To prepare the snack, you will need the following products:

  • 500 g almonds;
  • 2 branches of fresh rosemary;
  • a tablespoon of paprika;
  • a tablespoon of ground black pepper;
  • a tablespoon of salt;
  • hot red pepper - a third of a teaspoon;
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil;
  • a third of a glass of water.

Red and black pepper can be replaced with thyme, and butter can be added to olive oil. The cooking process takes up to 20 minutes. It is recommended to proceed as follows:

  1. Separate thin rosemary sprigs from the stem and chop.
  2. Mix spices, rosemary and salt in a bowl. Add oil and water.
  3. Pour boiling water over almonds for 5 minutes. Then check how easily the peel comes off the nuts. If it does not come off, you need to keep the almonds in boiling water for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. If peeling is easy, it's time to shell the nuts. To do this, you need to squeeze the base of the almond with your fingers so that it slips out of the peel.
  5. Place almonds in a dry frying pan. Toast the nuts over low heat until lightly golden. Stir.
  6. Add spices. Stirring, fry the almonds over moderate heat until the oil has evaporated from the pan.

Place the finished nuts in a bowl. If they are too greasy, the container must first be covered with a paper napkin.

When it comes to pairing dishes with alcoholic drinks, beer is the last thing we think about. However, it can give unexpectedly good results in cases where conflicts between wine and food are inevitable.

Everything is clear with wine: red is served with meat, white with fish and chicken. When it comes to beer, there are also a few general rules that can help guide your search.

First, keep in mind that meat goes with ale, and fish and chicken go with light lager. Secondly, pay attention to how noticeable the presence of hops is in the beer, that is, the bitterness of the taste. Here we can draw an analogy with acidity in wine: the stronger the bitterness, the brighter the taste of the dish should be. Finally, if you're hosting a special beer dinner, remember to start with the lighter beers and end with the heavier ones.
