And all thanks to the new film about the Smurfs - “The Smurfs”, released in 2011, which uses the well-known technique of combining characters made in 3D with regular cinema, something like it was in the movie “Space Jam” ). As is usually the case with toys at McDonald's, they have some differences for each region, and this time too, but the differences are not just some, but significant. Each region has its own toys. Toys at McDonald's are distributed differently in each region, but mainly from July 2011 to September 2011.

In the USA, at Happy Meal we are given the opportunity to collect as many as 16 toys, which is quite unusual, since traditionally it is mainly 8 toys. These are plastic figures small size, which do not have any bendable parts.

Here in the spring, delicious Happy Meal boxes with surprises appeared, so you can choose a new toy from The Smurfs cartoon and even, if you wish, collect the entire Smurfs collection.

There is a paper insert hidden inside the house. However, these are not instructions, as is usually the case with Happy Meal toys. This is a beautiful wrapper that plays the role of interior and exterior. If you put this piece of paper inside the house, then you can admire the beautiful wooden doors, windows and manicured lawns, and inside you can see the black and white outlines of the room in which your collectible figurines live.

McDonald's always releases toy collections in several stages. This happened with the heroes of The Smurfs. At first, only 5 houses could be found, and a little later another 5 sets for Happy Meal 2017 appeared.

It is curious that collectors in the United States will only receive 6 houses with Smurfs, while Europeans will see 8 houses in this series of toys. Ukraine immediately received 10 houses and the most complete collection of adorable toys for children.
