Kvass can be prepared in another way. To 10 liters of birch sap add the juice of 4 lemons, 50 g of yeast, 30 g of honey or sugar, raisins at the rate of 2-3 pieces per bottle. Kvass can be ready in just 5 days, but the fact that it sits longer will prevent the drink from spoiling and can be preserved for the whole summer.

Syrup. For 1 liter of birch sap, add 125 g of sugar and 5 g of citric acid. Then filter the drink, pour it into jars, roll up the lids and pasteurize.
