1. MAIN PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Mesh packing , transported to the Far North and hard-to-reach areas , must comply with GOST 15846.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Meshes must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner, from low-carbon thermally untreated uncoated or galvanized wire of normal manufacturing accuracy according to TU 14-4-1563-89.

Meshes of the 1st group must be made of wire with minus maximum deviations equal to the sum of the absolute values ​​of the maximum deviations.

2.2. Each spiral must consist of one wire.

2.3. Adjacent spirals must be woven into each other with all turns without gaps.

2.4. There should be no inverted spirals in the grid.

2.5. The ends of the spirals on both sides of the mesh must be cut off and each end at the junction must be bent to its own spiral.

2.6. After production, the nets are rolled into rolls. The roll must consist of one piece of mesh with a length of at least 5 m for grids No. 5-60 and at least 3 m for grids No. 80, 100.

It is allowed to roll rolls from two pieces stitched in a spiral.

For meshes of the 1st group, the roll must consist of one piece with a length of at least 10 m for meshes No. 5-60 and at least 5 m for meshes No. 80, 100.

2.7. The weight of the roll should not exceed 80 kg. For meshes No. 80 and 100, it is allowed to increase the weight of the mesh roll to 250 kg.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Nets are accepted in batches. The batch must consist of meshes of the same number, the same width, the same material and be issued with one quality document. The quality document must contain:

trademark or name and trademark of the manufacturer;

grid symbol;

width in millimeters and mesh length in meters, total amount of mesh in square meters;

number of rolls in a batch.

3.2. To check the quality of the weave, the bending of the ends of the spiral, the arithmetic average of the size of the side of the cell in the light, the length, width of the mesh and the angle of the cell, 5% of the rolls are selected from the batch, but not less than two.

3.3. If unsatisfactory test results are obtained for at least one of the indicators, a re-check is carried out on a double number of rolls.

The results of the re-inspection are applied to the entire batch.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The quality of the weave and the bending of the ends of the spirals are determined visually when rewinding the mesh rolls.

4.2. The arithmetic mean value of the cell side size in the light is determined in three places of the grid, spaced from the edge by at least 100 mm, counted in two directions parallel to the sides of the cell, 10 cells for grids No. 5-15 and 5 cells for grids No. 20 -100 and measure the length of the section, including one outer wire on which the counted cells are located. The length of the section to determine the arithmetic mean value of the cell side size in the light is measured with a meter or a ruler with a division value of 1 mm.

The final value of the arithmetic mean size of the cell side in the light is determined as the arithmetic mean of six measurements.

4.3. The wire diameter is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507-90 before making the mesh.

4.4. The width of the mesh is measured by the protruding curved ends of the wires with a meter or tape measure with a division value of 1 mm. The length of the mesh is measured in a tensioned state, excluding changes in the shape of the cells, with a meter or tape measure with a division value of 1 mm or a counter.

4.5. The cell angle is checked with a protractor according to GOST 5378-88 or with a template in three places on the grid, but no closer than 2 cells from the edge of the grid.

5. PACKAGING, LABELING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Packaging of mesh transported to the Far North and hard-to-reach areas must comply with GOST 15846-79.

5.3. At the consumer's request, the mesh is coated with ZhKB conservation lubricant according to the approved technical documentation or with a mixture of ZhKB and industrial oil in accordance with GOST 20799-88 in a 1:1 ratio.

5.4. A label must be attached to the end of the roll or bag indicating:

trademark or name and trademark of the manufacturer;

name and trademark of the manufacturer;

grid symbol;

width in millimeters and mesh length in meters, total amount of mesh in square meters.

5.5. The mesh is transported in bags according to GOST 26663-76 or in rolls. It is possible to form packages without using pallets.

Roll diameter - from 200 to 600 mm, length - from 1000 to 3000 mm. The package is formed from rolls. Overall dimensions of the package: length from 1000 to 3000 mm, width from 1870 mm, height up to 1400 mm. An enlarged cargo package is formed when two or more rolls are transported to the consumer.

Packaging means are:

wire rod with a diameter of 6.5 mm according to GOST 14085-79;

wire and tape according to other regulatory and technical documentation.

The weight of the package is no more than 1 ton.

Packaging materials at the ends of the rolls are tied with wire in accordance with clause 5.1.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Meshes must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner, from low-carbon thermally untreated uncoated or galvanized wire of normal manufacturing accuracy according to TU 14-4-1563.

Meshes of the 1st group must be made of wire with minus maximum deviations equal to the sum of the absolute values ​​of the maximum deviations.

2.2. Each spiral must consist of one wire.

2.3. Adjacent spirals must be woven into each other with all turns without gaps.

2.4. There should be no inverted spirals in the grid.

2.5. The ends of the spirals on both sides of the mesh must be cut off and each end at the junction must be bent to its own spiral.

2.6. After production, the nets are rolled into rolls. The roll must consist of one piece of mesh with a length of at least 5 m for grids No. 5-60 and at least 3 m for grids No. 80, 100.

It is allowed to roll rolls from two pieces stitched in a spiral.

For meshes of the 1st group, the roll must consist of one piece with a length of at least 10 m for meshes No. 5-60 and at least 5 m for meshes No. 80, 100.

2.7. The weight of the roll should not exceed 80 kg. For meshes No. 80 and 100, it is allowed to increase the weight of the mesh roll to 250 kg.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Nets are accepted in batches. The batch must consist of meshes of the same number, the same width, the same material and be issued with one quality document. The quality document must contain:

grid symbol;

width in millimeters and mesh length in meters, total amount of mesh in square meters;

number of rolls in a batch.

3.2. To check the quality of the weave, the bending of the ends of the spiral, the arithmetic average of the size of the side of the cell in the light, the length, width of the mesh and the angle of the cell, 5% of the rolls are selected from the batch, but not less than two.

3.3. If unsatisfactory test results are obtained for at least one of the indicators, a re-check is carried out on a double number of rolls.

The results of the re-inspection are applied to the entire batch.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The quality of the weave and the bending of the ends of the spirals are determined visually when rewinding the mesh rolls.

4.2. The arithmetic mean value of the cell side size in the light is determined in three places of the grid, spaced from the edge by at least 100 mm, counted in two directions parallel to the sides of the cell, 10 cells for grids No. 5-15 and 5 cells for grids No. 20 -100 and measure the length of the section, including one outer wire on which the counted cells are located. The length of the section to determine the arithmetic mean value of the cell side size in the light is measured with a meter or a ruler with a division value of 1 mm.

The arithmetic mean value of the clear cell side size (a), mm, is calculated using the formula

The final value of the arithmetic mean size of the cell side in the light is determined as the arithmetic mean of six measurements.

4.3. The wire diameter is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 before making the mesh.

4.4. The width of the mesh is measured by the protruding curved ends of the wires with a meter or tape measure with a division value of 1 mm. The length of the mesh is measured in a tensioned state, excluding changes in the shape of the cells, with a meter or tape measure with a division value of 1 mm or a counter.

4.5. The cell angle is checked with a protractor according to GOST 5378 or a template in three places on the grid, but no closer than 2 cells from the edge of the grid.

5. PACKAGING, LABELING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Each roll of mesh must be tied with low-carbon wire with a diameter of 1.2-2.5 mm in accordance with GOST 3282 or TU 14-4-1563 or waste of this wire in the middle and along the edges, or the end of the mesh sheet must be tied with the same wire to the roll in the middle and along edges.

5.2. The ends of the roll must be wrapped with paper in accordance with GOST 8828 or other paper made in accordance with regulatory and technical documentation, or packaging fabric in accordance with GOST 5530, or container stitched canvas, or glued fabric, or sewn flap from textile industry waste, as well as other materials made according to regulatory and technical documentation, excluding the use of cotton and linen fabrics and not compromising the quality of packaging.

It is permissible not to pack meshes No. 5-50 inclusive, but to necessarily tie the ends of the wire roll crosswise in accordance with clause 5.1 or by another method of tying the roll, provided that the bent wires do not adhere to each other.

Packaging materials at the ends of the rolls are tied with wire in accordance with clause 5.1.

Packaging of mesh transported to the Far North and equivalent areas must comply with GOST 15846.

5.3. At the consumer's request, the mesh is coated with ZhKB conservation lubricant according to the approved technical documentation or with a mixture of ZhKB and industrial oil in accordance with GOST 20799 in a 1:1 ratio.

5.4. A label must be attached to the end of the roll or bag indicating:

trademark or name and trademark of the manufacturer;

name and trademark of the manufacturer;

grid symbol;

width in millimeters and mesh length in meters, total amount of mesh in square meters.

5.5. The mesh is transported in bags according to GOST 26663 or in rolls. It is possible to form packages without using pallets.

Roll diameter - from 200 to 600 mm, length - from 1000 to 3000 mm. The package is formed from rolls. Overall dimensions of the package: length from 1000 to 3000 mm, width from 1870 mm, height up to 1400 mm. An enlarged cargo package is formed when two or more rolls are transported to the consumer.

Packaging means are:

wire rod with a diameter of 6.5 mm according to OST 14.15.193;

wire harnesses in accordance with GOST 3282 or OST 14-4-210;

tape strapping according to GOST 3560;

wire and tape according to other regulatory and technical documentation.

The weight of the package is no more than 1 ton.

Nets are transported by transport of all types in accordance with the rules for the transportation of goods in force for this type of transport and the Technical Conditions for Loading and Securing Cargo, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR. Transportation by rail is carried out by carload or small shipments. On open rolling stock, the mesh is transported only in packages.

The conditions for transporting the mesh in terms of exposure to climatic factors must comply with storage conditions 5 and 8 according to GOST 15150.
