Salad "Carrot" can be prepared with any composition, the main thing is that the main component is, of course, carrots and the salad itself is laid out in the form of a carrot. This salad is very bright, it can be suitable for a themed dinner, a children's birthday or just on a festive table. I decided to make this salad flaky and I got such a solid carrot, you can probably feed more than one hare.

For the salad, we need chicken, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, carrots, eggs and mayonnaise. Salt is added to taste and a little sunflower oil is needed to fry the onions and mushrooms. First you need to cook chicken meat, potatoes, carrots and eggs.

Mushrooms with onions cut into small cubes, fry in sunflower oil. Let cool.

Put the grated potatoes in the form of a carrot on an oval dish. Lightly grease the potatoes with mayonnaise.

Put the fried mushrooms with onions on top of the potatoes.

Put the chicken meat in the next layer, cutting it into cubes.

Peel and grate the eggs. Lay on top of the chicken. Do not forget to coat all layers with mayonnaise.

Boiled carrots need to be peeled and grated on a fine grater - you get carrot puree, which will be conveniently distributed over the surface of the salad.






For Carrot salad, it will be more convenient to take chicken fillet or breast, but any part of the chicken will also work. After boiling the bird, cool it and separate the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces.




Prunes are best soaked in warm water if they are dry. Then cut the dried fruit into small cubes.

Cooking method
