It is far from my intention to give a historical picture of Egypt. Therefore, the book uses modern rather than Egyptian terminology. Thus, the word "God" is used instead of the Egyptian "Ptah", "Satan" instead of "Set", "Logos" or "creative principle" instead of "Falcon of Horus", and the High Priest speaks of a "chain reaction". I deliberately avoided ancient terminology so as not to distract the reader's attention from the story.

Foreword

Elizabeth Haich is my teacher, my guru. Every minute in her presence gives me a new experience and accelerates the movement forward. Very often, when something bothers me, I find help in the words of my guru: "Don't live for the present. Don't let the transitory influence you. Live in eternity, above time and space, above the finite. Then nothing can affect you." ".

In the presence of my Master, I enjoy complete freedom of thought, since it has become clear to me that one cannot apply the thoughts of another person to one's life. "I don't want you to just follow me on the path I'm taking to reach my goal," she told me. who has reached the truth, only as a proof of the possibility of achieving this goal.

For many years I have heard from her the deepest thoughts, expressed in the simplest language. Hundreds and thousands of people attend Elisabeth Haich's weekly lectures and meditation groups. And the common desire of her students was to see her thoughts expressed in the book. It is a great joy for all of us that now at least some of this knowledge has become available to everyone in a concise form.

This book is an introduction to the high art of reaching the divine in us and to the knowledge of the unknown being called man. We discover a great truth: the development of one's own personality reveals the perfection that was originally inherent in a person. Religion animates the divine principle that awaits its manifestation in every person.

Introduction

I am a seeker. I'm looking for explanations of life. I would like to know what is the meaning of a man being born, growing up, going through many hardships, getting married, bringing children into the world, and then dying, and the same thing happens to his children. An endless chain without beginning or end!

Not! Life on earth cannot be so meaningless! The endless chain of births and deaths must have some deep meaning, but - visible from the other side!

How and where can one reach this other side of all things, which must necessarily exist? Where to find a person dedicated to this mystery? There have always been people on earth who have spoken with unshakable certainty about the mystery of life. For example, Socrates. But where did he get his knowledge from?

And now such initiates live on earth, and there must be some way to initiation - to a great initiation.

I believe that the Bible is not a collection of fairy tales, but a book written by initiates to convey truth to us in a secret language. And the Bible tells us, "Seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."

I obeyed! I began to search wherever I could - in books and among people. And I found! At first, occasionally, with my inner ear, I heard the voice of truth resounding in books or in the words of a person. This secret voice guided me like Ariadne's thread. My path led me to more and more knowledgeable people who told me more and more about initiation and the meaning of life. Sometimes it was in my city, sometimes in other countries.

Once I found myself in the company of an old woman, living in seclusion, as in a monastery, and working in a very narrow spiritual community, with two young people - from India and from the West (she called the second son).

She was a tall, majestic woman, however, very simple and natural in handling. Her deep blue eyes were unusually large, and her long dark eyebrows gave them a surprising expression. They smiled friendly and were full of understanding, but their penetrating gaze confused most of the people she looked at. They felt that this woman sees through them - their thoughts and the whole structure of their soul. Very often, when I had questions during a lecture, she continued to speak, smiling, and in one of the following phrases she answered my unspoken question; and many listeners had the same. The more I learned from her, the more my spiritual vision opened up, the more significant she seemed to me. But the longer I stayed near her, the less I understood her. Each time she seemed to me a different person. Then I realized that it contains and can manifest all the diversity of human individualities and therefore does not itself have any individuality at all, for to be everything means at the same time to be nothing.

One day I asked her, who is she really? - "Who? And what is "who?" There is only one, and every person, animal, plant, planet - only tools for the manifestation of this one essence. The only difference is that not every living being knows himself and, therefore, it cannot manifest all the signs of its "selfhood" (essence).But for the one who knows himself, the manifestation of all the qualities that exist in the universe is available, since all of them are just different sides of the same being, of the same essence. the form that you think of as your "I" is only a means by which this essence manifests the side of itself that is needed at any given time. Therefore, do not ask such stupid questions as "who am I?" "- has never been born, this true, perfect, divine personality, and its development is impossible. This body is born and must develop in order to be able to manifest ever higher vibrations of its true personality. The creation of a body is always a chain reaction, always having a beginning and, after going through various stages of development coming to an end. No material form of manifestation can escape this law. And in parallel with the development of the body, of course, the state of consciousness also changes.

I asked her to talk about the developmental journey she went through so that others could learn how to use the experiences and understand the lessons contained in each event. She replied that everyone should achieve self-knowledge in their own way, and there are countless ways, but she agreed to tell about her experience; about those experiences that gradually clarified for her the inner laws of life; about the relationships that connected the destinies of various people, about the events that helped her achieve enlightenment, and about her initiation.

The very next day she began telling me and a few advanced students the story of her initiation. That is how this book was written.

1. Awakening

Pain shot through my body and my right arm dangled lifelessly. I ran into the room and, crying, rushed to the beautiful woman, next to whom I felt safe. She always said "mom" when pointing at herself, so we called her mom. Looking at my hand, she exclaimed, "Robert! Come here!" and a man with an ivory face, jet-black hair and shining black eyes, radiating power, entered the room. I knew vaguely that he lived with us and somehow belonged to us. He immediately sent for a doctor, but I was disappointed and frightened that the adults themselves could not soothe my pain and return my arm to its former correct position.

The doctor put me on the table, causing a new wave of excruciating pain, from which I screamed, laughed and said: "Oh, how ugly this little girl is when she cries!" I was stunned. How can you know that I'm ugly when I cry? Until now, I have always thought that you can see everything around me - adults, a canary, toys, even my hands, but that I myself remain invisible.

Bellur Krishnamachar Sundaraja Iyengar was born on December 14, 1918 in the small town of Bellur in Karnataka. As a child, he did not at all dream of becoming a great yogi, and not so much because at that time yoga in India, paradoxically it sounds, was not popular, but because he was very painful and weak. Due to poor health, the boy could not study normally at school or play with peers. Neither he nor his relatives believed that he could achieve something significant in life, believing that he would forever remain only a freeloader and a burden to those around him. However, fate decreed otherwise. First, she put in his way Tirumalai Krishnamachar, the husband of Iyengar's elder sister and an outstanding person in every respect. Krishnamachar was a scholar of the Vedas and a yoga teacher. He spent a lot of time on the road, and in his absence, his wife needed help around the house. He invited Iyengar to stay with him for a while and help his sister, and in return promised to show him some yoga exercises that would help the boy improve his health. The temptation was great, and the fourteen-year-old Iyengar agreed, but in reality everything turned out to be not at all so simple. Long months passed before the first lesson took place, after which Krishnamachar categorically declared that the young man was not made for yoga. The teacher did not throw words into the wind, and therefore the first lesson was supposed to be the last at the same time. But then fate intervened again. Krishnamachar had a student who also lived in his house, but unlike the unlucky Sundaram (as our Guruji was called in childhood), he could do absolutely everything. He performed the most difficult poses with unconstrained grace and ease, and the Master had high hopes for him. And then one day the wonderful boy disappeared, disappeared without a trace, as if he had fallen through the ground. Everyone went off their feet looking for him, but the search yielded no results. The most terrible thing was that the boy managed to disappear a few days before the Teacher's lecture, at which he was supposed to demonstrate asanas. It was impossible to cancel the speech, and then Krishnamachar remembered Sundarama. He did not believe in success, but it was not in his nature to easily abandon what was planned, the lessons resumed. Iyengar had no strength, no flexibility, no experience, he simply did not have the right to do all these unthinkable poses, but he did them, perhaps because he felt that he had no right not to do them. The demonstration was successful, and perhaps this is what determined his whole subsequent life. In the East, apprenticeship lasts for many years, but restless fate has done everything in its own way this time. After only two years, Krishnamachar was asked to send one of his students to Pune to teach yoga in one of the schools. Krishnamachar did not want to miss this opportunity, but all of his students had families, they refused to move, especially since the pay for the work was low. Then he offered this place to Iyengar. The young man was barely seventeen, it was scary to go alone to an unfamiliar city, but life in his sister's house was not sugar - the Teacher, like most outstanding people, had a very difficult character. Iyengar decided to take a chance. Being away from the Teacher, he not only did not stop improving his practice, but, on the contrary, paid more and more attention to it. At first, there were few students, and all free time was invariably devoted to classes.

Reader Comments

H/ 1.09.2019 My mother went crazy because of this book, I was 12 years old, now I'm 40 and I still babysit her paranoia, again I found this book under her mattress, all this nonsense again, every six months. Before you decide to go high or whatever, think of the kids, they're going to have to live with your schizophrenia.

Olga/ 01/31/2019 I really want to read the book in full. Maybe someone will give it in full edition, I think the readers will be immensely grateful. Well, if someone did not understand the meaning of the book, I'm sorry, this is their PROBLEM.

Olga/ 01/15/2019 As for Yulia's comments, her mind and heart are closed. Don't be offended.

Kseniya/ 06/24/2018 Cool book, I read it in one breath, I advise everyone to read it.

Vasiliy/ 04/11/2018 Dedication. Whoever has not found his inner self will not understand it. Although all the Spiritual states described in the book are not fiction, but reality.
I would like to look at the Tarot, how she interprets them ....

Novel/ 08/19/2017 The book "Yoga and Health" has long been in demand among Hatha yoga practitioners both in Ukraine and in Russia, and in other countries of the post-Soviet space. Here is the second Russian-language edition of 2003. The first was published in 1985... Since then, since 2003, there have been no updates and new books by these authors!
There is a 2008 Bulgarian version of the book "Yoga Uniting East and West" - but no one had the sense to translate it into Russian and publish it. Demand would pay for all costs! - But, apparently - none of the editors of serious brand publications - are smart enough to do this. In the printing industry, as in the publishing of electronic books - we, unfortunately, as in everything else - we are trailing behind all the highly developed countries of the world!...

Elena/ 09/17/2016 Magnificent, magical books. The authors are amazing historical figures.
To have these books and to be able to read them is a godsend.

Alina/ 01/24/2016 This book was a sip of water for me after crossing the desert. Thank you for the book.

Virgo/ 12/26/2015 Nonsense - pseudo-brahmin, Spirituality is not in it.

Danila/ 11/29/2015 (Egyptian knowledge) In order to get some idea of the level of development of the Scythians, it is necessary to recall what is written about the deeds of Prometheus and Zeus, who together introduced various innovations in people's lives. Ancient sources say that Prometheus gave people the art of new writing and counting (another writing reform to forget the past Golden Age, in which Kron, the father of Zeus, ruled). It is known that the Scythians corresponded with the Persian kings Cyrus II and Darius, with Alexander the Great. Scythia from ancient times possessed writing and great Knowledge. No wonder the territory of Scythia (Russia) attracted the attention of many prominent people of the world with its sacredness. So, for example, the Scythian priest Abaris made reliable predictions about earthquakes, calmed stormy winds, pacified river and sea unrest. On the brought arrow of Apollo Hyperborean, he crossed rivers, impassable places, flying over them through the air. During his travels, he performed purifications and expelled pestilence. The Scythians had a system of education and upbringing. Another famous Scythian priest Merlin in England surprised people with his ability to work miracles. He took part in the construction of places of worship at Stonehenge, easily moving and installing huge menhirs that hundreds of people could not handle. He said that in his homeland in Scythia the priests performed much greater miracles. Merlin was born in the 3rd century. BC. north of the Dnieper rapids.

Leah Vernaya/ 10/31/2015 The book is unique. It adds what is missing in the understanding of the world to everyone that is necessary. The truths set forth in the text penetrate the soul, which means that they are lived, and not invented. The book has not lost its relevance, because the path of Initiation has its milestones at all times ... Thanks to the author ...

Enigma/ 11/15/2014 After reading the "Initiation", I was at first amazed: how such deepest secrets are revealed in an ordinary book... But immediately the answer came: that for a low-vibration consciousness it would not be understood and revealed... This book contains energy, which only reaches the prepared consciousness...

Igor advised me to read several books that I had never heard of before. The first of nah "Initiation" by Elizabeth Haych. I started reading and really wanted to write out quotes for a more detailed reading.
Well, quotes for yourself :)

DEDICATION Elizabeth Haych
Under the influence of books, I was always looking for "eternal unity in friendship", but the girls found it stupid. Then I suggested to the boys I knew to conclude an "agreement of eternal friendship." They found the idea excellent and said that everyone should put their signatures. The sister and the boys wrote their names with all sorts of curlicues, and I signed simply and clearly; for this I was rejected, and I had to train at home, inventing an indistinct and illegible "my signature", after which I was accepted into the union.

I thought that I would be happy, but, oddly enough, I could not rejoice. At home, standing in front of the mirror and looking into the face of the “invisible” myself, I heard a voice inside: “Your signature is fake, it is not yours. Do you think to achieve true through false, real friendship through a fake signature? People who cannot accept your real signature , can't be your true friends." Sadly turning away from the mirror, I went to bed and never used this signature again. I realized that "eternal friendship" was as artificial as my "signature", and that these boys had no idea about the true friendship that I was looking for, standing above time and space. I found myself alone and in my search for eternal unity.

I did not know then that immortality had long been discovered and that everyone should discover for themselves that death does not exist, that we are all immortal. No one can inspire this to a person, everyone must come to this himself. Everyone must realize that death is nothing but life itself, and that a person not only must not die, but even cannot die! It's absolutely impossible!

Live in the present and remember that once your spiritual blindness is over, your physical eyes will see normally again.

These experiences led me to the conviction that very often the disease of asthma comes from pressure on the sick person by the invisible will of another person. On the other hand, this invisible, unformed will can also come from the patient himself, speaking out of his unconsciousness, which he does not suspect.

"Help is in yourself! If everyone helps, everyone will receive help - and then the whole world will be freed from suffering." I told him, "I can't be happy knowing the suffering of others. I want to be a collaborator in the work of saving the world." “Be careful with these general words!” was the answer, “a worker is a duty and a sacrifice. You must never forget, you must never do anything that is contrary to the great laws of life. No mortal can play with divine powers. "You must not use the powers you gain for your own personal purposes! You must not have personal feelings or look at things from your own personal point of view. It is better to continue your personal life as other people than to fail as an employee. I warn you"
__________________________
"Why are you neglecting your spiritual abilities?" "And what am I to do with them, so as not to neglect?" "You know you were born with many talents, but that doesn't mean you're a master. Talent without diligence and diligence without talent is not an art. Only by combining them can one achieve true art. Practice and you will become a master in the highest art." - in art without art!

As a child, I rarely saw my father. He came to Earth to fulfill his duty - to lead people in their earthly life. The task of his life was to teach the sons of man how to govern the country so that all its inhabitants could develop in the best way, and this task took up almost all of his time. But when he did find time for me, he spoke to me as an adult, because for the people of our race, the Sons of God, it doesn’t matter how much time someone spent on Earth, since we have spiritual consciousness from birth. Age and height matter only to the sons of man, who are so closely associated with their bodies that they identify themselves with these physical instruments, completely forgetting that their true spiritual nature is independent of time and space. But the members of our race, the Sons of God, know that only the body can be "child" or "adult", and the spirit always remains the same. Therefore, even without being physically close, I always felt my spiritual connection with my father and mother, who no longer lived in the body on Earth.
_

People think they always have a reason to be cheerful or happy. Through exercises with imaginary pictures, fantasy pictures, we realized for the first time that we actually have no reasons, that is, we must imagine them ourselves. In other words, we always have a reason for any mood, and we can learn to manage our reasons.

Then comes the stage of experiencing the emotional state by itself, without reasons, without imagining a situation that could cause the experienced mood. After much practice, we discovered that we always imagine that we have a reason for sadness or for joy, and we became convinced that the events of our life should not have any effect on us. Each state of consciousness arises only within ourselves. One and the same event causes laughter in one, tears in another, and leaves the third indifferent. And all this because everyone is simply projecting outward their own internal attitude, namely, it and only it causes our reaction, and not the external events themselves.
............

But it takes a very long time to achieve this ability! After all, one must keep oneself all the time under the strictest self-observation, not forgetting for a moment, one must always be aware and analyze every feeling, every thought, tracing them to the very source.

_______________________
My next task was to acquire the ability to remain silent. I have failed again and again here, not knowing how to put up enough resistance to the urge to communicate, which is inherent in the soul of every person. I learned to keep this urge under constant self-observation and control. Gradually, I developed the habit of listening inwardly to what I was about to say and remaining silent unless I really had something to say. I have learned to recognize two beings in myself: a personal ego, which is often prone to uncontrolled chatter, just for the sake of communication and attracting attention to its person, and the higher entity underlying my consciousness, which restrains my personal self, indicating to it, when and what to say and do. It is very important to listen to these calls and obey them; just hearing them is not enough.

“In concentration, a person goes through its three phases: intellectual, emotional and spiritual.

In the first step, you direct your thoughts to the object of concentration and look for a suitable definition that clearly and completely expresses this object. The work of the intellect ends here, for thinking is the bridge between name and knowledge. Knowing, you don't have to think like God, who is omniscient. Thinking is necessary only for the expansion of knowledge.

Then comes the second phase of concentration, when there is a transition from thinking to feeling. Your consciousness projects outward through the nervous system all the signs of the object, imprinting them on your senses. You feel your object with every nerve, every drop of blood.

The third phase is spiritual concentration. Your consciousness becomes identical with the object of concentration. You don't think about him anymore, you don't feel him, you are him! We call this the state of existence. All your thoughts, words, deeds become manifestations of the object of your concentration. In the first two phases you are separated from the object, in the third you merge with it. Your body, of course, does not turn into an object, but in your mind you experience this state. Imagine that you are sitting on the bank of a river and concentrating on the water. First you think about what water is, think about its composition, temperature, color and all other properties, until the intellect exhausts everything there is to know about water. Then you enter the river and directly feel the water, feel its temperature, splash in it, raising ripples. This is the second phase. With full concentration, there comes a moment when you are no longer aware of your separation from water, you are no longer a human body, you yourself have become water. Here you no longer think about water and do not feel it. This is the state of essence, the third phase of concentration.

Look at the people around. They constantly talk about love and kindness, lavishing sweet smiles and trying in every possible way to show others that they are "loving" and "good". But this is only on the outside, they are only masks, and when it comes down to it, they reveal their selfishness, because they themselves are selfishness. Others, saying nothing about goodness and never thinking that they want to be "good", say and act in such a way that they show virtue in everything, because they themselves are virtue. Man does not think about what he is and does not feel it; he just is what he is! And he does not need to talk about it, for everything he thinks, says and does is an expression of what he is, is a manifestation of his own essence.

The most difficult task is concentration on oneself! First, thinking about the body, then feeling yourself, and finally, you must become what you are!

Since you became conscious here on earth, you had to leave your true self earlier and enter your mind and senses. But as long as you can only think about yourself and feel yourself, you can never be yourself. Watch people - they are not what they really are. They identify with the thoughts, feelings and roles they play here on earth. They "fell" from their true selves and became pretenders, people living in an imaginary world. It is only in the eyes of very young children that the light of the true self can be seen. When the intellect awakens, the child begins to identify himself with the external personality, moving further and further away from his true divine essence. And the personality is only a mask through which the true "I", great and invisible, looks at the world. Personality is nothing more than a tool for the manifestation of this essence. But people are so attached to their masks that they can no longer free themselves from them. The true self is the king and master, and the person is only his servant. But the sons of men have cast aside their true "I" and, descending from the throne, have identified themselves with their masks, personalities. They made a king out of a servant and separated from their true selves. They have banished their higher self into exile, the unconscious. This division has been caused by the intellect, and through concentration exercises and efforts to become conscious, that same intellect can become an instrument for eliminating this division and returning back to our true self.

From now on, your only task will be to concentrate on yourself with the origin of all three phases of concentration, until you achieve complete identification with your true self, until you really become yourself. This is the state that can be described in the first person: "I am what I am." But be careful: it is not enough to think that you are, nor to feel it; you must be what you are in your true inner self. This is the task of your concentration before initiation."

Knowledge can only be attained by comparing two sides, the positive and the negative, which have separated from each other. As long as they are together, resting in each other, you cannot know anything. The entire visible world is cognizable only because it has emerged from the unity in which Nothing and Everything rest one in the other, the unity that we call God. Things around us are knowable because the positive seems to be separated from the negative and we can compare them. Perception is possible only when the unity is split into two halves: one - manifested and the other - unmanifested, its reflection and addition, so that both of them are cognizable through comparison.
______________________________________

All created things are the tree of the knowledge of good and evil! But the creator - God - is not a half that has fallen out of unity, God is this unity itself. He stands above all created forms that have fallen away from unity, He is Nothing, from which Everything arose and manifested, but in Him both Nothing and Everything form an inseparable divine unity.
Creation always means a half of the whole that has fallen away from unity and is recognized through comparison. Therefore, it is impossible to find and recognize God the creator in the created world simply because God does not have a complementary half with which to compare him. And if one cannot compare, then one cannot recognize Him. You can only be God! There is only one eternal essence, only one God, and in all living things there is only this essence, one single God. God is an indivisible unity, he is present everywhere and fills the universe with himself. The whole universe lives because God fulfills it with his eternal essence. God is like the tree of life, giving its essence to the created, cognizable world, which has separated from its complementary half, in other words, God gives life to the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This tree of knowledge - our created world - is alive only because the tree of life - God - pours his own life drop by drop into his veins - lives in it!

But the body is only the visible half of your true essence, the other half remains in the unmanifested, unconscious part of your being. By uniting these two halves, you can return to divine unity! It is impossible to survive, to experience this unity physically, that is, to make your invisible, unconscious also visible and physical and unite these two halves, since one consciousness cannot animate two bodies. Trying to experience unity in this way means the death of the body, but nevertheless this unity can be experienced while in the body: in a state of consciousness! You can expand your consciousness by making the unconscious part of yourself fully conscious, by consciously experiencing your unmanifest, invisible half, and thus achieve divine unity in your consciousness. And although your body remains in the visible world, you can merge your consciousness with your true self, from which you fell away. And then right here, in earthly existence, you will experience bliss, you will be able to experience the state of consciousness of God - to become God!

While a person is looking for his missing half outside of himself, in the created world, he will never find unity, simply because it is not outside him, but inside, in his unconscious!

"These are the twelve rows of oppositions:

Silence is conversation;

Susceptibility -- resistance to influence;

Obedience is control;

Modesty is self-confidence;

Lightning speed - caution;

The ability to accept everything is the ability to discriminate;

Struggle is calm;

Providence is courage;

To own nothing is to own everything;

Lack of affection - fidelity, devotion;

Contempt for death is respect for life;

Indifference is love.
.......

God creates only good, beautiful and true, and not bad qualities and forces, there is only their wrong application.

Silence is beautiful, but there and then, when it is necessary to be silent. But if we are silent when we need to speak, for example, when one word can save a person from great danger, then our silence becomes diabolical. And if we say when to be silent, the divine gift of speech turns into satanic chatter and gossip.
......
Only by mastering the previous eleven rows of positions will you be able to pass this one - the most difficult one, because here you have to put aside your personal feelings. Only then will you be able to distinguish the voice of God so clearly that even in the most difficult cases you will feel what you should do and what you should not. And then you will no longer be mistaken, because you yourself will be love. Love can only work in love. You need to comprehend your "I", be yourself, and the whole universe will be able to receive your warmth, light, strength from you. Then you will acquire a divine essence, and your consciousness will be identical with God himself! You will return from the world of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, that is, from the kingdom of the tree of death, where everything is visible in a state of separation, you will return to the kingdom of divine unity.
You will again eat the fruits from the tree of life, and you will give them to those who follow you, so that everyone can return to the unity of immortal eternal life, to eternal essence, to God!

"It is better to practice this after sunset, as the sun's rays stimulate those nerve centers and glands that serve as the physical manifestations of the spirit and thus bind the consciousness to the material plane. Then you can do this at any time, but it is better to start in the evening, when the consciousness goes to the spiritual plane. Living beings go to sleep, which means the transfer of consciousness from the body to the spirit. Since most people are unable to consciously reach deeper levels of the spirit, they lose consciousness - fall asleep. Through practice, one can acquire such resistance of the nerves that consciousness is maintained even at the deepest level.Then the nerve and brain centers, which are resting during the day, become active, receiving and conducting vibrations of the spirit, the true self.In this way, a telepathic connection can be established.

In this exercise, as in any concentration exercise, you begin by fixing your attention entirely on a single thought. Concentrate your thoughts completely on the person with whom you want to make contact. Closing your eyes, imagine this person, his eyes, body, face, and imagine that you are him, and he is you, until you really feel that his hands are your hands, his body - it is your body, that is, until you completely identify yourself with it. Then dwell on the thought you want to convey and think about it as if that person in you is thinking about it.

There are three steps in this exercise: 1) contact in the presence of this person; 2) contact at a distance, at a pre-arranged time, when both of you know about it; 3) contact without the knowledge of the person with whom you want to establish contact.

These three stages form the positive part of telepathic exercises. In the negative part, you develop the ability to receive and understand telepathic messages. This part also has three phases. First, you make yourself receptive and "empty" in the presence of the person from whom you want to receive a message, then alone, at a predetermined time, that is, knowing who and when will concentrate on you, and, finally, not knowing this in advance.

The time will come when you will immediately respond to any message from any person at any time, and then you will hear his voice inside you. Later you will even be able to see this person: his figure, his face, especially his eyes will appear before you like pictures in a dream. And then you will feel much less the fetters of your body, your isolation in the body, you will enjoy the freedom of the spirit, while still in the body, on earth.

Most people's nerve centers are so poorly developed that it takes a lot of effort on your part for them to get your message at all, so it's best to do this when they're asleep - they'll see you in their dreams and receive your messages in their dreams. Over time, you will discover all the laws of telepathy, for example, you can immediately find out if the person you need is busy, and you can isolate yourself, if you yourself are busy, from other people's messages. Only beginners in this field bother each other at the wrong time.
You should do these exercises every evening, following my instructions. Now let's practice a little."

“Until now, you have combined concentration with slow, regular breathing, and during inhalation and exhalation, you have identified yourself with your body. But the point is that it is your body that actually does the inhalation and exhalation, not you. The body lives because the higher being "God breathes his breath in the body, your physical being breathes in the breath of God. You know that God is your true essence, your true self, that is, your body breathes your true self, and this gives life to the body." While you think you are breathing on your own, you are identifying with your body and not with your true self, but when you realize that your body is breathing in your true self and letting it go as you breathe out, you you will experience an amazing transition from your personality - the animate body that you have been until now - into your true self.

Try to understand that you are not inhaling and exhaling, but that you are an entity that inhales and exhales through your body. With each breath, feel that you fill the body with vitality, that your body breathes you in, and as you exhale, that you remove yourself from the body, separating from it inside your "I" until the next breath. You will feel at the same time something similar to the death of the body, when your "I" leaves the body, the body exhales you for the last time.

All energy, all forces of the universe, all motions pour out from one point - from their own center - and radiate out in circular waves in all directions, manifesting themselves as vibrations or vibrations. This manifestation of power ceases only when the forces, out of balance, regain their original state of balance - divine unity. Thus, speaking of the original, "primary state", we mean the state in which all material phenomena cease to exist. In essence, matter is also movement, and if it stops, matter must cease to exist. And while the three-dimensional world exists, its invariable law is the law of disturbance, the law of motion.
............
The source of these creative vibrations we call God. But God himself stands above all manifestations of life and rests in himself in absolute balance, beyond time and space. But he constantly radiates himself outside, into material forms, in order to give life to these forms. Since God is omnipresent and fills the entire universe, everything in it is permeated by God and filled with him. Nothing can exist without being in God and without God penetrating into him, and nothing can escape his presence in itself. Therefore, God can manifest himself at every point, and everything that exists in our perceived world has this point within itself as its center. From this point begins the first manifestation of something, its creation, its falling out of balance.
_____________________________

Growth always starts from the center and radiates outward. The deepest source of all forces and manifestations is God.
_____________________________

When a person searches for God in the surrounding reality, outside himself, he can often "think" about God, "pray" to him, "love" him with all his being, but all this does not mean identity with God. For man can never find God outside of himself.
The creator in man is his own "I". The last manifestation of this 'I' is his little 'I', the personal 'I', the 'I' is consciousness. This personal "I" is the image of God reflected by matter in bodily form. So, when a person wants to return to God and restore his identity with him, he must follow the same path with his consciousness: he must pull the consciousness more and more out of his little personal "I" - deeper and deeper into himself, turning to his inner being, to his creator, until he consciously recognizes himself in Him! But this does not mean that the creation-personality recognizes itself in this state. As an imaginary being, man has no true existence and cannot really achieve self-consciousness. On the contrary, the creator recognizes himself in the created, in the personality. This is the only way to overcome separateness and bring consciousness back to unity; the individual ceases to think of himself, and instead of being himself, he recognizes himself. In this state, the recognizer, the recognized, and the recognition are one and the same. Essence - the creator - recognizes itself in itself!

The triangle represents complete harmony and complete balance, since all three of its corner points lie at the same distance from each other. On the other hand, when the same aspect of God that we speak of as "resting in itself" moves from a dimensionless dimensionless state above time and space into three dimensions, then it becomes the creative aspect of God and always manifests itself in the number 4 As long as the numbers 1 and 3 form a unity in divinity, they remain 3 in 1 and 1 in 3. But when they come out of divine unity, they separate and from "1 into 3" it becomes "1 and 3", which makes 4. An equilateral triangle contains 4 smaller equilateral triangles hidden within it. This law also contains the secret of the key number of the three-dimensional world - the number 7.

But the consciousness of a person who identifies himself with the law of matter and thus becomes Satan, dies with Satan and becomes unconscious after death. Satan draws him, his slave, into inert matter, into darkness, into loss of consciousness, into himself.

On the other hand, the consciousness of a person who identified himself with the law of the divine spirit and served this law remains alive after casting off the body, is freed from bodily chains, and, freed from the isolation of matter, he is immersed in the eternal light, in God!
_________________________________

This law operates everywhere on earth - in every tree, in every plant. Take, for example, a house. The south side, which receives air currents from the northern face of God, is warm, and plants grow best on this side. The north side is cold, the east is dry, and the west is always wet. When we make it rain in the pyramids, the rain covers all the buildings from the west.
________________________________________

Why is it best to sleep lying in a north-south direction? Why do all animals lie like this? Why are even bird nests and anthills built in a north-south direction? Animals have no intelligence to understand why this is so, but they feel the effect of the soothing radiation coming from the north and the renewing currents from the south. Animals instinctively feel that this is the best position for the circulation of their own life current.
That is why a person seeking a connection with God and praying should turn his face to the north or east, but never to the south or west. In the north and east he can find forces that will lead him to spiritualization, and in the south and west he will find stimulation that will lead his consciousness to identify him with sensible objects.

At the time of initiation, before you awaken again from your physical consciousness into the divine cosmic self-consciousness, the energies created by your deeds and their actions over the centuries and which are now waiting in your subconscious to materialize as seeds of future events, will appear in your consciousness as dreams. You cannot destroy them, since they have arisen from creative forces, but you can prevent these energies from descending and passing into reality at the level of the material world. You can do this if you yourself, with your consciousness, descend into the depths of your soul, where these forces are in a latent state, and if you awaken them to life in your consciousness and experience these dreams yourself as a complete reality.

"Experiencing" means that these forces are drawn into consciousness and live there as a state of consciousness. Thus, the internal tension in these forces dissolves, these energies go away, lose their strength and are destroyed.
_________________________

The God-man consciously controls all seven levels of creation, but his consciousness is identified only with the seventh, divine plane, but not with the lower ones. He knows and uses them, owns them - but does not eat these fruits of the knowledge of good and evil, consciously remaining in God, in a heavenly state. He combines in himself all seven plans of divine unity: he is matter, has a body; he is a plant, nourishes the body and takes care of it as a good tool; he is an animal: he has instincts and feelings; he is a man: he has intellect and the power of logical thinking; he is a genius: he has intuition and acts on the plane of causes; he is a prophet: he stands above time and space, seeing the future and the past, loving the entire universe with selfless, all-encompassing love, helping all beings to free themselves from the shackles of the world; he is the God-man: he is omnipresent and omnipotent; he is what he is, eternal essence, life itself, God!
_______________________________

Thus, bestowal - radiation - is the law of God, and taking - compression - the law of matter.
Each frequency has a strong and penetrating effect on the levels below it, but does not affect the higher levels. If we take two people at different levels of development, then a person of a lower level, although he may be “bad” in the opinion of others, can harm a person who is at a higher level only by actions, but never by radiation, since his powers do not affect levels higher than himself. His radiations, especially the "evil eye", can only harm levels lower than his own. The initiate, on the other hand, can transfer his high magical power to every creature without exception.

Every dream is reality as long as you believe it. The only objective reality is the self, the essence, the true "I": God!

. And now I should not feel the pain of separation from my son, because I should not associate myself with anyone so that my happiness depends on him. I gave my son the opportunity to be born again, but I love in him not his body, the physical manifestation, but the manifestation of the impersonal divinity in him. All that exists is a manifestation of one God, why should one tremble at the possibility of losing this particular manifestation of God? Because his flesh and blood came from my flesh and blood? But my true self and his true self are not blood at all. I must enter into my true self and become fully conscious of it; then I can identify myself with the true self of the son and with the essence of the entire universe. Then I won't lose anything or anyone! I must conquer my flesh, which is now in terrible pain. Oh God, give me the strength to pass this test!

I am looking for those whom I love, because I know that they can be destroyed, but I look for them in vain in this nothingness around me. There is nothing in the void but me, so I must turn my attention inward. Having done this, I realized that everything and everyone lives in me! The whole universe lives in me! All that is, I am! In everything I love, I love myself. And I realized: what I always considered unloved was what I had not yet recognized within myself! Now that I have fully recognized myself, I love everyone and everything equally, since I am one with them, I am "I" in everything! I am the fulfillment, the consummation of life, a radiant, eternal, immortal being. No more struggle, no more regrets, no more suffering, no more decay, no more end, no more death! In everything that is born, I - immortal - begin a new form of life, and in everything that dies, I - immortal - withdraw inside myself, into the eternal creative divine essence.

The same divine essence is the life of every being and the "love" of animals is nothing but the desire to achieve unity with the true essence on the lower, physical plane of consciousness. The child, passing through the phase of awakening of consciousness, also involuntarily tries to achieve this unity and identity, taking into his mouth everything he can touch. Animals have the same instinct. The love and unity between me and the lions is so great that they love to take my hand and even my head into their mouths, as if trying to eat me. Of course, they do not bite, but play. I can understand that when they eat, for example, a gazelle, they are only following their instinctive desire for unity. The instinct of self-preservation has the same source as the instinct of procreation: the desire for a divine state of unity. That is why the manifestations of both instincts are so close and often overlap. And the meat they get in captivity is never as tasty as a freshly killed victim: in the latter case, the animals unconsciously experience a form of unity with the living - with life itself. Dead flesh can only satisfy their hunger, but not the desire for unity.

“Soon you will be able to open your eyes again, and then the strength will quickly return. One of the greatest problems of the war was helping the blind soldiers because of their complete helplessness: with the sudden blindness that befell them, they themselves could not stand on their feet for a long time. But thanksgiving God, our body is so flexible that the blind man's skin gradually took over all the work of supplying the body with light.

When a white magician wants to help one of his students, he binds him to himself in the form of a figure eight, leaving the student complete independence, since in this case both the teacher and the student are centers in their individual circle. The black magician deprives the student of independence, including him in his circle, the center of which is himself, the student then becomes, as it were, a satellite in orbit around the sun.

That is why everything that happens here on earth is the materialization of a complete cause, a complete, complete foundation, awaiting its materialization on the spiritual plane. When a person acquires the ability to consciously reach his inner depths, the depths of his "I", where these energies are waiting for their realization, then the person experiences the cause simultaneously with the effect - with the future - as a complete and complete present! And this is the present, our life, everything that happens to us is just an opportunity to meet trials and accept the challenge for initiation. This is an opportunity to ease those tensions and remove those stresses, pressures, pressures that we have accumulated in ourselves over many, many centuries with our thoughts, words and deeds, those tensions, stresses and pressures that are the cause of our destiny, our future. To the extent that we are able to recognize these tensions and overcome them, we release our human consciousness, which is connected to these energies and is limited by what is connected, and we identify our consciousness with the truth, the divine essence, waiting behind every personal feeling of our "I", then we identify ourselves with God. This is initiation!
