Grudinin was caught lying about the “dream school”...
The presidential election candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, businessman Pavel Grudinin, was caught in a lie. The case concerns the “dream school”, where the children of employees of his “Lenin State Farm” study....

Grudinin has repeatedly stated that this educational institution is a true example of everything progressive. School No. 548 is located at the Lenin State Farm.

According to the candidate, he “built a super school” and everything there is “like under communism.”
However, in reality the situation is completely different. Communism has absolutely nothing to do with the Grudinin school, and it was born in a purely capitalist way.

Thus, “Lenin State Farm” acted as a contractor, for which it received a decent amount of budget funds. Moreover, Grudinin does not maintain an educational institution at all; Moscow does this (not even the Moscow region, where the school is located)....

Here are three screenshots just for the last days of December from the government procurement portal. All these positions are directly related to the Moscow budget and school No. 548. But they have nothing to do with Grudinin.

Thus, it can be stated that the “communist” candidate once again proved himself to be a bright representative of the galaxy of businessmen from the nineties. And impressive prosperity, as is usually the case, was ensured by the state.

Let us note that, according to experts, Grudinin’s nomination is a “step of despair” by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

During the visit, the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation met with a team of builders and teachers.

“The Lenin State Farm is one of the best farms, and not only in our country,” emphasized Gennady Andreevich. - I must say, you are doing the best. Our team held a whole series of major meetings here. Representatives of all labor collectives visited the state farm, we approved our program here.

“We got acquainted with the park based on Pushkin’s fairy tales, where our whole story unfolds,” continued G.A. Zyuganov. — We were also in an exemplary kindergarten (there are no more like them in the country). And today we are handing over the school so that it can be fully equipped within three months before the new school year. This is not a school, but a fantasy!”

“I come from a family of hereditary teachers,” said the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. — In three generations, 10 people taught all the basic subjects, except a foreign language, for 320 years. I have seen hundreds of schools, but I have never seen anything like this. All the best that exists in Russian and Soviet schools and in modern information technologies is collected here. It perfectly combines advanced equipment with extracurricular activities. Everything here is done with great love, soul and imagination.”

“The director of your state farm, Pavel Nikolaevich Grudinin, has always been distinguished not only by his ability to work for excellent results, but also by his artistic taste, as well as amazing Russian modesty. He does his job quietly, quietly. But when such an object is born, the soul immediately becomes pleasant and festive. And I even wanted to go to such a school a second time,” shared Gennady Andreevich.

“Looking at this object,” continued G.A. Zyuganov, - you feel a feeling of delight. I have a favorite proverb: “God created the earth, the rest are builders.” Builders come to the mud, to a pit, in bad weather. And then you look - such an amazing object is born. But this is the creativity of your entire team. And we congratulate you from the bottom of our hearts and are very happy.”

“Here is my deputy, academician Vladimir Ivanovich Kashin, who heads the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Policy. He had just traveled to Voronezh, where he held a visiting meeting of the Committee and looked at new technologies. Here is Nikolai Ivanovich Vasiliev, first secretary of the Moscow Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. In general, our team came to thank you for building an amazing facility that will delight us all. I couldn’t even imagine that such a facility could be built in two and a half years, essentially from scratch!” — the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation expressed admiration.

In turn, the director of the farm P.N. Grudinin said that the idea was as follows: the best state farm should have the best school. “We are seriously concerned,” emphasized Pavel Nikolaevich, “that for some reason education is becoming paid. The head of our administration, Elena Ivanovna Dobrenkova, believes that the territory of the village should be a territory of social optimism. So we didn’t skimp on this school. Because the best in Russia, in the Soviet Union, was always given to children.”

At the end of the meeting G.A. Zyuganov recalled that on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Great October Revolution, the leadership of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation decided to revive the Lenin Prizes. And one of the first such prizes for outstanding achievements in the field of production and the social sphere will be awarded to Pavel Nikolaevich Grudinin.

With his impressions of what he saw, G.A. Zyuganov also shared with reporters. “It is known,” noted the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, “that the family is obliged to teach the child to work and pass on the best traditions to him. The school should form a citizen and patriot. And culture is to make people’s morals more humane, more spiritual. This school is an educational institution of a qualitatively new type, where everything is connected: an excellent educational process, wonderful equipment, and the best ideas of the Russian-Soviet school. And what has appeared in the world in recent years in terms of teaching methods.”

“I like it,” continued G.A. Zyuganov - that this school has everything for the development of a child. Separate primary classes, separate senior classes, a magnificent sports block. I think this is a great gift to all of us. Moreover, we just celebrated the 95th anniversary of the birth of the pioneers and held a large assembly on Red Square. 5 thousand children became pioneers there. They took an oath to love the country, study well, and provide help to those who need it. Therefore, I want to thank Pavel Nikolaevich Grudinin and Elena Ivanovna Dobrenkova. In two and a half years they created a unique object. This is the best school, I think, not only in our country.”

“Please note,” noted the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, “the last call is taking place today. And today the school is being handed over so that the teaching staff will have three months to prepare for September 1.”

“I am sure that on September 1 everything will shine here. Pay attention to the condition the area is already in. So this is a huge gift,” emphasized Gennady Andreevich.

“And opposite is a kindergarten,” the communist leader continued. — And next to it is a magnificent park based on Pushkin’s fairy tales. There is also a wonderful sports stadium here. Pay attention to how the residential area is built. All this was done by the hands of the workers of the Lenin state farm. So we have to thank Pavel Nikolaevich Grudinin for this.”

“I must say that the Russian-Soviet school was the best in the world,” emphasized Gennady Andreevich. — When the first satellites flew and Gagarin ascended into space, the Americans sent a large delegation to us. I read their report, there was a chapter in it called: “What Ivan knows and what Johnny doesn’t know.” They came to the conclusion that they lose, first of all, at the school desk and on the student bench. And then they increased allocations for education 10 times.”

“In order for the country to be literate, promising and for social guarantees to be fulfilled, at least seven percent of the budget expenditures must be spent on education. About the same amount goes to science and healthcare. Here, in this household, they spend twice as much. And they get enormous returns from it. We must follow their example before it is too late. I invite everyone to get acquainted with this unique educational complex and our amazing state farm named after Lenin!” — the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation called in conclusion.

Two weeks before the start of the school year, The Village visited the new engineering building of one of the best Moscow schools - the Tsaritsyno Education Center (school No. 548). The ultra-modern building made of glass and concrete is located in the Lenin State Farm, two kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. It was built from scratch, so the school project is not a typical one, but was developed as a result of the joint work of teachers, administration, architects and an investor. They took the experience of Scandinavian and European schools as a basis, rethought the format of work in the classrooms and set a clear goal: to give children practical work skills instead of classical knowledge in physics and chemistry.

The location of the engineering building of school No. 548 on Kashirskoye Highway outside the Moscow Ring Road is actually logical: its other branches are also located not far from Kashirka - in the Orekhovo-Borisovo and Zyablikovo districts. The new building was built according to an individual project and with money from State Farm. The classrooms are equipped with modern equipment, the spaces for learning and relaxation are carefully thought out, and the renovations are done to a high standard. At the same time, the school is public, and education there is free.

Conceptually, the building was divided into two wings (separately for junior and senior classes) and a central part. Each wing has classrooms, atriums and gyms; in the central part there is a dining room, library and assembly hall. Younger children have a lot of space for outdoor games: a soft volcano, a pipe slide from the second floor to the first. For seniors, the emphasis is on teamwork and individual work. They also have their own bar, and the other day they announced a competition for the vacancy of a bartender: the winner must be able to make cool cocktails and brew delicious coffee.

The school is transparent: it is visible from edge to edge - from the floor to the glass ceiling. There are many adjacent windows, allowing you to see from one room what is happening in another. It gives a sense of community, of one big house where everyone knows each other. The Lenin State Farm is a small settlement in which the school has become its center. Teachers, children, their parents work together, study, visit each other, and village meetings are held in the school conference hall. Probably, thanks to such closeness, they risked making the teachers’ room transparent too. There is a negotiation module, workplaces, and even its own cafe.

All classrooms are also behind glass partitions. They were made open so that activities could be taken outside the classroom. For example, when children are divided into working groups, some of them can go out to work in the corridor or atrium, while the teacher will see all the students.

You can study everywhere: on the stairs of the amphitheater in front of the school, on acoustic sofas in the hallway, at high tables in the cafeteria, overlooking the school yard, on the wide window sills of recreation areas. Furniture can and should be rearranged, separated areas with partitions, moved screens and pillows - in general, transform the space and make it more suitable for study. In the corridors, as in the classrooms themselves, there are many work areas of different formats. In the hall in front of the entrance to the assembly hall there are stands that can be used for gaming activities. In the classrooms, in addition to mobile desks and chairs, there are poufs and tribune sofas. In some classrooms, instead of a classic teacher's chair, there is a rocking chair.

To ensure that the school had to be repaired as rarely as possible, wear-resistant materials were chosen for its decoration: glass, wood and brick. Especially strong glass is installed everywhere, which is almost impossible to break. Brick used in interior decoration is difficult to deform or damage. On the walls there is one of the strongest materials, HPL panels (High Pressure Laminate). On the stairs between floors there are rubber coverings to protect against bruises when falling. Communications under the ceiling in the corridors and recreation areas are open so that children can see how engineering systems are arranged, how the school breathes and functions.

This is the engineering building of the famous Moscow school No. 548. Therefore, in addition to the usual classes and sports infrastructure, special emphasis was placed on workshops: robotics, metalworking, carpentry, paint shop, architectural and art workshops, television and recording studios, and a natural science laboratory.

All these premises are not playgrounds that imitate adult activities, but full-fledged, professionally staffed workshops. When building a chemical laboratory, we consulted with technologists from one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, Novo Nordisk. We went to their production, studied how the laboratory was built, what the technological sequence of the main operations looked like. It was important for us to see how the modern chemical industry works and to understand what we should prepare schoolchildren for and what opportunities to give them.

A similar approach in everything. The 12-meter climbing wall with seven difficult routes, which is needed for gymnastics, has passed the examination of specialists from the Climbing Federation. The television studio was designed and built by the same contractor as the Mosfilm or Gorky studio sites. You can use it to write professional videos for competitions or olympiads. Involving specialized experts in each area allowed us to find not only the best technology, but the best budget solutions.

Pavel Grudinin

Director of the Lenin State Farm

We have known the school director for a very long time: my children, who are already thirty, studied in the 548th, and I was on the school council. According to the master plan for the development of our rural settlement, it was necessary to build a school, and Efim Lazarevich and I decided that we would do this together. The teachers took part in working on the concept from the very beginning: together we went to see the best schools in Russia, Finland, England and Denmark.

In Finland, for example, a lot of attention is paid to ensuring that the child learns life: not physics, chemistry, but precisely what he can do with his hands. And we decided that we would have a laboratory building, sewing and carpentry workshops. The culinary class is equipped with full-fledged kitchens so that during the educational process you can learn how to set a table and cook. It is important to us that the child leaves school with basic craft skills.

Deputy Director of the Tsaritsyno Education Center No. 548

Engineering is now in demand among children and parents. Previously, our engineering classes were located partly in buildings on Marshal Zakharov Street and Domodedovskaya. They will be united in this building. Those children whose parents clearly refused to study in the new building remained in their previous schools and moved to classes in other specialized areas. But there were very few of them.

In addition to the engineering profile, the school will have an architectural direction. Children begin by working with white paper, a pencil, a ruler, an eraser, and end with techno design for robots, which they create in robotics classes. On school computers you can work in 3D Max, SolidWorks and AutoCAD - all at the level of educational projects. The teachers are MArchI graduates and active architects.

This year we are recruiting the 5th engineering class on a competitive basis. Children living in State Farm were selected for the 1st grade - practically all of them had Moscow registration. Those who are registered at State Farm and want to study with us must register in Moscow.

If your child doesn’t want to go to school at all, sleeps in class and counts crows, send him to one that will awaken his interest in knowledge. If you doubt that there are such people, then read our article.

Engineering building of school No. 548, state farm named after. Lenin

Opening year: 2017
Address: State Farm named after Lenin, building 21 (Moscow)

Official website: https://www.techno548.com/

Many people call this educational institution the school of the future, and for good reason. Firstly, the school building itself clearly stands out from the range of typical “incubator” buildings familiar to the eye. It has an unusual shape and appears to be entirely glass due to the large, modern ceiling-to-floor windows. All classrooms are also behind glass partitions. Therefore, the school is often called transparent. The design of this educational institution was developed by a famous architectural bureau, taking into account the technical and creative wishes of teachers, administration and the investor, whose role was played by the Lenin State Farm.

The internal structure of the school is no less interesting. For the convenience of students, the building was functionally divided into two educational wings - for junior and senior classes, and between them a central part with a dining room, library and assembly hall was organically located. Each wing contains classrooms, atriums and gymnasiums. In the recreation areas there are many ottomans, sofas, bookshelves and even a TV. They also have a 12-meter climbing wall with seven routes of varying degrees of difficulty, where you can train during breaks.

For primary school students there is a place for outdoor games; on the territory there is a soft volcano and a pipe-slide, unexpected for the usual rigor of the educational interior, to quickly descend from the second floor to the first.

For high school students, it’s simply a multifunctional center, consisting not only of classrooms, but also of various workshops. Usually in schools they are usually called labor rooms, but here these are full-fledged professional workshops, like in factories: neat sewing and carpentry workshops, a paint shop, a culinary class, rooms for robotics and metalworking.

For creative people, the school has architectural and art workshops, a television and recording studio, as well as a natural science laboratory for future scientists.

It is worth noting that the school is public and education is free.

New school on Mosfilmovskaya

Opening year: 2017
Address: Moscow, Mosfilmovskaya str., 88, building 5
Tuition fee: 50 thousand rubles. per month
Official website: http://n.school/o-shkole/

A new private school, created by the Dar charity foundation, opened its doors in September this year. This is another unique educational institution where children are helped to fully develop their abilities and decide on the choice of a future profession. People enjoy going to classes here. The educational process at school is based on the student’s personal profile, his interests, capabilities and aspirations.

The New School regularly hosts themed weeks. For example, a week dedicated to ecology, when children are taught to respect nature. Teachers always talk about this in every lesson. For example, in computer science, a teacher gives a lecture on the topic “How the development of technology affects nature,” and in a physical education lesson they demonstrate modern models of sneakers made from recycled materials. In addition, they organize film screenings, performances and eco-lessons with specially invited guests.

Another feature of the school is the interior, thought out to the smallest detail. At first glance, it seems that it is very cozy here. Of course, in addition to architectural solutions, great importance is also paid to the environment itself, which is as close to home as possible. And if you look closely, you can feel a unique, thoughtful atmosphere of restlessness, which, on the one hand, does not allow the child to stop, on the other, allows him to constantly develop himself. During breaks, he will not just sit in recreation on the windowsills, because here he can do much more interesting things.

On the school grounds there is a large transformable sports hall, a games room for younger students, a gym, and a climbing wall. One of the favorite places for schoolchildren is the black wall on the first floor, where students leave messages for each other, write notices and announcements with chalk and draw funny pictures. A riot of imagination, overflowing energy, unstoppable emotions? Write, draw! In addition, an entire floor of the school is dedicated to various workshops, and another to laboratories.

In addition to compulsory lessons in the afternoon, New School students have a large selection of additional classes in a variety of areas. These are pottery and culinary workshops, programming, football, public speaking, development of creative thinking, engineering, bioart, financial literacy, public speaking, sculpture, Moscow studies, electrochemistry and other courses. The school does not impose current “trends” on the new generation, but follows those that are truly interesting to students. In October, the school, together with the Moscow theater “Pyotr Fomenko Workshop”, is launching a theater studio for students in grades 5-6 and 7-8.

Khoroshevskaya pro-gymnasium ("Khoroshkola")

Opening year: 2016
Address: Moscow, st. Marshala Tukhachevsky, 45, building 2
Tuition fee: from 74 thousand rubles.
Official website: https://horoshkola.ru/progymnasia

The Khoroshevskaya school is simultaneously a kindergarten, primary and secondary school. As an educational program for children, experts use a truly innovative idea for Russia to develop three basic human abilities in the learning process: IQ (intelligence quotient), EQ (emotional intelligence) and VQ (vital energy quotient).

“Khoroshkola” was developed by highly professional Norwegian architects together with teachers and psychologists. As a result of the collaboration of masters of their craft, the building has become a tool that additionally and quite significantly contributes to improving the quality of education. This educational institution resembles a modern business center both inside and out: stained glass windows, six-meter stained glass windows, open spaces, glass fiber reinforced concrete stairs, wide corridors and multi-tiered atriums.

Instead of the usual classrooms, children study in multifunctional classrooms equipped with the most advanced equipment and modern technology. For example, the blackboard in the classrooms is electronic, so the question never arises of who will go to wash it of chalk or where to get this chalk.

The school management pays great attention to safety, so the building of this institution is equipped with smart home technology and is fully controlled by a video surveillance system with motion sensors.

The school has a 25-meter swimming pool, a gym, a media center for interactive learning, an art studio, a junior activity area and an outdoor conservatory.

To conduct various experiments and experiments, a science and engineering campus was created at Khoroshkol. In addition to all this, at school children are taught to play chess, robotics and the basics of programming, the most important profession in the 21st century.

School No. 1392 named after. D. V. Ryabinkina in Vatutinki

Opening year: 2017
Address: 2nd Novovatutinskaya st., 2
Tuition fee: free
Official website: http://schtn1392.mskobr.ru/

A modern school, convenient in every sense for its students. Starting from the entrance to the building and ending with school furniture. The school was built on the principle of a barrier-free environment - the entrance to the building does not have a porch and is located on the same level as the sidewalk. The school itself is divided into four main blocks: academic, sports, nutrition and leisure. There is a separate entrance for elementary school students, where they can go with their parents and calmly undress. Instead of the usual wardrobe with attendants and queues, there are spacious rooms with individual lockers for shoes and racks with hooks.

All classrooms are equipped with transformable furniture, so it grows with the student. Instead of a classic blackboard on the wall, there is a magnetic marker board and an interactive multimedia panel with a diagonal of more than two meters. Therefore, even those who are sitting in the “gallery” can easily see what is written. But the chemistry, physics and biology classrooms are more reminiscent of laboratories in research centers. They have the same furniture made of chemical-resistant plastic and special equipment for conducting experiments. In addition, the school has various workshops: machine tool building, robotics, sewing and cooking, as well as a whole carpentry shop.

Another feature of this educational institution is its two own weather stations. Classical and modern electronic. It is impossible not to pay attention to the school’s sports block, which includes five halls: four physical education halls with gymnastics and sports equipment and one hall for choreography.

The school library deserves a separate description. On an area of 900 sq. meters, in addition to bookshelves and an “electronic library” with 40 computers, there is a center with a separate conference area. For the convenience of students, the library is equipped with a large number of poufs, sofas and tables.

Boarding school “Letovo”

Address: Zimenkovskaya street, Sosenskoye settlement
Opening year: 2018
Tuition cost: from 110 thousand rubles per month
Official website: https://letovo.ru/

“Letovo” is a separate scientific town where it is planned to prepare students for admission to the best universities in the world. On the territory of 60 hectares of the Sosenskoye settlement there are educational buildings, 10 residential buildings for students and teachers, an orchard, sports grounds, bicycle paths and recreation areas.

The Letovo school building includes 40 classrooms, including modern scientific laboratories, rooms for computer science classes, and linguistic classes. The building will have five library halls, a theater and a winter garden. Also in the school building there will be rooms for individual music lessons, a recording studio, art workshops, and a robotics studio. The sports center features a hall for team sports, martial arts, a swimming pool, a choreography room, an indoor running track, and a fitness room.

The school will open its doors in September 2018, and is currently accepting applications from students in grades 7-11 from all over Russia. As indicated on the organization’s website, all candidates recommended by the admissions committee are enrolled in the school, regardless of the financial situation of their families. If parents, for certain reasons, are unable to fully pay for their child’s education on their own, the family has the opportunity to apply to the school’s Scholarship Fund.

The cost of studying at this school according to the standard system will cost parents 110 thousand rubles per month, the cost of a weekly board will be 125 thousand, and full board - 140 thousand rubles per month.

It is worth noting that in order for your child to enter this school, he must have a great interest in knowledge and, of course, the ability to express himself in two languages: Russian and English.

This year, in a village near Moscow with a population of only about 5 thousand people, a new school opened its doors. But not easy, but the most golden! "School No. 548 Tsaritsino" is the only school in Russia built using Finnish technology: with spacious classrooms, glass walls and recreational areas.

Look at the features of the architecture and interior design:

Inside there is a spacious common room:

Please note that the wall is a climbing area.

This is what classrooms look like:

Specialized equipment for technology for boys:

The school is designed for 550 students, primarily for residents of the village. But for others who want to study at the miracle school, there is still a chance: in the future it is possible to increase the number of students, because the school area is 18,000 sq.m.

Construction of the school began in 2015 and cost 1.5-2 billion rubles. The residents of the village are particularly proud of the fact that the school was built entirely at the expense of the Lenin State Farm CJSC, without state participation or budgetary injections. “This is what happens when management doesn’t transfer money offshore!” - local residents emphasized at the grand opening. The director of the state farm is Pavel Grudinin, who ceremoniously cut the ribbon and also presented all first-graders with an iPad tablet.

The school building consists of three compartments and three floors. In the western part there are the primary and high schools, in the eastern part there is the primary school, in the central part there are general school premises - cloakrooms, an administrative area, assembly halls, a library, classrooms for creativity, a dining room, and a catering unit. What is important is that the school is adapted for people with limited mobility.

Previously, a magical kindergarten was built in the village, also entirely using funds from agricultural activities:

The director of the State Farm, Pavel Grudinin, considers his brainchild an “island of socialism”, because it is thanks to the activities of the State Farm named after. Lenin manages to allocate funds to create a comfortable, modern infrastructure for ordinary people, residents of the village.
