Suitable baits include fish and meat, rotten fruit, fermented jam, beer, kvass, honey and sugar (but the last two options cannot be used where there are bees, otherwise they will fly to the bait and die in it along with the wasps). Baits can be used not only for placing in traps, but also on their own if you add odorless insecticides or boric acid to them. Wasps die soon after eating such bait.

Destruction of nests
