We are opening a Lego toy store. How to start a business in the production of Lego bricks Step-by-step opening plan

The first question that a future businessman must answer is not “how to open a game room,” but “will I like doing this?” This activity requires, first of all, a loyal attitude towards children, since without this it will not be possible to purchase the necessary structures for entertainment, popular toys, or recruit decent staff. All these components form a trusting attitude among the consumer. People will trust you with the most precious thing - their children, so everything should be done with love and understanding.

If you are sure that this is “your” business, begin implementing plans to open it. You need to find a room where your service will be in demand. We recommend considering the option of renting space in a shopping center or entertainment complex. This is the most suitable place. Renting a separate room is too troublesome and unprofitable. For a children's playroom, 40-50 square meters is enough. m., although there are also more spacious specimens. You can also settle down on the territory of recreation parks, however, there is great competition for children's entertainment, and people prefer to visit these places specifically for a family holiday with their children, rather than leaving them in the care of others.

Investment size

Step-by-step instruction

Once a location has been selected, all documents must be completed and a lease agreement must be signed. Then you can proceed to the most interesting part - arranging and opening a playroom for children. Her job will be to entertain children under 10 years old (main age 2-6 years), so the design can be chosen closer to that of a kindergarten.

Room renovation

We purchase equipment

Here every businessman has a choice. You can buy different quantities of devices to entertain children, and the toys themselves may vary. However, if you are going to open a game room, you need to purchase the required minimum:

  • Labyrinth. It is usually ordered according to your own sketch. The size of this structure must be at least 15 square meters. m. It will take up a decent part of the premises, as well as the amount of equipment costs.
  • Inflatable or mesh-framed rubber trampoline. Kids love to jump, so they will love this kind of entertainment.
  • An inflatable dry pool filled with colorful balls. The diameter of the balls should not be too small so that the child does not put it in his mouth.
  • Board games. Older kids will enjoy this kind of entertainment. This could be table hockey, football, lotto, monopoly, etc.
  • The slide is rubber or plastic. If the area of the room allows, buy both so that the children do not quarrel or push each other.
  • Constructors. Most of all, kids like the bright, colorful Lego construction set. Don't forget about funny pyramids and plastic cars. It is not recommended to buy metal toys due to the risk of injury.
  • Stuffed Toys. This is a must-have attribute for a child's room. They can be placed in different areas. They will simultaneously entertain children and decorate the room.
  • Pencils, paints, markers, albums, coloring books. If an employee can only deal with one child, then the child can be given paints or markers. If the child draws on his own, it is recommended to make do with pencils so as not to hand the parents a dirty child later.
  • Furniture for children and adults. For kids you can put a children's plastic table and chairs, for adults - a comfortable sofa or chair and a table or counter for a cash register. You should also purchase several boxes for children's and adult clothes. The floor must be covered with carpet, carpet or rug.

Regardless of the size of the room and the budget of the project, you need to remember that toys and furniture of dubious quality are unacceptable. There may be fewer of them, but these furnishings cannot be bought cheaply or used. Before purchasing, you should always require a quality certificate. To avoid problems with the SES and other authorities, take a copy or original for each product from the seller.

We are recruiting staff

Your enterprise will need to employ 4 people as educators and one will be needed to clean the premises. If the room is located on the territory of a shopping mall or shopping center, you can use the services of full-time cleaners. Employees must have health records and training in working with children. A teaching or any other degree is not required, but employees must have skills in communicating with children. Typically, such positions are filled by students from pedagogical institutes, former teachers and kindergarten teachers. They must have basic pedagogical education, responsibility and preferably experience working with children.

The work schedule of the teachers is 2 through 2. You need to work together, since you need to not only look after the children, but also take money from the parents and agree on the time the child will stay in the room. During the busiest opening hours of the children's establishment, up to 20 people can gather. One teacher cannot cope with so many brats.

The design of a children's room should be bright and create a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. Try to avoid too aggressive colors (red, orange), as well as cold colors (purple, blue). The best option is green. Walls and carpeting should be plain or have small one-off or background images, since children's toys and entertainment structures themselves are brightly colored. To put the room in order, it is enough to paint or paper the walls and lay a carpet on the floor, since shopping centers began to be built not so long ago and they do not need major repairs.

Documentation

Opening a children's room is not easy in terms of documentation, because the business is related to children. A lot of certificates and permits will be required:

  • Registering a business with the tax authority as an individual entrepreneur or LLC. Typically, children's rooms are registered as individual entrepreneurship.
  • Determination of the type of activity according to the OKVED code. Suitable 92.7 (organization of leisure and entertainment).
  • Registration with the Pension Fund.
  • Permission from Rospotrebnadzor.
  • Fire safety service permit.
  • Approval from the SES.
  • Registering a cash register with the tax office.
  • Certificates for toys and equipment.
  • Medical records of employees.

It is not difficult to manage paperwork and send reports to the relevant authorities. The taxation form chosen is the simplified tax system of 6%, since most of the equipment is considered attractions and correlates with group 052300, which cannot be attributed to UTII and Patent taxation. In case of difficulties with accounting, you can hire a visiting accountant or use the services of outsourcing consulting companies. They will also prepare and send reports to the relevant authorities.

Such a purchase will cost approximately 400-600 thousand rubles (this is a lump sum payment).

Royalties and the payback period for a new store will be calculated individually for each franchise buyer, since there are many determining factors.

Opening a business will require investments ranging from 700 thousand to a million rubles. The planned and calculated average payback of a new business project is about 1.5-2 years.

Reviews:

1. I opened a LEGO store in a fairly large city. The room I chose was also spacious. This provided a large consumer audience and the opportunity to present the product well. There is no need to explain for a long time what is good about the LEGO franchise. A name known throughout the world is the first argument. A well-developed strategy for “conquering” the market is the second. Our store is already 4 years old and it is one of the most profitable and popular customers in our city. No toy and children's goods store is as popular as my "LEGO".

The Lego franchise

The Lego store franchisor has been selling its business product for many years. The campaign started back in 1980. Now this is an already established business line that brings good income and many new good partners.

When signing a franchise agreement with Lego, the following happens:

  • the franchisee receives the right to carry out business activities using the original brand name “Lego”;
  • the franchisor provides the new partner with all the business technologies necessary for successfully running their own business;
  • the franchisee receives ownership of a specially designed brand book of the Lego company;
  • assistance to a young project is provided at all stages of its formation;
  • the franchisor provides active assistance in choosing the most suitable premises for the store, helps negotiate its hiring or purchase;
  • provides optimal marketing support;
  • supplies all the equipment necessary for the store on the most favorable terms for the franchisee.

Investors and entrepreneurs invest money in real production. They are looking for reliable, profitable projects with a quick payback. The release of Lego bricks is just such a business idea. You will see this by reading our article.

We will share with you our experience, expert opinions and practical advice. What is a Lego brick, why does its popularity continue to grow, even during an economic recession, how to open your own business? We have already prepared answers to all these questions for you!

Making Lego bricks is a business idea that won’t fail

The economic situation in the country has led to a change in the range of consumption. The population now buys cheap analogues instead of well-known branded models. Construction materials are no exception. Expensive ceramic bricks are losing ground, giving way to affordable competitors.

Lego bricks are especially active in the construction market. A couple of years ago, no one knew about this modification, but its popularity is quickly gaining momentum. And this is a good opportunity to open your own profitable business.

Entrepreneurs are looking for precisely such niches: with high demand and quick payback.

The idea of launching the production of such building materials is also good because the demand for:

  • finished products, which means the business will be profitable;
  • production line equipment - if you are captivated by the idea of producing something else, you will return your investment by selling the purchased equipment;
  • operating business - by launching your own mini-factory, you not only make a profit from the sale of goods, operating production is itself capital with a high level of demand.

What's good about this brick?

Buying a new apartment is becoming an unattainable luxury for many. Those small funds that they manage to set aside are spent by private owners on improving their existing dacha or household plots. They erect gazebos, fences, build bathhouses and outdoor barbecue stoves.

All this requires an inexpensive, strong and aesthetic building material, and Lego is perfect for these purposes. It has good strength, climate resistance and impeccable appearance.

Lego beats its competitors in price too.

The low cost of the product consists of several components:

  1. Cheap equipment. The technology does not require the installation of kilns, autoclaves, etc.
  2. Lightness of the final product. This modification of hollow brick weighs less than classic models, so its transportation is less expensive.
  3. Low price for raw materials. Construction materials are made from sand, dolomite, mining waste and recycled materials.
  4. Minimum advertising costs. Clients recommend such building materials to neighbors and friends. After 1-1.5 years of Lego sales, word of mouth brings in more buyers than advertisements in the local newspaper.

Main characteristics of Lego:

  • durable - compressed under high pressure;
  • smooth - a flat surface easily competes with facing modifications;
  • easy to use - the masonry can be laid by a person even without construction experience, the elements are connected end-to-end, forming a smooth wall;
  • lightweight, which significantly reduces labor costs during production and reduces fuel and lubricants consumption.

In a word, such a good building material, and also cheap, has every chance of continuing to break sales records.

How to start a Lego brick making business - where to start

Any business starts with an idea and financial calculations.

After that we open production.

Step 1. Register a business

Before starting a business, they choose the form of the new organization. LLCs and individual entrepreneurs produce products in the same way, but each type of business has its own characteristics.

Let's highlight the main ones:

  1. Individual entrepreneurs keep simplified records and pay less state fees. Such an organization is a company of one specific person. Other founders cannot be accepted into it. Personal savings or property of the citizen who organized the individual entrepreneurs are accepted to correct the financial mistakes of the organization.
  2. The LLC maintains full reporting. The time frame for registering a company is 2.5 months. The organization is owned by 1-50 people. The company is responsible for financial failures only with its property (authorized capital).

Please note: IP cannot be sold. In this form, organizations sell only material assets (equipment, raw materials, finished products). A business with a full package of documents for the company can only be sold by an LLC.

Step 2. Select a room

A big plus of Lego production is the minimum space requirements for the production line. Small machines are placed on a construction site, in a garage, in a personal garden, etc.

When launching a line with a capacity of more than 600,000 units/year, a workshop will be equipped.

Basic requirements for production premises:

  • area more than 100 m² (including premises for storing raw materials and finished products);
  • the height of the ceilings is calculated as the height of the equipment + the increase in loading (for overhead supply of raw materials);
  • operating communications (electricity, water, heating);
  • good ventilation.

Locate your production in an industrial zone, close to the private sector. This is the most economical way to produce building materials.

Step 3. We purchase raw materials and equipment

Having determined the enterprise's budget, they proceed to the purchase of machines and additional equipment.

Basic parameters for choosing a machine:

  • productivity (manufactured quantity per cycle/day/month/year);
  • time of one cycle;
  • pressure;
  • number of matrices;
  • mold thickness;
  • operating mode (manual, automatic).

Without good equipment, the quality of products will be low. Study the offers on the market in detail and compare them with your requirements.

When choosing between a machine that presses bricks faster and compresses the mold more strongly, choose the latter. It is better to produce fewer products that customers will buy than to produce mountains of defects.

Environmentally friendly raw materials are available in all regions.

To select it, evaluate:

  • customer preferences;
  • price of the main material;
  • the cost of binders, plasticizers and dyes;
  • availability;
  • quality.

The production line is designed for repeated changes of raw materials and recipes. At the preliminary stage, several options for the source material (filler) are selected: sand, clay, dolomite, marble chips, slag, etc.

Do you need permission to open such a business?

Production is not included in the list of licensed activities. This means that you do not need to complete additional documents to open it.

Having taken the matter seriously, a businessman has the right to receive a certificate voluntarily. There are specialized centers for this. There, the provided products are examined for compliance with GOST or the level of specific indicators: resistance to frost, moisture, etc.

The certificate is not included in the mandatory list of documents for work, but it greatly facilitates work with legal entities and distrustful private individuals. And you’ll be calmer when you sleep, knowing that your brick house will last for many years.

The workshop is equipped in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the SES and Fire Safety Rules.

How to choose a machine for making Lego bricks - useful tips and tricks

The quality of products affects the company's profit.

To reduce the number of defects, product returns and losses during exchange, follow simple rules:

  1. Choose machines manufactured in climatic conditions close to ours. Equipment manufactured in warm regions (Turkey, China, Spain) is not designed for the humidity and frost of our country. It develops less pressure. The masonry produced on such a machine will not be of high quality. Consumers will see this and the demand for such products will be low.
  2. Do not use cementless clay mixtures in regions where the air temperature drops below -20°C, or subject it to additional processing. Without subsequent firing, such masonry will crack in cold weather.
  3. Install a machine with a pressure force of 50 tons. The higher this indicator, the better the quality of the product. Pay special attention to the mass that presses on the raw mixture in the mold. Strength, moisture resistance, and frost resistance depend on it. This is especially important if the product will no longer be processed (steam, autoclave, etc.).
  4. Don't buy homemade machines. Their drawings are widely available on the Internet. Amateur engineers are mastering the independent production of such equipment. Their machines are cheaper than industrial models, but do not guarantee either long-term operation or high quality of products. Remember, the stingy pays twice, and for crumbling masonry you will have to return the money.
  5. Do not use the brick immediately after making it.

The strength of the products depends on the preparation of the product after leaving the press:

  1. No further processing. Such a product reaches 40-50% of the strength of the formulation used.
  2. Aging. Finished products are stored in a well-ventilated place without transportation. This achieves a strength of 70-80%.
  3. Steaming at +70ºС for about 7-9 hours ensures maximum strength.

How much can you earn

The most important question for an entrepreneur is how much money will the business bring in? The production of building materials is a promising business. When using cheap filler, the cost of the finished product will be about 4-5 rubles/piece.

The selling price of goods for wholesale sales fluctuates around 14-15 rubles/piece. Retail prices are even higher and depend on the method of sale.

If you sell goods only in bulk, then you can earn 10 rubles per unit of production. The more products are sold, the more money the entrepreneur will receive. Having sold 10,000 pcs. Lego he will earn 100,000 rubles. If sales are at the level of 50,000 units, his revenue will be 500,000 rubles.

When using waste (crumbs, dust, etc.), the cost of finished products will further decrease and profits will increase.

Is it worth investing in such a business - expert opinion

To answer this question, we turned to a professional investor, Alexander. He successfully invests his money in small businesses.

After studying the business plan, our expert became interested in the project. Alexander came to the conclusion that Lego production is a reliable investment.

He highlighted several arguments in favor of such production:

  1. Wide market. The products are sold to owners of private houses, builders, repairmen, owners of hardware stores, dacha associations, etc. When the situation changes in one of the niches, the products are sold in another. At the same time, you do not have to spend additional money on changing the recipe, packaging, etc.
  2. Diverse and cheap raw materials eliminate supply interruptions and dumping.
  3. Long-term storage goods do not deteriorate if the minimum storage rules are observed.
  4. There are no special requirements for opening and operating a workshop.
  5. Small investment, 90% of which falls on the purchase of equipment.
  6. A simple, almost primitive production technology that does not require special skills.
  7. Good prospects for expanding production.
  8. Fast payback of the project. A small number of businesses can boast a return on investment after just 4 months.
  9. Good profitability.

Launching Lego bricks is an attractive business idea
  • Laying Lego bricks
  • Implementation of Lego bricks
  • Step-by-step opening plan

Lego brick is a building material that is gaining popularity, the production of which can actually be started in “garage” conditions, since its production requires only 18 - 20 square meters. m. This space is enough to accommodate a small machine, several pallets for folding finished products, and there will still be room for free movement of the operator...

Lego brick and its characteristics

A lot can be said about the advantages of Lego bricks in the construction of walls, partitions and fences. The first thing I would like to note is the ease of installation. Thanks to the presence of grooves (through holes), the bricks are stacked on top of each other like a construction set. To strengthen the connection, special glue is used instead of classic cement mortar. Wall laying occurs 2 - 3 times faster than laying with ordinary bricks. The second obvious advantage is that the walls are perfectly smooth, which allows you to save on their subsequent leveling (plaster). Thirdly, Lego brick is quite light, but is not inferior in strength to silicate brick. All these qualities make the product a highly effective building material that is in great demand.

Laying Lego bricks

Lego brick production technologies

Brick is made from waste from crushing limestone, so its cost is extremely low. The raw materials are almost free, the main costs are essentially delivery. For example, in Crimea there is a lot of similar raw materials. This is a note for those who want to build a successful business on the peninsula. Moreover, with the intensification of construction, the need for these products will be higher.

The productivity of the line depends entirely on the type of equipment. On the machine presented in the video above, one worker can produce 1000 - 1200 bricks per shift. It takes approximately 25 seconds to produce one brick. First, the operator (or other worker) prepares a mixture including limestone waste (75%), Portland cement (15%), plasticizers and water. The mixture is prepared in a concrete mixer. Then the mixture is placed in a receiving hopper, from where the composition enters the press. Pressing occurs under a pressure of 18 tons and after 20 - 25 seconds the product can be removed onto a pallet and sent to the warehouse. Complete hardening of the Lego brick occurs on the 28th day (on average). Lego bricks are very convenient to stack and move to the warehouse. After removing the product from the machine, the operator places it on a wooden pallet, joining each brick to each other. As a result, up to 300 bricks lie neatly on one pallet. Then the pallet is hooked onto a mini-loader and sent to the warehouse, from where it is freely loaded into a machine for sale. Now regarding the price. The cost of equipment depends on productivity. For mini-production, you can purchase a machine for 250 - 300 thousand rubles, which can actually produce up to 25,000 bricks in 22 working days, with just one employee. If you need greater productivity, you simply buy the required number of machines and hire the required number of operators. As for the countries of origin of the machines, you can find both domestic and foreign machines on the market. When we talk about foreign countries, we mean, of course, China. Prices for Chinese and Russian machines are not very different (due to the dollar exchange rate). Therefore, the choice can be left to our machines. At a minimum, you will benefit from the delivery time of the equipment and its subsequent maintenance.

Implementation of Lego bricks

There are several ways to implement Lego bricks:

  1. Wholesale resellers. There are always plenty of people willing to resell your product, especially if the production is located in the Moscow region. We simply take a list of companies that sell building materials wholesale (we find contacts on the Internet) and offer cooperation. You can always negotiate the price.
  2. Direct deliveries to construction companies. Lego bricks can be offered to companies building country cottages.
  3. Sales through construction stores, which are located in every village with a population of more than 10,000 people. The more private construction in the village, the more potential clients. For note - for one average house with an area of 100 square meters. m. requires about 25,000 bricks (for double laying).

How much can you earn from Lego bricks?

First, let’s list the approximate costs of producing one Lego brick. The planned production volume is 26,000 bricks per month. The cost of bricks based on raw materials is around 4 - 5 rubles, or depending on the type and price of the purchased raw materials. If you organize production in your own premises, you can save a lot on rent. In general, at first, no more than 60 square meters will need to be allocated for the production workshop and finished product warehouse. m., or even less. Renting such space in an industrial zone of the city will cost a maximum of 20,000 rubles. per month. As for remuneration, at the start of the business you can limit yourself to the services of one operator, a sales manager and one warehouse employee. The accountant can be made an incoming one (outsourcing). The operator should be paid exclusively on a piece-rate basis, and the manager should be given a small salary and a percentage of the profit. The approximate wage fund for such a mini-production will be 80,000 rubles, including expenses for pension contributions.

Which tax system to choose

About 20,000 rubles will be spent on taxes. a month. By the way, the optimal taxation system is the simplified tax system, 6% of revenue or 15% of profit. About 30,000 rubles will be spent on other expenses, including advertising, fuel, and utility bills. As a result, 26,000 bricks produced per month will cost:

  • Raw materials - 132,000 rub.
  • Rent - 20,000 rub.
  • Salary - 80,000 rub.
  • Taxes - 20,000 rub.
  • Other expenses - 30,000 rubles.

Total - 282,000 rub. Next, let's calculate approximate revenue. Subject to 100% sales of all manufactured products and a selling price of 15 rubles. / pcs., about 390,000 rubles will be earned per month. Hence the net profit from one machine: 390,000 - 282,000 = 108,000 rubles. per month. Thus, we pay for the equipment within the third month of operation.

Step-by-step opening plan

When starting your own business for creating Lego bricks, you must go through the following steps:

  • carrying out business registration;
  • choosing the premises in which the creation of this product will take place;
  • selection and further purchase of necessary equipment;
  • purchase of raw materials and other materials used at the stage of creating bricks;
  • sales of manufactured products.

What documents are needed to open

If you want to open your own business producing Lego bricks, then you need to prepare the following documents:

  • a document confirming the opening of an individual entrepreneur;
  • a copy of the entrepreneur’s passport and identification code;
  • application on special form P21001;
  • a receipt confirming payment of the state duty.

If you plan to immediately set up large-scale production, you can immediately register an LLC so as not to redo the documents twice.

Do I need permission to open?

When opening a business producing Lego bricks, you must have the following permits:

  • a document that specifies all the standards for maximum permissible emissions;
  • conclusion from the fire service;
  • permission from the sanitary and epidemiological service.
  • Certification is available upon request, but is not required.

Which OKVED code to indicate when registering a business?

Production of tiles, bricks and all kinds of construction products made from baked clay - OKVED code 26.40. If you trade in manufactured bricks, you can indicate OKVED code 52.46.72.

I found this footcloth on the forumhouse

Because WHAT - if aerated concrete or foam concrete is factory-autoclaved, then there is a product passport for it and samples are selectively taken from each batch and tested, so if it is a factory product, then there are no questions at all, everything is in accordance with GOST, regarding the fact that in your opinion they should crumble then it’s not clear what your confidence is based on? on personal conclusions? aerated concrete has been used in construction since the 50s of the last century, both as insulation and as an independent material; multi-storey buildings made of aerated concrete still stand throughout the country and have not crumbled; this material has long been certified and has all the necessary GOST SNIPs and other documents. If we mean blocks that are made in various cooperatives and artels using a handicraft method, then few people make aerated concrete using a handicraft method, since technologically it is more difficult to make properly than foam concrete. Foam concrete is made in artisanal conditions since the principle of formation of voids is somewhat different; in fact, it is a mixture of cement and soap solution, resulting in soap bubbles that form voids in the body of foam concrete, so here, too, everything is clear: FACTORY Portland cement of the specified brand is taken and mixed in proportions with sand and various additives, the formulas are known to everyone; if you do it for yourself, you will be able to perfectly calculate the density of what you mixed; if you buy from an unknown person, you will get a pig in a poke, just like when buying anything else from a stranger who does not have documents for the goods which he sells. But in any case, you can’t compare an ass with a finger, that is, a block made of concrete based on chemical hardening using technology known for decades and proven technology and an incomprehensible product made by banal pressing, that is, everything is very individual and highly dependent on the chemical composition of the soil, and in any case, this is pornography with cement will in no way be able to compare in strength, so this is not a correct comparison at all and there is nothing to say here, just so categorically NOTHING. As for the comparison with ordinary clay cypress, it is already closer and more correct, only the brick is not made from the earth that was found under your feet, there is a special clay that is brought from a quarry and then it is prepared to the desired moisture consistency, etc. it is molded and slowly fired in autoclave ovens at those modes that are most optimal for a particular type of clay so that it does not crack during firing and does not lose its qualities. And then they took a handful of earth, pressed it down and voila, like a full-fledged brick. .. Therefore, people have doubts about this product and are quite obvious, and this material can only be considered for load-bearing walls in one-story sheds, or, as was indicated in the video, as enclosing NONLOAD-LOADING decorative structures, that is, the entire wall must be reinforced through and through with reinforcement bars and pour concrete so that essentially you get a reinforced concrete mesh with giant cells inside a decorative wall and light bricks. In any other way, it is neither economically nor structurally advisable to use it, and the fact that these bricks are not sold anywhere just like bricks themselves suggests that this is a very specific thing and does not particularly pay for itself... As for everything else, and in particular Ukraine and others similar weather regions, then everything has already been invented there a long time ago, there is no money but there is a lot of effort and time, build from samman brick, if you want, make it yourself or buy it if you want, if it doesn’t fit, then make it even simpler, build a frame inside the walls of which 50 cm is filled with straw soaked in clay mortar the outside is sheathed with DSP, the inside is plastered with clay, all this has long been known and understood, in the end, if you want it from the ground, then construction bags are taken from a material somewhat reminiscent of geotextiles, earth is poured into them and walls are laid out from this earth in bags, also a well-known technology not particularly justified BUT in principle known. But this Lego brick is still a dark horse, and in each case we will talk about completely different products because they will be sculpted from what they find underfoot. So, just as a facing material and/or for enclosing structures with obligatory filling with connecting reinforcement and concrete, I would be happy to consider this material if the price tag is suitable. I just don’t see this material, especially in my St. Petersburg damp climate, but even for the sake of interest You can’t buy it anywhere to try it out. I think that most likely it will be easier for yourself to buy or make molds for blocks and simply pour concrete of the desired brand into these molds, or quite simply, just sand mixed with dry cement, lightly pressed and then moistened. In general, I’m already thinking about looking for some kind of reusable formwork to pour concrete into it so that you get not just a smooth wall, but one with a pattern, for example, in the form of a laying of bricks, and then just paint it in the desired color and that’s it.

Sorry for the rant, but it's worth reading.

That is, this brick is not in great demand on the market yet. And when it becomes in demand, all brick factories and factories will immediately begin to produce it.
