Familiarize yourself with the procedure for creating and registering an enterprise, study the main legal and constituent documents regulating the activities of the enterprise (laws, charter, license, regulations, instructions, accounting policies, tax policies, job responsibilities, regulations, etc.).
Requirements for a practice report
Before completing the internship, the student must study the program and methodological recommendations and refer to the relevant regulatory and educational materials in order to be prepared to complete the internship tasks and solve specific practical issues.
Both during preparation and during the internship, it is recommended to consult legislation, educational and reference literature, as well as materials published in periodicals if any questions arise.
It is necessary to write down brief information about the work done daily in the practice diary. Records of work performed must be specific and certified by the signature of the practice manager from the organization. With his permission, the student keeps the draft documents he has compiled, photocopies of the organization’s documents, and notes in his diary all the questions that arise related to solving specific problems. Keeping such records will greatly facilitate the student’s preparation of a report on the internship.
The practice report covers the following issues:
Place and time of internship;
Description of the work performed by program sections;
Analysis of the most complex and interesting issues encountered during the internship;
Indications of difficulties in resolving complex and controversial issues;
Comments on certain documents that the student became familiar with during practice;
How the practice went, what benefits it brought in the assimilation of theoretical material and what assistance the practice leaders provided to him;
The student’s attitude towards the materials studied and the activities with which he became familiar, the knowledge and skills that he acquired during practice.
The report should not repeat the practice diary and practice program.
The practice report is compiled for the main sections of the program. The volume should be up to 20 pages typewritten text ( excluding applications).
The report is drawn up on white A4 paper (210x297 mm) and bound into a single block. The text of the report is presented on one side of the sheet, in Times New Roman font, size 14, with 1.5 spacing. Each page of the work is designed with the following margins: left - 30 mm; right - 10 mm; top - 20 mm; lower - 20 mm. The paragraph indentation in the text is 1.5 cm.
All pages of the work must have continuous numbering, including appendices. Numbering is done in Arabic numerals, with the serial number of the page placed in the lower right corner, starting with the introduction, i.e. after the title page, contract, review, diary and table of contents. Other report elements(tables, figures, diagrams, applications) formatted as in course work(see method. instruction).
At the end of the internship period, the report is registered with a specialist from the dean’s office and submitted for review to the head of the internship from the university. The defense of the practice report is carried out within the time limits determined by the order of the director of the university branch. The results of defending the practice report are reflected in the student’s transcript and grade book.
The order of placement of materials in the practice report:
1. Title page (see sample).
2. Agreement with the signatures of officials, certified by the mastic official seals of organizations ( a form is issued).
3. Feedback on the trainee with the signature of the head of practice from the organization and an assessment, certified by the official stamp of the organization and the date ( see sample).
4. Internship diary with appropriate signatures, marks and dates ( see sample).
6. Introduction ( place, position, period of completion, purpose and objectives of the internship).
7. Main part ( sections No. 1-4 of the practice program).
8. Conclusion ( results and conclusions from practice).
9. Applications ( documents processed by the trainee; copies of organization documents, etc.).
In any university, during their studies, students need to undergo an internship in order to consolidate their theoretical knowledge and gain practical work skills. During the entire period of study, they undergo introductory (educational) and pre-graduation internships. Completion of the internship requires writing a report, which is accompanied by a diary and a description of the internship. To write a practice report yourself, you need to know the features of each type of practice.
Educational or introductory practice becomes the first test for students. It is taken in the 1st or 2nd year. The goal is to consolidate the general theoretical knowledge acquired during the study process, as well as to obtain a general understanding of the chosen specialty. During the internship, students are given the opportunity to become familiar with the work of the enterprise through lectures and excursions, as well as watch the work of employees of the specialization you have chosen.
Internship takes place in the 3rd-4th year and is the next step in mastering the profession. Trainees are given the opportunity to study the work of the enterprise from the inside under the supervision of a curator, study and analyze documentation, and collect materials.
Undergraduate practice is the final stage of training. Based on the information received at the enterprise, it will be necessary. The report on pre-diploma practice is often the second chapter of the diploma and represents an analysis of the work of the enterprise.

Introduction
From December 7, 2015 to December 20, 2015, I completed an internship at the Moscow University of Finance and Law (MFUA), in the Aviamotorny educational building at the address: Moscow, 3rd Kabelnaya Street, building 1.
The purpose of this practice is:
· Study customs law in depth;
· Gain practical experience in working with the EAEU Unified Combination of Foreign Economic Activity;
· Learn to apply customs control technologies in practice;
· Obtain in-depth knowledge in the field of technical means of customs control.
I was faced with the following tasks:
? Consider and practically study technical means of customs control;
? Study the system and structure of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation;
? Familiarize yourself with administrative and criminal proceedings in the field of customs;
? Consider the general regulations on the canine service of the Federal Customs Service of Russia;
? Familiarize yourself with the operational investigative activities of customs authorities;
? Learn to work with the classification structure of the EAEU ETNVED.
During the educational practice, I tried to achieve my goals and solve the main problems.
1.Characteristics of Moscow Finance and Law University (MFLA)
The Moscow Financial and Legal Academy (MFLA) was created in 1990 with the support of the Moscow government and the Association of International Education.
In 2010, by order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science, MFLA received the status of a university, confirming significant achievements in educational activities. From the very beginning, MFLA has been focused on implementing the idea of an integrated approach to shaping the career of a young specialist. This understanding of the functional significance of the university contributed to the combination of the traditions of classical education and new progressive methods in the educational process.
The University has fully implemented a system of continuous multi-level education “school - college - university - graduate school - advanced training”, which allows you to receive higher education with a significant gain - both in time and in tuition fees.
Since 2003, MFLA has been ranked first in the Russian ranking among accredited non-state universities. Continuous work to improve the quality of student education, the introduction of new forms of additional education, attention to the possibilities of creative personal fulfillment and the desire to reveal the talents of each student allow the University to currently maintain a leadership position.
The long-term activities of the MFLA in creating educational resources and supporting the positions of fundamental and applied science in various fields of knowledge are aimed at strengthening Russian statehood.
Continuous work to cultivate a respectful attitude towards national history and its traditions has received recognition from the public: for high achievements in the development of the scientific potential of Russia, the rector of the Moscow Faculty of Law, Alexey Grigorievich Zabelin, was awarded the Order of Friendship.
The presence of powerful intellectual potential, the development of scientific bases and the attraction of financial structures and government institutions to cooperation within the framework of social projects make MFLA competitive in the market of educational services.
