The invention of tilt-and-turn fittings eliminated the need for window transoms or vents, which reduced the light opening.
The entire mechanism of the LG window is controlled by one handle - in the desired direction the window opens at a certain position. The tilted flap provides draft-free ventilation.
This type of plastic window fittings can be installed on multi-leaf and single-leaf windows of various shapes: rectangular, oblique, arched. The type of hinges is selected based on the weight of the window sash. The company produces loops that can withstand weights of 130, 100, 80 and 50 kilograms.

The South Korean company LG, which produces household appliances, is very popular in Russia. However, not everyone knows that it is a subsidiary of LG Chem, which produces polymers and plastics. In 2010, a plant producing LG profiles began operating in Novokuznetsk, and a year later another one - in the town of Elektrostal near Moscow. Since LG CHEM produces polyvinyl chloride, window profiles even at Russian factories are made from their own raw materials.
LG Hausys has developed a special line of window profiles specifically for the climate of our country. It complies with Russian GOST. In the Korean version, the profile has three, and in the Russian version there are four air chambers. Therefore, if installed correctly, freezing of windows is impossible even in severe frost.
In Korea, ivory-colored window profiles predominate, in Russia - white. Although you can choose any other color to cover the frame.

Unlike European companies, LG Hausys standardly produces glossy profiles, not matte. Of course, this makes them easier to clean in terms of cleaning.
L-600

This profile meets the highest requirements for sound insulation and thermal insulation, because it has four air chambers. In addition, all the profiles of this company have a slightly beveled rebate, so the sashes seem to overlap the frame. This makes the window even more airtight.
The profile width is 60 mm. The thickness of the glass unit when installed in the frame is 34 mm.
The double-circuit seal prevents dust and drafts from entering the room.

L-700
Profile LG Chem L-700
This model of window profiles is in many ways similar to the previous one: the same double-circuit seal, the same U-shaped reinforcement. But it has a number of properties that are superior to L-600. For example, it has more air chambers - five. And the heat transfer resistance coefficient is 0.91. All these qualities make it possible to use the L-700 profile even in the Far North.
A 42 mm thick glass unit increases the sound insulation properties of the profile. So to speak, it makes it possible to listen only to what we want to listen to.
The installation width is 70 mm. Externally, this profile is not similar to its “brother” L-600. It has soft flowing lines, more familiar to Russians. But the plastic is all so glossy and snow-white.
In terms of price, the profile will be only slightly more expensive than the previous model. The cost of a standard window is from 7,200 rubles without installation.
