After installing the new watering can, it was a little unusual to wash myself. The old one was wider so the water area was larger.

The old watering can completed the task in 23.20 seconds.

The difference of half a second can be attributed to the error in stopping the stopwatch. It's difficult to draw a conclusion here. We install the watering can in its place and begin testing. Lasts exactly a month.

Well, now we can definitely say that this is not a MIRACLE.

But there are many other advantages:

  3. Simplicity. This watering can is easy to work with: its mechanism is simple. No additional plumbing knowledge is required.

There is only one drawback to the aerator: fragility. This is especially noticeable on old mixers, the service life of which is a year or two. In this case, you will have to replace the device with a new one after 6 months.

How to clean and change

The aerator is a short-lived device, so you should learn how to replace it correctly.

The work is carried out as follows:

  1. To remove the device, you need to rotate it clockwise with pliers and wrench. The gasket should fall off. If this does not happen, you should definitely remove this part.
  2. You need to press on the place where the jet exits with your finger, and then remove the structure with the meshes.
  3. The cylinder with grids is disassembled in parts, then washed with water. It is necessary to clean the product with a thin needle or toothpick.
  4. After thoroughly cleaning all parts, the system can be assembled and put back. Be sure to put a gasket on the nozzle. It is better to screw the entire system together with it.

    There is no need to tighten the aerator too much. Do this with your hands. But if a leak is detected, you will have to use pliers.

Replacing the nozzle is also not difficult. In this case, you should first unscrew the old one and then install new design. Aerators can be cleaned and replaced at any time.
