Now for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Then cover with mushrooms and for 15 minutes at 175 degrees. Then we cover it with cheese and determine by its appearance how long it will last. I set it for 15 minutes again, at a temperature of 175 degrees. But I stopped it earlier, since the cheese reached its condition faster. That's all. Without much fatigue, very tasty meat.
