  2. Mango juice - 40 ml.
  3. Banana juice - 40 ml.
  4. Cream - 20 ml.

Combine all products and stir. The drink is ready to drink.

Drink with vanilla

Products:

  1. Pineapple juice - 4 glasses.
  2. Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
  3. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon.
  4. Coconut extract - a pinch.

It all depends on your taste.

Tequila drink

To prepare the cocktail you will need:

  1. Pineapple juice - 3 tablespoons.
  2. Pineapple slices - 5 pcs.
  3. Tequila - 50 ml.
  4. Washed leaves - 8-10 pcs.
  5. Carbonated mineral water - to taste.

Grind the pineapple slices in a blender. Mint the mint a little so that it gives juice or chop it finely. After this, combine both products and add juice and tequila to them. Stir the cocktail and add water to your liking.

Cocktail with tomato juice

Required Products:

Coconut milk. For the classic Pina Colada, coconut milk is used. It is often replaced with Malibu coconut liqueur or coconut syrup (in the case of coconut syrup, sugar syrup is no longer added). As soon as you open a can of coconut milk, you can often see a thick mass collected on top and a whitish liquid underneath. The thick coconut cream collects on the surface and the coconut milk underneath. The milk needs to be mixed well with the cream and measured out in this form for the cocktail.

Rum. When preparing a cocktail for the first time, it is better not to add a little rum, and if the strength is not enough, you can add rum. Also note that it is recommended to drink the cocktail very chilled - the temperature of the drink greatly affects its taste.
By the way, Pina Colada is one of the few cocktails that can be made non-alcoholic - and this will not make it any less tasty (accordingly, we simply exclude rum from the ingredients).

Sugar syrup. It is better to add sugar syrup to the cocktail rather than sugar, because... the sugar will not have time to dissolve. Preparing sugar syrup is very simple: stir 100 g of sugar + 90 g of water in a saucepan, put on low heat and bring to a boil and the sugar dissolves. As a rule, as soon as the syrup begins to boil, the sugar has already dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and cool the syrup. I give the proportions of syrup in reserve, for more than one serving, and you can store it in the refrigerator for a couple of days or a week under the lid;)
Sugar syrup is added to the cocktail to taste. And the taste will depend on the ingredients used, including the sweetness of the pineapple juice.
Sometimes, to adjust the acidity-sweetness of the cocktail, a little lime juice is added - again, to your taste.

Pineapple and pineapple juice. If you plan to serve Pina Colada in an original way, in pineapple, take 1 large pineapple or 3-4 mini pineapples (3-4 pieces of small pineapples will be equivalent to 1 large pineapple in terms of the amount of pulp and juice). You need to carefully cut out the pulp from the pineapples and grind it in a juicer or blender. If you grind the pulp in a blender, you will need to strain the pineapple through a sieve or cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice - this is if you don’t have a juicer.
One mini pineapple holds just under 1 serving of a cocktail, and a large pineapple holds about 2-2.5 servings of a Pina Colada cocktail.
For the cocktail, you can use freshly squeezed pineapple juice, or take part of the freshly squeezed juice and part of a good store-bought juice (or just store-bought). This option turns out to be no worse. Just find a good, tasty packaged pineapple juice. Accordingly, do not take cheap juices or nectars (choose the expensive ones available) - the cocktail with them will turn out excellent.
