Everyone knows Kegel exercises - these are exercises in which the vaginal muscles contract, which we control ourselves. They can be done while lying on the couch or sitting at the same computer. However, over time, you want to complicate the exercises. For this, special vaginal (or vaginal) balls are purchased.

Such balls have been known since ancient times, when the cult of sex and giving pleasure to the emperor was very popular. Back then, jade eggs and balls were used, but they were quite heavy, so they were not suitable for beginners.

Nowadays, the options for balls are very diverse. They are of different shapes and weights, different diameters and made of different materials.

You need to start with small, light-weight balls. An important condition here is to purchase a special lubricant and antiseptic (for example, chlorhexidine) along with the balls. You need to start with 5 minutes a day, gradually increasing the time. After you get used to the sensations, you can try holding the balls while standing, and then while walking.

It is when walking that the best effect is achieved, since the balls massage problem areas from the inside, helping to avoid blood stagnation, which is especially dangerous for women's health.

Trained vaginal muscles will not only give you new sensations in sexual life (sensations during sex will become brighter for both partners, tested), but will also strengthen women’s health. If you start exercising before giving birth, the process will be easier, and if after, then such balls will help tighten your muscles. Well, of course, you can use vaginal balls without thinking about childbirth at all, just for your own pleasure.

Just don’t forget that any diseases related to the female part and infections are a reason to consult a doctor before trying such exercises. After all, in any case, they have contraindications.
