Delivery is carried out by the SDEK courier service according to the “hand to hand” scheme from Monday to Friday from 10-00 to 18-00. Burners can be supplied with either an extended head (t.l.) or a standard one (t.c.). The RS 44/M MZ models are available in single-phase (M) and three-phase (T) versions. This series of burners consists of ten standard sizes with power from 45 to 2655 kW.

Gas supply to the burner
Dungs MBZR DLE 412, 415 two-stage multiblocks are used with burners of the RS 5D model.
The remaining burners of the RS(MZ) series are equipped with a throttle valve to regulate the gas supply at the 1st and 2nd stages. This damper is controlled by a servomotor with a variable profile eccentric. Therefore, single-stage gas multiblocks can be used with these burners: MBD 405, 407, 410, 412, 415, 420, MBDLE420CT and single-stage gas trains of the MVS series: 1200 SE 50, 1900 SE 65 FC CT, 3100 SE 80 FC CT. In some cases, a special adapter is required to connect the gas multiblock and the ramp to the burner. The need to use one or another adapter is determined when selecting gas fittings for a specific burner.
Gas can be supplied from both the right and left sides.
As a separate option, a valve tightness control unit can be installed on all models of multiblocks and gas trains upon separate order. According to European regulations, the use of a leak control unit is mandatory for burners with a power of more than 1200 kW.

Combustion air supply
The combustion air supply is adjusted by changing the position of the air damper. In the RS 5D burner, when moving from stage to stage, the air damper changes its position using a servo drive. When the burner is turned off, the air damper closes automatically.
Purge function after switching off the burner
This function allows the RS 5D burner fan to operate after the thermostat has opened, which stops the gas supply to the burner. By manipulating the burner control, the post-shutdown purge time can be set to a range of 1 to 6 minutes.
In other burners of the RS series, thanks to the presence of a servo drive that simultaneously controls the gas throttle valve and the air damper, a smooth change in burner power is achieved (when moving from stage to stage) while maintaining the optimal gas-air ratio. When the burner is turned off, the servo drive completely closes the air damper.

Head extension
The design of the heat generator may require the use of a burner of the RS (MZ) series with a head length longer than the standard one. In this case, you must use a special extension cord.

Continuous ventilation unit
In some technological processes, it becomes necessary to continuously supply air to the combustion chamber of the heat generator. To do this, the burner must be equipped with a continuous ventilation unit, which will ensure that the fan operates while the burner is in standby mode.

If it is necessary to reduce the noise level from the operating burner, an additional soundproof casing can be ordered.

The kit consists of a connecting cable and a CD with software.
STATUS - panel
Additionally installed on the burner and allows you to count the number of starts and burner operating time at different stages. The panel displays in real time the stages of ignition and operation of the burner and informs about possible malfunctions in the event of an emergency stop.
