Mode of application

Surface preparation
The surface of the product should not have burrs, sharp edges (with a radius of less than 2 mm), welding spatter, welding undercuts, cutting marks, or flux residues.
The metal surface must be cleaned from rust, scale, metal oxides by abrasive blasting to a degree of Sa2 1/2 according to ISO 8501-1 or ISO 12944-4 (most of the mill scale and paint coating, foreign bodies must be removed, the surface must have a homogeneous metallic color). After cleaning, the surface must be dusted with compressed air.
Degreasing of the surface to degree 1 according to ISO 8502 (no traces of grease on the filter paper after wiping the surface) is recommended to be done with a degreaser OM-01S.
Painting should be carried out no later than 6 hours after mechanical treatment when working outdoors and 24 hours when working indoors.
When painting, the surface must be dry and clean.
Mode of application
Before starting painting work, mix the primer well with a low-speed drill with a stirrer attachment throughout the entire volume of the container, paying special attention to the areas near the walls and bottom of the bucket.
