Our organization offers a huge range of black steel pipes

Today, ferrous metal pipes are the most common type of pipes used in many industries. Black pipes are actively used in agriculture, oil and gas sector, chemical industry, mechanical engineering, private and commercial construction. On Russian market they are found as black pipes or ferrous metal pipes.

Typically, black pipes are made of steel or cast iron. They are produced in accordance with modern GOSTs of the Russian Federation and TU ( technical specifications). The company "Steel-Pro" offers a wide range of pipes made of ferrous metal, which are highly durable and reliable.

1. When installing and operating gas filters, you must comply with the safety requirements in accordance with GOST 12.2.063-81.

2. Before installing the FN filter, it is necessary to clean the supply pipeline from contamination.

4. Installation of gas filters FN is possible both on horizontal and vertical pipelines.

5. To seal the thread at the junction of the filter housing with the pipeline, it is recommended to use fluoroplastic tape FUM or a similar sealing material. For sealing flange connection For filter housings with pipelines, it is recommended to use gaskets made of medium-hard MBS rubber. Counter flanges are welded steel according to GOST 12820-80.

6. Deviation from parallelism and perpendicularity of the sealing surfaces of the attached flanges should not exceed 0.2 mm per 100 mm diameter.

7. To connect pressure switch sensors or other instruments and devices, the filter housing has holes with a G1/4 thread.

Note. The methodology for calculating filter characteristics is similar.

Installation and operation procedure

  • Safety requirements for installation and operation in accordance with GOST 12.2.063.
  • Before installing the filter, clean the supply pipe from contamination.
  • The direction of flow in the pipeline must coincide with the arrow on the valve body.
  • The filter can be installed on both horizontal and vertical pipelines.
  • To seal the flange connection of the filter housing with the pipeline, it is recommended to use an O-ring in accordance with GOST 9833 or a paronite gasket in accordance with GOST 15180. Pipeline mating flanges in accordance with GOST 12820.
  • Deviations from parallelism and perpendicularity of the sealing surfaces of the attached flanges should not exceed
    • For DN 25-200 – 0.2 mm per 100 mm diameter;
    • For DN 250.300 – 0.3 mm per 100 mm diameter
  • To connect a pressure switch sensor or other devices and devices, the filter housing has holes with a G1/4 thread (except for filters on DN 25,40 and 50). To seal the threads at the connection points of the devices, use fluoroplastic tape FUM or a similar sealing material.

Maintenance.

During operation, the filter resistance gradually increases as a result of its contamination. The criterion for filter contamination is considered to be a decrease in pressure behind the filter below that permissible for a gas burner device under normal conditions. connecting pressure at the filter input.
