To carry out dismantling, you must have title documentation that indicates that you are related to the object being dismantled. For cars, this is, for example, DCT, PTS. If the object is owned by a company, a representative of the customer company with supporting documents will be required.

The timing of the work depends mainly on two factors: order volume and complexity. For example, dismantling a 10-ton machine inside a working factory may be more difficult than dismantling a 100-ton tower crane, but located in the open air outside the building. If it is necessary to carry out dismantling work in a short time, we have the ability to assemble up to 25 cutters at 1 site, due to which we can dismantle, cut and remove up to 300 tons of metal per day. To estimate the timing and cost of the metal, you can send a photo of your object or equipment to our manager.

In general terms, the whole process can be divided into 3 parts. 1. Preparation: at this stage, large equipment is moved from the room or basement to an open area. If we are talking about a tower crane or an excavator, then to simplify the work, such equipment is collapsed. Hangars, garages and other premises are cleared of casing and all debris contained in them. 2. Cutting: Secondly, the metal is cut using oxygen. It is important that by this time the dismantled metal is in an open area to prevent fire. 3. Loading. After the scrap metal is cut into small pieces, it is loaded into equipment - either with the grab of a scrap truck, or by loaders in Gazelle or Valdai, depending on the volume of scrap.

We estimate the weight of the metal being dismantled at your site. This means that all non-metallic impurities and parts will be subtracted from the weight. For example, for a tower crane the concrete counterweight is not taken into account when calculating the weight, and for cargo and special equipment - interior trim, glass, rubber, and so on. Weighing takes place using high-precision truck scales at our base. After which the customer is paid in cash on the same day or by bank transfer within 3-5 banking days.

We call dismantling free because you don’t have to pay us anything. Provided that the volume of metal at the dismantled facility is 2 tons or more, the metal that you hand over to us as scrap metal will completely cover our costs for transportation, cutting services, disassembly and loading of dismantling waste. Moreover, WE will pay YOU OURSELVES for the dismantled metal based on its weight, up to 16,200 rubles per 1 ton. The cost of our work is included in the price of the metal supplied, which makes our services completely free for you.

Dismantling the water tower is required if the structure is no longer repairable. Another reason for demolition is the construction of a more powerful structure in the same place.

Lack of proper maintenance can cause destruction of structures. Based on the type of water tower and the materials for its construction (reinforced concrete, steel, brick, etc.), a suitable dismantling technology is selected and the order of work is determined.

You can use one of the following options:

  • complete dismantling of the entire building, if no damage is caused to nearby buildings;
  • a method of dismantling the main tank by cutting and transporting structures to the site of further use. The remaining elements of the structure are dismantled piece by piece;
  • partial demolition if there is a tower body made of concrete, brick, stone, etc. It is dismantled first. Then the structure itself is demolished, cutting it into separate fragments.

The water tower must be dismantled on time. The dilapidated state of such structures often leads to accidents and other tragic consequences.

Prices for dismantling water towers

The cost of dismantling depends on the need to call automated special equipment, the accident rate of the structure and general working conditions. You can find out the approximate prices for the demolition of water towers from us. The final cost is calculated after inspecting the property.

In connection with the improvement of public utilities and the introduction of powerful pumping systems into the system, questions often arise regarding the demolition of water towers. Most of these structures have fallen out of use or become unnecessary as more innovative and convenient methods of water collection have become available.

Dismantling methods

If located in a remote area without buildings, such dismantling of water towers as in “root cutting.” But if in the place where the tower is located there are buildings with a fairly dense arrangement, then such a radical method is unacceptable due to its great destructiveness. In such cases, a gradual dismantling of water towers taking into account the safety of surrounding buildings.

The price for dismantling water towers varies depending on their size and the material used for their construction. The cheapest cost is to cut down a metal tower, and the most time-consuming and financially expensive is to demolish reinforced concrete towers. Average water tower dismantling cost varies between 10-200 thousand rubles/linear meter of height.

Disassembly stages

The use of this type of mountaineering as industrial allows us to carry out work on dismantling water towers as carefully as possible. During the work, the following steps are carried out:

* Removing internal communications;

* Demolition of the upper drum with cutting of the tank;

* Dismantling the concrete slab serving as the base;

* Demolition of the main part;
