Razor takes the BMW and rockets to the top of the racer's wanted list thanks to our car, and is now cruising the streets like its rightful owner. Razor will stop at nothing to retain his honorary title, and the hero himself is arrested by police sergeant Cross, a good racer and a very famous policeman.
- After some time, Mia, Razor’s acquaintance, dissatisfied with the way he treated the newcomer, helps the hero get out of prison and provides him with a garage and a car for racing. The player begins to slowly move up the "black list", gaining authority and attention from the city police. After the player fights the antagonist Razor and reclaims his car and the top spot on the blacklist, the player learns that - - Mia is working undercover - seeing her arrest Razor and giving the protagonist a chance to escape. All the city's police forces rush after the player.
